Definitions
- the invention relates to a bollard for marking of driving and transport routes in exhibition halls, sports facilities, industrial companies and / or comparable areas outside the public traffic area, with a fixing unit, for attachment to a floor, with a torso and one, at least one support forming, Base.
- bollards are commonly called vertical posts or piles, which are used for at least temporary shut-off and / or for the identification of traffic areas.
- Rigid bollards for permanently blocking a surface are usually made of metallic materials or stone and firmly embedded in the ground. If a temporary lifting of the barrier be possible, so found in the prior art usually rigid, at least two-piece configured bollards in which a rigid, releasably connected to the base, post is arranged on a base fixed to the base.
- the EP 3 128 080 A1 describes, for example, a rigid bollard comprising a pedestal and a post, wherein the pedestal can be fixed by means of an anchorage to the ground and the stake can be releasably connected by means of a bayonet lock with the base.
- a two-part, flexible base construction for a post or bollard is known in which the bollard or post is mounted on a base stump, which at least partially comprises a flexible material.
- the bollard or post stops, but can counteract the force by a flexible bending at the base stump and thus reduce personal injury and / or property damage.
- an obstacle or a barrier is provided with a means for attachment to the ground and a visible part, wherein the visible part of this barrier is connected via a flexible connection at least indirectly to the ground, and wherein the flexible connection is greater in length than the distance between having the two attachment points of the flexible connection on the visible part and on the ground.
- the obstacle or the barrier is collided in a collision of the ground attachment, but always remains connected via the flexible connection to the ground.
- the flexible connection thus acts as a restraint for the obstacle or the barrier.
- the WO 2006/126 787 A1 describes a pylon, which in the region of its largest cone diameter has a thread over which the pylons with a screwed to the ground mating thread can be screwed.
- a construction site fender comprising an elongated plastic stand and a foot portion, the stand having an outwardly directed bend on one side engageable with a corresponding opening of the foot portion.
- the JP 2015 - 143 418 A a weight for weighting a display means, in particular a pylon, for the marking and securing of traffic routes.
- the weight is annular, such that the tip of a tapered indicating means is inserted through the annular weight and, when the diameter of the annular weight corresponds to the cone diameter, the indicator of the weight can preferably be fixed to the ground by its weight.
- the JP 2015 - 143 418 A moreover teaches that this fastening effect can be increased by the fact that the annular weight comprises permanent magnets. From the JP 2006-1118159 In addition, a bollard with a built-in permanent magnet for magnetic attachment on a road surface mounted on a board or sheet is known.
- a bollard in particular for securing the driving and Abstell Schemee is described on a vehicle transport vessel, which consists of a flexible shaft portion and a magnetic base, by means of which the bollards are attached to the steel walls of the transport ship can.
- the JP 2014-105 561 A again describes a pylon comprising a permanent magnet integrated into its base.
- the JP 2014-105 561 A also teaches to apply magnetic paint / lacquer to the surfaces on which the pylons are to be mounted, the magnetic attraction should increase the stability of the attachment advantageous.
- the present invention seeks to provide a comparison with the prior art inexpensive, easy and reversible to be fixed bollards available, which in exhibition halls, sports facilities, industrial plants and / or comparable areas outside the public traffic area, in particular in the Warehouse logistics, can be used to quickly identify driving and / or transport routes in a (daily or even hourly) changing (warehouse) infrastructure.
- An inventive bollard builds on generic bollards by the fact that the base comprises a fixing means for reversible and retention-free fixation on a fixing unit and / or on a floor; that the fixing means comprises at least one permanent magnet; and that the fixing unit is formed on the side facing the bollard such that it receives the fixing means at least in sections.
- Such a trained bollard can advantageously be installed quickly and reversibly at the points to be identified, for example, within a trade fair hall, a sports complex, an industrial company and / or comparable areas outside the public traffic area, in particular within the warehouse logistics, wherein the fixing means according to the invention the bollard in comparison with, for example, simple traffic cones (pylons) advantageously fixed more strongly in its position, but without making larger anchoring necessary.
- the bollard according to the invention can nevertheless be reversed advantageously without a greater force, which can advantageously prevent damage to the vehicle and / or to the cargo.
- a bollard designed according to the invention can advantageously be displaced within industrial enterprises quickly and easily, which is part of a just-in-time warehouse logistics , Significantly save time, especially for large camps and yet sufficient safety aspects can meet.
- the fixing means is rigidly connected to the base or part of the base. If the fixing means is part of the base or rigidly connected to it, then the interaction between fixing means and the floor and / or the fixing unit determines the force with which the bollard is fixed or which for loosening the bollard in the sense of a reversible, retention-free fixation, is needed.
