Claims (11)

  1. Dispositif de fixation de volets roulants, configuré sous la forme d'une sangle articulée, pour fixer les lames d'un volet roulant aux rainures (21) réalisées dans un arbre tubulaire roulant (2) du volet roulant, dans lequel le dispositif comprend au moins un maillon initial (11) pour son accouplement à l'arbre tubulaire (2) par des moyens de serrage auxdites rainures (21) et un maillon final (12) qui est relié à la lame supérieure du volet roulant, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif comprend :
    - une paire de clips (5) logés dans des creux respectifs du corps (4) du maillon initial (11) ayant une configuration avec des extrémités inférieures (51) pliées en forme de L, et chacun desdits clips (5) se déplaçant l'un vers l'autre parallèlement à l'arbre longitudinal (1) de l'arbre tubulaire (2), autrement dit, vers le centre du corps du maillon initial (11),
    - une paire de boutons-poussoirs (3) reliés à chaque clip (5), de telle sorte qu'à une extrémité ils pivotent par rapport au creux (4) du corps du maillon initial (11) et à l'extrémité opposée, ils poussent le clip (5) dans chaque creux (4) lors du pivotement, de telle sorte que lorsque les boutons-poussoirs (3) sont poussés, ils entrent dans lesdits creux (4), déplaçant les clips (5) d'une position initial d'accouplement à une position de fixation, dans laquelle les clips restent insérés dans les rainures (21), empêchant le maillon initial (11) de se séparer de l'arbre tubulaire (2) lorsque le volet roulant est enroulé ou déroulé dans l'arbre tubulaire (2), et
    - un élément de verrouillage (7) situé entre le maillon initial (11) et le maillon final (12), inséré dans des joints articulés (8) qui relient les différents maillons (11, 12) entre eux, et limitant un angle d'ouverture maximum (b) desdits joints (8) ; ledit élément de verrouillage (7) agissant ainsi comme moyen de sécurité pour empêcher le volet roulant de se soulever quand on le pousse de dessous.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins un maillon intermédiaire (13) entre le maillon initial (11) et le maillon final (12).
  3. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les boutons-poussoirs (3) présentent une saillie (31) avec une paroi oblique (32) qui vient en contact avec et presse contre le bord supérieur des clips respectifs (5) logés dans les creux (4) du maillon initial (11), les faisant se déplacer vers le côté opposé au point où le contact est fait, autrement dit, vers le centre du corps du maillon (11).
  4. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les deux boutons-poussoirs (3), ainsi que les clips (5) et les creux (4) sont dimensionnés de telle sorte que, une fois les boutons-poussoirs (3) complètement insérés et les clips (5) déplacés vers le centre du maillon (11), ils restent verrouillés ensemble dans le creux (4).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'une lèvre de verrouillage (33) est prévue à l'extrémité des boutons-poussoirs (3), qui est fixée dans une saillie (41) du creux correspondant (4) pour maintenir sa position de fonctionnement.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le maillon initial (11) comprend en outre des pattes de verrouillage supplémentaires (6), réparties perpendiculairement à l'arbre longitudinal (a) de l'arbre tubulaire (2), sur le bord des creux (4), de sorte qu'elles sont placées sur les clips (5), après leur déplacement dans la position de fixation de celles-ci.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de verrouillage (7) est constitué d'une tige métallique en forme de U qui agit comme un ressort spiralé.
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il incorpore de manière étanche des logements (9) prévus à cet effet dans les articulations (8).
  9. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de verrouillage (7) sont élastiques et disposés de telle manière qu'ils travaillent en tendant à maintenir fermé l'angle (b) des articulations (8) entre des maillons (11, 12, 13).
  10. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de verrouillage (7) sont configurés pour fonctionner dès qu'un angle d'ouverture (b) de l'articulation (8) entre deux maillons est de 120°.
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que l'angle maximal (b) est compris entre 140° et 150°.
