Claims (11)

  1. Doppelwandige Lanze (4) zum Eindüsen zermahlener Kohle und eines verbrennungsfördernden Gases durch eine Blasdüse während eines Hochofenbetriebs, aufweisend:
    ein Innenrohr (21);
    ein Außenrohr (22);
    eine Vielzahl Nuten (23), die in Umfangsrichtung in einem vorderen Eindüsende des Innenrohrs (21) ausgebildet sind,
    wobei
    das Verhältnis der Gesamtbreite der Nuten (23) zu dem Innenumfang des Innenrohrs (21) 0,05 oder mehr und 0,3 oder weniger beträgt.
  2. Doppelwandige Lanze (4) nach Anspruch 1, wobei
    die Nuten (23) in dem vorderen Eindüsende des Innenrohrs (21) in Umfangsrichtung gleichmäßig beabstandet sind.
  3. Doppelwandige Lanze (4) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei
    das Verhältnis der Gesamtbreite der Nuten (23) zu dem Innenumfang des Innenrohrs (21) 0,1 oder mehr und 0,2 oder weniger beträgt.
  4. Doppelwandige Lanze (4) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei
    jede der Nuten (23) eine Tiefe von mehr als 0 mm aufweist, vorzugsweise mehr als 2 mm und 12 mm oder weniger, vorzugsweise 2 mm oder mehr und 10 mm oder weniger und besonders bevorzugt 3 mm oder mehr und 7 mm oder weniger.
  5. Doppelwandige Lanze (4) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei
    das Verhältnis der Anzahl der Nuten (23) zu der maximalen Anzahl der Nuten (23) mehr als 0 beträgt, vorzugsweise mehr als 0,1 und 0,8 oder weniger, vorzugsweise 0,1 oder mehr und 0,6 oder weniger und ferner bevorzugt 0,2 oder mehr und 0,5 oder weniger;
    wobei die maximale Anzahl von Nuten (23) ein ganzzahliger Teil eines Quotienten ist, erhalten durch dividieren des Innenumfangs des Innenrohrs (21) der doppelwandigen Lanze (4) durch die Breite von einer der Nuten (23).
  6. Doppelwandige Lanze (4) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei
    die Form der Nuten (23) in dem Innenrohr (21) in radialer Richtung gesehen tetragonal oder dreieckig oder U-förmig ist.
  7. Doppelwandige Lanze (4) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei
    ein Winkel Θ, der zwischen einer Mitte des vorderen Endes und einer Mitte des unteren Endes jeder der Nuten (23) gebildet ist, vorzugsweise der Winkel Θ eines Liniensegments zwischen der Mitte der Öffnung und der Mitte des Bodens jeder der Nuten (23) in Bezug zu einer Sehne der Öffnung, vorzugsweise im Bereich von 30 bis 90 Grad liegt.
  8. Doppelwandige Lanze (4) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei
    die Nuten (23) konfiguriert sind, eine Injektionsstirnwand des Innenrohrs (21) zu durchdringen, vorzugsweise so, dass durch das Innenrohr (21) und Außenrohr (22) strömendes Material durch die Nuten (23) diffundieren und miteinander in Kontakt kommen kann.
  9. Doppelwandige Lanze (4) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei
    die doppelwandige Lanze (4) aus einem geraden Rohr ausgebildet ist, vorzugsweise aus rostfreiem Stahl.
  10. Hochofen (1), aufweisend:
    ein Blasrohr (2);
    eine mit dem Blasrohr (2) gekoppelte Blasdüse (3); und
    die doppelwandige Lanze (4) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, die in das Blasrohr (2) eingesetzt ist.
  11. Verwendung der doppelwandigen Lanze (4) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 zum Betreiben eines Hochofens.