- the fixing means may comprise at least one permanent magnet.
- a fixing means which comprises at least one permanent magnet, in particular a ferrite (various iron oxide alloys) magnets and / or aluminum-nickel-cobalt (AlNiCo) magnets, can advantageously support the bollard on any ferromagnetic materials, in particular steel struts, steel door frames and / or steel rails in the ground on an industrial site reversible and secure without retention.
- the base is rigidly connected to the torso or part of the torso. If the base is part of the torso, production steps for the production of a still stable bollard can advantageously be saved, in particular if the bollard is manufactured in one piece.
- Embodiments of inventive bollards in which the base is not part of the torso, but rigidly connected to it, may advantageously have different materials for the base and torso.
- the torso can be made of a plastic, which is rigidly connected to a metallic base.
- a bollard designed in addition advantageously has a low center of gravity, which can prevent accidental overturning, for example by a gust of wind, advantageous.
- such a configuration offers a simple possibility of adapting the bollard to specific customer requirements and / or the current purpose, in particular by a flexible possibility of changing the torso relative to the base.
- the support is arranged at an end of the base facing away from the torso and at least partially delimits the base at this end.
- Such a support can advantageously support the bollard against falling over, as well as prevent inadvertent horizontal displacement advantageous.
- an embodiment is preferred according to the invention, in which the support of the base terminates flush with the fixing means at its end facing away from the torso to the outside.
- a bollard in which the support of the base terminates flush with the fixation means at its end facing away from the torso, can advantageously be set down on a flat, profile-free ground, in particular the floor of an industrial enterprise, such that full-surface, direct contact between the end of the base facing away from the torso and the floor.
- the interaction of the fixing means with the substrate, in particular with the fixing unit and / or the floor can be maximized, in particular if the fixing means comprises at least one permanent magnet and the substrate is flat and ferromagnetic at least in sections.
- the fixing means is resiliently mounted on the base via a spring along the axis of the torso. This advantageously allows the contact and thus also the interaction between fixing agent and fixing unit and / or soil to be maximized even in the case of unevenness or in the case of a profiled substrate.
- the fixing unit for attachment to a floor, is characterized in that it is formed on a side facing the bollard corresponding to the support and / or the fixing means.
- the fixing unit formed in this way advantageously allows an improved reversible and retention-free fixation of the bollard, in particular on substrates which are comparatively less suitable for a direct fixation of the bollard, because they allow, for example, only an insufficient interaction with the fixing means of the base.
- the fixing unit is advantageously designed corresponding to the support and / or the fixing means, which not only advantageous to maximize the interactions between fixative and fixation, but also allows accurate positioning of the bollard and minimize accidental horizontal displacements.
- the fixing unit in an accidental collision due to its preferably low overall height, advantageously provides a small collision surface for a vehicle colliding with the bollard.
- the fixing unit can advantageously be "run over" and shearing off by the action of the vehicle on the fixing unit can be prevented. As a result, damage to the vehicle and to the cargo are advantageously effectively limited and / or avoided.
- an embodiment of the fixing unit is preferred, in which the fixing unit is at least partially formed from a ferromagnetic material, and / or by means of a screw and / or bonding on the ground can be fastened.
- An at least partially formed of a ferromagnetic material, in particular steel, fixing unit may, in particular with a, at least one permanent magnet comprising fixing advantageously form comparatively strong interactions. In this case, this magnetic attraction between the fixative of the base and the fixing unit can be solved relatively easily and residue free again when needed.
- the fixing unit can alternatively or cumulatively be fastened to the floor by means of preferably a screw connection and / or an adhesive bond. As a result, the fixing unit can advantageously be fastened stationary at least temporarily and thus offer the bollard a stable fixation.
- the fixing unit on the side facing the bollard is designed according to the invention in such a way that it receives the fixing means at least in sections.
- Such a configured fixing unit can provide the bollards in addition to a stable fixation and protection against accidental horizontal displacement, and prevent accidental tipping, for example. Due to a gust of wind, advantageous.
- the present invention provides a low cost, easy and reversible bollard with a fixing unit for attachment to a floor, for such a bollard.
- the bollard according to the invention advantageously allows a reversible, restraint-free fixation on such a fixing unit and / or on a floor and can advantageously in exhibition halls, sports facilities, industrial plants and / or comparable areas outside the public traffic area, especially in warehouse logistics, for fast or fast variable marking of driving and / or transport routes in a (daily) changing warehouse infrastructure use, without the costly construction and / or dismantling necessary.
