Claims (12)

  1. Verfahren für die Gestaltung eines Packens von Artikeln, der mit einer Heißschrumpffolie eingewickelt ist, sodass kühle Luft durch den Packen zirkulieren kann, das Folgendes umfasst:
    Bilden einer Öffnung in der Folie (1),
    Einwickeln des Packens mit Folie,
    Transportieren des eingewickelten Packens zu einem Heißschrumpftunnel,
    Heißschrumpfen des Packens, gekennzeichnet durch den Schritt des
    Vergrößerns der Größe der Öffnung während des Heißschrumpfens durch weiteres Erhitzen der Folie, die die Öffnung umgibt, auf eine Temperatur, die die Heißschrumpfung der Folie, die die Öffnung umgibt, erhöht.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Öffnung ein Schlitz (4, 5) ist.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Heißschrumpfung der Folie (1) durch Ausrichten von Hochgeschwindigkeitsstrahlen von heißer Luft auf die Folie, die die Öffnung umgibt, während des Heißschrumpfens der Folie erhöht wird.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, das das Kühlen des mit Folie eingewickelten Artikels einschließt, um einen Verderb zu verhindern.
  5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, wobei sich der Schlitz (4, 5) auf einer vertikalen Seite des Packens befindet.
  6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, das mehrere vertikale Schlitze (4, 5) einschließt, die sich auf gegenüberliegenden vertikalen Seiten des Packens befinden.
  7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, wobei Hochgeschwindigkeitsstrahlen von heißer Luft während des Heißschrumpfens der Folie auf den Schlitz ausgerichtet werden.
  8. Vorrichtung für die Gestaltung eines Artikels oder eines Packens von Artikeln, der mit Heißschrumpffolie eingewickelt ist, sodass kühle Luft durch den Packen zirkulieren kann, die Folgendes umfasst:
    Mittel für das Bilden einer Öffnung in der Folie (1),
    Mittel für das Lokalisieren der Öffnung (4, 5), sodass die Öffnung auf den vertikalen Seiten des Packens während des Einwickelns mit Folie positioniert ist,
    Mittel für das Einwickeln des Packens mit Folie,
    Mittel für das Transportieren des eingewickelten Packens zu einem Heißschrumpftunnel,
    Mittel für das Heißschrumpfen des Packens, gekennzeichnet durch
    Mittel für das Vergrößern der Größe der Öffnung während des Heißschrumpfens durch weiteres Erhitzen der Folie, die die Öffnung umgibt, auf eine Temperatur, die die Heißschrumpfung der Folie, die die Öffnung umgibt, erhöht.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, die Mittel (7) für das Kühlen des mit Folie eingewickelten Artikels einschließt, um einen Verderb zu verhindern.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, wobei das Mittel für das Bilden einer Öffnung einen Schlitz (4, 5) bildet.
  11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, die Mittel für das Bilden von mehreren vertikalen Schlitzen auf gegenüberliegenden vertikalen Seiten des Packens einschließt.
  12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, die weiter Mittel für das Ausrichten von Hochgeschwindigkeitsstrahlen von heißer Luft auf die Schlitze während des Heißschrumpfens der Folie einschließt.
