Claims (11)

  1. Conteneur (10) dévolu au transport d'une substance, ledit conteneur (10) comprenant les éléments suivants :
    a) un corps (12) ;
    b) une ouverture (16) affectée au prélèvement de ladite substance ;
    c) un dispositif de raccordement (18) par l'intermédiaire duquel ladite substance peut être prélevée, lequel dispositif de raccordement (18) est inséré, au moins en partie, dans ladite ouverture (16) ;
    caractérisé par le fait
    - que le dispositif de raccordement (18) est muni d'une première partie d'ajustement (44) et l'ouverture (16) est dotée d'une seconde partie d'ajustement (52), la première partie d'ajustement (44) étant introduite par complémentarité de formes dans la seconde partie d'ajustement (52), au moins par zones, de façon telle que ladite première partie d'ajustement (44) constitue, avec ladite seconde partie d'ajustement (52), un mécanisme reposant sur le principe clé/serrure, ladite ouverture (16) étant pratiquée dans un capuchon (14) du conteneur (10) ; et
    - que ledit dispositif de raccordement (18) est pourvu d'un corps d'insertion (20) en forme de bouchon, et d'une bague d'arrêt (28) qui est mobile par rapport audit corps d'insertion (20) et bloque ledit corps d'insertion (20) dans l'ouverture (16), sachant que la première partie d'ajustement (44) est ménagée sur ladite bague d'arrêt (28).
  2. Conteneur selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la première partie d'ajustement (44) est implantée sur la seconde partie d'ajustement (52), dans la direction périphérique du dispositif de raccordement (18), avec complémentarité de formes intégrale.
  3. Conteneur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel la première partie d'ajustement (44) est réalisée sous la forme d'au moins une saillie (46, 48, 50), et la seconde partie d'ajustement (52) est réalisée sous la forme d'au moins un évidement (54, 56, 58).
  4. Conteneur selon la revendication 3, dans lequel la première partie d'ajustement (44) est réalisée sous la forme de deux ou de trois saillies (46, 48, 50), et la seconde partie d'ajustement (52) est réalisée sous la forme de deux ou de trois évidements (54, 56, 58).
  5. Conteneur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la première partie d'ajustement (44) est ménagée symétriquement par rapport à l'axe longitudinal (30) du dispositif de raccordement (18), et/ou la seconde partie d'ajustement (52) est ménagée symétriquement par rapport à l'axe longitudinal (30) de l'ouverture (16).
  6. Conteneur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le corps (12) dudit conteneur est réalisé sous la forme d'un bidon.
  7. Conteneur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le capuchon (14) est disposé sur le corps (12) dudit conteneur, et ne peut pas être dissocié sans le recours à un outil.
  8. Conteneur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, ledit conteneur (10) étant pourvu d'une obturation inviolable (36) située, en partie, sur le capuchon (14).
  9. Conteneur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la première partie d'ajustement (44) est ménagée sur le corps d'insertion (20).
  10. Procédé de prélèvement, au moins partiel, d'une substance hors d'un conteneur (10) conforme à l'une des revendications 1 à 9, incluant les étapes opératoires consistant à :
    B) insérer, au moins partiellement, le dispositif de raccordement (18) dans l'ouverture (16) dudit conteneur (10), la première partie d'ajustement (44) étant mise en place par complémentarité de formes sur la seconde partie d'ajustement (52), au moins par zones ;
    C) bloquer le corps d'insertion (20) dans ladite ouverture (16) ;
    D) prélever la substance, au moins partiellement, par l'intermédiaire dudit dispositif de raccordement (18).
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 10 rattachée à la revendication 8, dans lequel, préalablement à l'étape opératoire B), l'étape opératoire suivante est exécutée : A) enlèvement partiel de l'obturation inviolable (36).