- Fig. 1 shows in a sectional view a first embodiment of a bollard 1 according to the invention with a torso 11 and a, at least one support 122 forming, base 12, which is fixed directly on a flat bottom 3, which at least partially ferromagnetic material.
- the torso 11 and / or the base 12 of the bollard 1 according to the invention can have a circular, elliptical and / or polygonal cross section depending on the customer's request and / or application.
- the torso 11 may also be solid, but preferably, as shown here, designed as a hollow body, which allows a material and / or weight savings.
- the base 21 is not part of the torso 11, but rigidly connected to it.

Description
The invention relates to a bollard for marking of driving and transport routes in exhibition halls, sports facilities, industrial companies and / or comparable areas outside the public traffic area, with a fixing unit, for attachment to a floor, with a torso and one, at least one support forming, Base.
As bollards are commonly called vertical posts or piles, which are used for at least temporary shut-off and / or for the identification of traffic areas. In the prior art, there are a number of examples that are designed rigid or flexible depending on the application. Rigid bollards for permanently blocking a surface are usually made of metallic materials or stone and firmly embedded in the ground. If a temporary lifting of the barrier be possible, so found in the prior art usually rigid, at least two-piece configured bollards in which a rigid, releasably connected to the base, post is arranged on a base fixed to the base.
Flexible bollards, on the other hand, are often needed in cases where labeling is more desirable than strict traffic closure. In particular, in public roads, which by definition on all surfaces held by public, provincial or municipal law of the general public (public traffic space), find such flexible bollards in the marking of exits, bicycle and pedestrian paths use. The main focus here is on the property of the bollards, not to offer a rigid obstacle in any collisions, but to counteract major injuries to the persons involved and damage to vehicles involved, collisions by a flexible, resilient and / or removable from a base construction. In the latter case, for use in road traffic, this must be done; be provided a kind of restraint, otherwise there is a risk of personal injury by a repelled bollard in a collision.

Overall, a relatively large technical effort with respect to a flexible base construction and / or a restraint device is always necessary in the aforementioned examples of the prior art. In addition, such engineering features prevent the bollards from being easily displaced in the event that new and / or other traffic areas need to be marked.

Areas such as private or business premises, which exclude general access through barriers or other structural measures, are not part of the public transport area. But especially in areas outside the public traffic area a bollard with the following requirements would be advantageous.
Thus, especially in logistics operations in which storage space is often used daily, sometimes changing every hour and the change of delimitation from storage to driving surfaces and / or paths or vice versa as quickly as possible, preferably to be accomplished during operation, longer lasting up - and / or dismantling the signs undesirable and uneconomical.
On this basis, the present invention seeks to provide a comparison with the prior art inexpensive, easy and reversible to be fixed bollards available, which in exhibition halls, sports facilities, industrial plants and / or comparable areas outside the public traffic area, in particular in the Warehouse logistics, can be used to quickly identify driving and / or transport routes in a (daily or even hourly) changing (warehouse) infrastructure.
This object is achieved by a bollard with a fixing unit according to the features of
Advantageous developments and refinements, which can be used individually or in combination with one another, are the subject of the respective subclaims.
An inventive bollard builds on generic bollards by the fact that the base comprises a fixing means for reversible and retention-free fixation on a fixing unit and / or on a floor; that the fixing means comprises at least one permanent magnet; and that the fixing unit is formed on the side facing the bollard such that it receives the fixing means at least in sections.
Such a trained bollard can advantageously be installed quickly and reversibly at the points to be identified, for example, within a trade fair hall, a sports complex, an industrial company and / or comparable areas outside the public traffic area, in particular within the warehouse logistics, wherein the fixing means according to the invention the bollard in comparison with, for example, simple traffic cones (pylons) advantageously fixed more strongly in its position, but without making larger anchoring necessary. In the event of an accidental collision with a vehicle and / or its load, in particular with a forklift, the bollard according to the invention can nevertheless be reversed advantageously without a greater force, which can advantageously prevent damage to the vehicle and / or to the cargo. In comparison with flexible traffic elements of the prior art for road traffic, which must have restraint devices due to safety requirements, a bollard designed according to the invention can advantageously be displaced within industrial enterprises quickly and easily, which is part of a just-in-time warehouse logistics , Significantly save time, especially for large camps and yet sufficient safety aspects can meet.
An embodiment of the invention in which the fixing means is rigidly connected to the base or part of the base is advantageous. If the fixing means is part of the base or rigidly connected to it, then the interaction between fixing means and the floor and / or the fixing unit determines the force with which the bollard is fixed or which for loosening the bollard in the sense of a reversible, retention-free fixation, is needed.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the fixing means may comprise at least one permanent magnet. A fixing means, which comprises at least one permanent magnet, in particular a ferrite (various iron oxide alloys) magnets and / or aluminum-nickel-cobalt (AlNiCo) magnets, can advantageously support the bollard on any ferromagnetic materials, in particular steel struts, steel door frames and / or steel rails in the ground on an industrial site reversible and secure without retention.
