Claims (10)

  1. Emballage de cigarettes pour un groupe de cigarettes formé (22), comprenant un emballage intérieur (25) ouvert au niveau d'au moins deux côtés, en matériau d'emballage de forme stable, en particulier en carton, l'unité ainsi formée constituée du groupe de cigarettes (22) et de l'emballage intérieur (25) étant entourée par au moins une enveloppe extérieure, une pièce découpée (21), en film, en particulier étant disposée par une enveloppe rendue étanche par thermoscellage de volets de fermeture, en tant que contenu d'un emballage dur (11), en particulier d'une boîte pliante, caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes :
    a) l'emballage intérieur (25) est réalisé sous forme de plateau avec une paroi avant de plateau (26), des volets de plateau latéraux orientés transversalement (27, 28) et un fond de plateau (29) également orienté transversalement, opposé à un côté frontal ouvert,
    b) un ruban de retenue (30) s'étendant transversalement aux cigarettes du groupe de cigarettes (22) est appliqué au niveau d'au moins un côté de grande surface ouvert de l'emballage intérieur (25), lequel ruban de retenue est connecté aux volets de plateau (27, 28) et fixe la formation du groupe de cigarettes ou la forme géométrique exacte de l'emballage intérieur (25),
    c) le ruban de retenue (30) pour la connexion des volets de plateau (27, 28) est disposé de manière excentrée en position adjacente au côté frontal ouvert de l'emballage intérieur, de préférence dans la région de la transition des filtres de cigarettes (33) aux cigarettes proprement dites lorsque celles-ci sont réalisées sous forme de cigarettes-filtre.
  2. Emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le ruban de retenue (30) orienté transversalement est connecté à l'emballage intérieur (25) par collage et/ou scellage thermique.
  3. Emballage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le ruban de retenue (30) présente, de préférence au niveau des deux extrémités, des branches orientées transversalement (31) qui sont connectées à des parois dressées de l'emballage intérieur (25), en particulier à des volets dressés (27, 28) du plateau, à savoir par collage et/ou thermoscellage.
  4. Emballage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'un moyen de retenue s'étendant sur tout le pourtour, en particulier un ruban de retenue s'étendant sur tout le pourtour (30), est disposé à l'extérieur sur l'emballage intérieur (25), ses extrémités étant connectées les unes aux autres par collage et/ou thermoscellage.
  5. Emballage selon la revendication 1 ou selon l'une quelconque des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que le ruban de retenue (30) est connecté (exclusivement) par thermoscellage à l'emballage intérieur (25), le ruban de retenue étant pourvu, complètement ou au moins dans la région de branches (31) pour la connexion à l'emballage intérieur (25), d'un revêtement thermoscellable - vernis de scellage - ou se composant dans l'ensemble d'un film scellable.
  6. Emballage selon la revendication 1 ou selon l'une quelconque des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que l'emballage intérieur (25) présente, au niveau du côté extérieur, dans l'ensemble ou dans des régions partielles, pour la connexion du ruban de retenue (30) à l'emballage intérieur (25), un revêtement en matériau scellable - vernis de scellage -, de préférence au moins sur le côté extérieur des volets (27, 28) du plateau dans la région de la fixation du ruban de retenue (30).
  7. Emballage selon la revendication 1 ou selon l'une quelconque des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce qu'un ruban de prolongement ou un ruban de finition (38) est associé à des rubans de retenue (30) de préférence thermoscellables, lequel s'étend de préférence dans la région de la paroi avant (26) du plateau et au moins depuis des régions partielles des volets (27, 28) du plateau, de telle sorte que dans la région d'un chevauchement avec le ruban de retenue (30), une connexion par thermoscellage soit obtenue.
  8. Emballage selon la revendication 1 ou selon l'une quelconque des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que le ruban de retenue (30) est réalisé sous forme de partie de l'emballage intérieur (25), de préférence par application de (deux) lignes de découpage parallèles (34) dans la région de la paroi avant (26) du plateau et dans des régions adjacentes des volets (27, 28) du plateau, de telle sorte que par pliage d'une telle pièce découpée ainsi réalisée de l'emballage intérieur (25), un ruban de retenue (30) s'étendant dans le plan du côté arrière libre de l'emballage intérieur (25) soit produit avec des branches de connexion (36) qui sont connectées au côté intérieur des volets (27, 28) du plateau.
  9. Emballage selon la revendication 1 ou selon l'une quelconque des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que le bloc de cigarettes (10) réalisé en tant que bloc étanche présente des joints de fermeture (23) réalisés sous forme de joints à ailettes dans la région de parois latérales étroites (17), les ailettes connectées les unes aux autres par thermoscellage étant repliées dans la direction du côté avant ou de la paroi avant (15) du bloc de cigarettes (10) et, au moins dans une région supérieure, tournée vers une paroi frontale (18), étant connectées fixement à la paroi latérale (17), en particulier par thermoscellage et/ou par collage.
  10. Emballage selon la revendication 1 ou selon l'une quelconque des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que le bloc de cigarettes (10) réalisé sous forme de bloc étanche présente une ouverture de prélèvement frontale (43) avec une étiquette de fermeture (44) pouvant être utilisée plusieurs fois, l'étiquette de fermeture (44) s'étendant sur toute la largeur de la paroi frontale (18) et dans des régions partielles adjacentes de la paroi avant (15) et de la paroi arrière (16) du bloc de cigarettes (10), de préférence avec des pièces rapportées latérales (45), en forme de ruban, qui, lors de l'actionnement de l'étiquette de fermeture (44), peuvent être séparées de celle-ci, de telle sorte que les pièces rapportées (45) agissent en tant que renforcements en forme de ruban connectés de manière durable au bloc de cigarettes (10).
