Claims (9)

  1. Ensemble opérationnel pour l'insertion de goupilles de connexion (2) dans des composants en bois (4), ou analogues, l'ensemble opérationnel comprenant un équipement (6) comprenant, à son tour, une unité d'alimentation (19) pour alimenter en un liquide un trou de boîtier (3) réalisé dans un composant en bois (4), ou analogues, et une unité d'insertion (20) pour insérer une goupille de connexion (2) dans le trou de boîtier (3) ; une électro-broche (5) ; et un dispositif de couplage (13) pour adapter l'équipement (6) sur l'électro-broche (5) de manière amovible ; et étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend, en outre, deux systèmes d'alimentation et d'insertion (16), qui sont chacun dotés d'une unité d'alimentation respective (19) et d'une unité d'insertion (20) respective, et sont agencés de manière à agir dans deux directions d'insertion (17, 18),qui sont opposées l'une à l'autre.
  2. Ensemble opérationnel, selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'électro-broche (5) comprend une broche porte-outil (9), et l'équipement (6) comprend une tige (12), qui est configurée pour être insérée dans la broche porte-outil (9) ; le dispositif de couplage (13) étant mobile entre une position de verrouillage, dans laquelle la tige (12) est verrouillée sur la broche porte-outil (9), et une position de libération.
  3. Ensemble opérationnel, selon la revendication 2, dans lequel le dispositif de couplage (13) comprend un organe de préhension (14), qui est conçu pour venir en prise avec la tige (12) de l'équipement (6), et des moyens d'actionnement pour déplacer l'organe de préhension (14) entre lesdites positions de verrouillage et de libération.
  4. Ensemble opérationnel selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'unité d'alimentation (19) comprend au moins une buse d'injection (21) pour alimenter en liquide le trou de boîtier (3).
  5. Ensemble opérationnel, selon la revendication 4, dans lequel la buse d'injection (21) peut être reliée à un réservoir contenant du liquide.
  6. Ensemble opérationnel selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'unité d'insertion (20) comprend au moins un stockage (22) pour contenir une pluralité de goupilles de connexion (2), et un tiroir de distribution (25), qui est mobile entre une première position de fonctionnement, dans lequel le tiroir de distribution (25) est conçu pour recevoir, à l'entrée, une goupille de connexion (2) à partir du stockage (22), et une deuxième position de fonctionnement, dans lequel le tiroir de distribution (25) est conçu pour libérer, à la sortie, la goupille de connexion (2).
  7. Ensemble opérationnel selon la revendication 6, dans lequel le stockage (22) a la forme d'un canal d'alimentation (23) et est associé à un dispositif pneumatique, qui est conçu pour alimenter le canal d'alimentation (23) en les goupilles de connexion (2).
  8. Ensemble opérationnel selon la revendication 6 ou la revendication 7, dans lequel l'unité d'insertion (20) comprend, en outre, un dispositif de poussée (29) pour transférer la goupille de connexion (2) du tiroir de distribution (25) dans le trou de boîtier relatif (3) du composant (4), lorsque le tiroir de distribution (25) est agencé dans sa deuxième position de fonctionnement.
  9. Ensemble opérationnel selon la revendication 8, dans lequel le dispositif de poussée (29) comprend une barre de poussée (30), qui s'étend et est mobile dans une direction d'insertion (17, 18), dans lequel la goupille de connexion (2) est insérée dans le trou de boîtier (3) du composant (4).
