Claims (5)

  1. Unité préfabriquée (10) comprenant :
    un cadre modulaire préfabriqué pour le sol (11) comprenant quatre côtés et quatre coins,
    un cadre modulaire préfabriqué pour le toit (12) comprenant quatre côtés et quatre coins,
    des montants modulaires (13) pour la connexion entre les cadres (11, 12), et
    des tiges modulaires (14) pour la connexion mutuelle amovible entre lesdits montants (13) et lesdites cadres (11, 12),
    lesdits montants (13) étant de section tubulaire, chacun desdits cadres modulaires préfabriqués (12) étant pourvu d'éléments angulaires (15, 18) au niveau desdits coins desdits cadres (11, 12), lesdits éléments angulaires (15, 18) étant de section tubulaire, lesdites tiges (14) présentant une section tubulaire plus petite que celle desdits montants (13) et desdits éléments angulaires (15, 18), lesdites tiges (14) étant insérées partiellement dans les extrémités desdits montants (13) et partiellement dans lesdits éléments angulaires (15, 18), lesdits montants (13) et lesdits éléments angulaires (15, 18) étant pourvus de trous débouchants (16) et lesdites tiges (14) étant pourvues de trous débouchants correspondants (17), lesdites tiges (14) étant fixées auxdits montants (13) et audits éléments angulaires (15, 18) à l'aide de vis.
  2. Unité préfabriquée (10) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que lesdites tiges (14) qui sont adaptées pour être insérées dans ledit cadre du toit (12) sont pourvues de pattes (19) qui sont adaptées pour faire saillie depuis lesdits éléments angulaires (18) dudit cadre pour le toit (12).
  3. Unité préfabriquée (10) selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que ladite patte (19) est pourvue de trous débouchants (23) et en ce que lesdits éléments angulaires (15) sont pourvus de trous débouchants correspondants (24).
  4. Unité préfabriquée (10) selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que lesdites pattes (19) sont fixées auxdits éléments angulaires (15) à l'aide de vis.
  5. Unité préfabriquée (10) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que lesdits montants (13) et les barres périphériques desdits cadres (11, 12) sont pourvus d'éléments (20, 21, 22) qui sont adaptés pour s'accrocher à des murs, à un sol et à un plafond.