In a further embodiment of the invention has proven that the base is rigidly connected to the torso or part of the torso. If the base is part of the torso, production steps for the production of a still stable bollard can advantageously be saved, in particular if the bollard is manufactured in one piece. Embodiments of inventive bollards in which the base is not part of the torso, but rigidly connected to it, may advantageously have different materials for the base and torso. Thus, for example, the torso can be made of a plastic, which is rigidly connected to a metallic base. In addition to a weight saving, such a bollard designed in addition advantageously has a low center of gravity, which can prevent accidental overturning, for example by a gust of wind, advantageous. In addition, such a configuration offers a simple possibility of adapting the bollard to specific customer requirements and / or the current purpose, in particular by a flexible possibility of changing the torso relative to the base.
In a further preferred embodiment, it has been proven that the support is arranged at an end of the base facing away from the torso and at least partially delimits the base at this end. Such a support can advantageously support the bollard against falling over, as well as prevent inadvertent horizontal displacement advantageous.
In addition, an embodiment is preferred according to the invention, in which the support of the base terminates flush with the fixing means at its end facing away from the torso to the outside. A bollard, in which the support of the base terminates flush with the fixation means at its end facing away from the torso, can advantageously be set down on a flat, profile-free ground, in particular the floor of an industrial enterprise, such that full-surface, direct contact between the end of the base facing away from the torso and the floor. In this way, the interaction of the fixing means with the substrate, in particular with the fixing unit and / or the floor, can be maximized, in particular if the fixing means comprises at least one permanent magnet and the substrate is flat and ferromagnetic at least in sections.
Finally, an embodiment of the invention has proved successful, in which the fixing means is resiliently mounted on the base via a spring along the axis of the torso. This advantageously allows the contact and thus also the interaction between fixing agent and fixing unit and / or soil to be maximized even in the case of unevenness or in the case of a profiled substrate.
The fixing unit, for attachment to a floor, is characterized in that it is formed on a side facing the bollard corresponding to the support and / or the fixing means.
The fixing unit formed in this way advantageously allows an improved reversible and retention-free fixation of the bollard, in particular on substrates which are comparatively less suitable for a direct fixation of the bollard, because they allow, for example, only an insufficient interaction with the fixing means of the base. For this purpose, the fixing unit is advantageously designed corresponding to the support and / or the fixing means, which not only advantageous to maximize the interactions between fixative and fixation, but also allows accurate positioning of the bollard and minimize accidental horizontal displacements. In addition, the fixing unit in an accidental collision, due to its preferably low overall height, advantageously provides a small collision surface for a vehicle colliding with the bollard. The fixing unit can advantageously be "run over" and shearing off by the action of the vehicle on the fixing unit can be prevented. As a result, damage to the vehicle and to the cargo are advantageously effectively limited and / or avoided.
For this purpose, an embodiment of the fixing unit is preferred, in which the fixing unit is at least partially formed from a ferromagnetic material, and / or by means of a screw and / or bonding on the ground can be fastened. An at least partially formed of a ferromagnetic material, in particular steel, fixing unit may, in particular with a, at least one permanent magnet comprising fixing advantageously form comparatively strong interactions. In this case, this magnetic attraction between the fixative of the base and the fixing unit can be solved relatively easily and residue free again when needed. In addition, the fixing unit can alternatively or cumulatively be fastened to the floor by means of preferably a screw connection and / or an adhesive bond. As a result, the fixing unit can advantageously be fastened stationary at least temporarily and thus offer the bollard a stable fixation.
Finally, it has been found that the fixing unit on the side facing the bollard is designed according to the invention in such a way that it receives the fixing means at least in sections. Such a configured fixing unit can provide the bollards in addition to a stable fixation and protection against accidental horizontal displacement, and prevent accidental tipping, for example. Due to a gust of wind, advantageous.
The present invention provides a low cost, easy and reversible bollard with a fixing unit for attachment to a floor, for such a bollard. The bollard according to the invention advantageously allows a reversible, restraint-free fixation on such a fixing unit and / or on a floor and can advantageously in exhibition halls, sports facilities, industrial plants and / or comparable areas outside the public traffic area, especially in warehouse logistics, for fast or fast variable marking of driving and / or transport routes in a (daily) changing warehouse infrastructure use, without the costly construction and / or dismantling necessary.

The
In the
