Claims (12)
- Processus d'agencement d'un paquet d'articles emballé sous film thermorétractable de telle sorte que de l'air froid puisse circuler à travers le paquet comprenant,
la formation d'une ouverture dans le film (1),
l'emballage sous film du paquet,
le transport du paquet emballé vers un tunnel de thermorétraction,
la thermorétraction du paquet, et
l'augmentation de la taille de l'ouverture durant la thermorétraction en chauffant davantage le film entourant l'ouverture jusqu'à une température qui augmente le retrait thermique du film entourant l'ouverture. - Processus selon la revendication 1 dans lequel l'ouverture est une fente (4, 5).
- Processus selon la revendication 1 dans lequel le retrait thermique du film (1) est augmenté en dirigeant des jets d'air chaud à haute vitesse sur le film entourant l'ouverture durant la thermorétraction du film.
- Processus selon la revendication 1 comportant le refroidissement de l'article emballé sous film pour empêcher sa détérioration.
- Processus selon la revendication 2 dans lequel la fente (4, 5) est située sur un côté vertical du paquet.
- Processus selon la revendication 5 comportant de multiples fentes verticales (4, 5) situées sur des côtés verticaux opposés du paquet.
- Processus selon la revendication 2 dans lequel des jets d'air chaud à haute vitesse sont dirigés sur la fente durant la thermorétraction du film.
- Appareil d'agencement d'un article ou d'un paquet d'articles emballé sous film thermorétractable de telle sorte que de l'air froid puisse circuler à travers le paquet comprenant,
un moyen de formation d'une ouverture dans le film (1),
un moyen de localisation de l'ouverture (4, 5) de manière à ce que l'ouverture soit positionnée sur les côtés verticaux du paquet durant l'enveloppement sous film,
un moyen d'emballage sous film du paquet,
un moyen de transport du paquet emballé jusqu'à un tunnel de thermorétraction,
un moyen de thermorétraction du paquet, caractérisé par
un moyen d'augmentation de la taille de l'ouverture durant la thermorétraction en chauffant davantage le film entourant l'ouverture jusqu'à une température qui augmente le retrait thermique du film entourant l'ouverture. - Appareil selon la revendication 8 comportant un moyen (7) de refroidissement de l'article emballé sous film pour empêcher sa détérioration.
- Appareil selon la revendication 8 dans lequel le moyen de formation d'une ouverture forme une fente (4, 5).
- Appareil selon la revendication 10 comportant un moyen de formation de multiples fentes verticales sur des côtés verticaux opposés du paquet.
- Appareil selon la revendication 10 ou 11 comportant en outre un moyen d'orientation de jets d'air chaud à haute vitesse sur les fentes durant la thermorétraction du film.
