Claims (4)

  1. Robot d'assistance (1) comprenant :
    une base (10) ;
    un élément mobile (30, 40, 60) configuré pour se déplacer au moins vers le haut et vers le bas par rapport à la base (10) ;
    un élément de maintien (50) configuré pour maintenir une portion d'un corps d'un·e bénéficiaire de soins (M), l'élément de maintien (50) étant disposé sur l'élément mobile (30, 40, 60) ; et
    une section de commande (80) configurée pour commander le mouvement de l'élément mobile (30, 40, 60) afin d'effectuer l'assistance à la station debout du·de la bénéficiaire de soins (M) maintenue par l'élément de maintien (50) depuis une posture assise vers une posture debout et l'assistance à la posture assise du·de la bénéficiaire de soins (M) maintenue par l'élément de maintien (50) depuis une posture debout vers une posture assise,
    caractérisé en ce que :
    l'élément de maintien (50) est disposé sur l'élément mobile (30, 40, 60) afin d'être librement inclinable entre une position d'utilisation inférieure et une position de rétractation supérieure par une force externe sans être commandé par la section de commande (80) de sorte qu'une extrémité inférieure de l'élément de maintien (50) est déplacée vers le haut par rapport à l'élément mobile (30, 40, 50) .
  2. Robot d'assistance (1) selon la revendication 1,
    l'élément de maintien (50) étant disposé pour être librement inclinable lorsqu'une force externe d'une taille spécifiée ou plus est appliquée à l'élément de maintien (50).
  3. Robot d'assistance (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel
    l'élément de maintien (50) est positionné à la position d'usage ou à la position de rétractation par une force de sollicitation d'un élément de sollicitation.
  4. Robot d'assistance (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3,
    le dispositif de commande (80) étant disposé avec un moyen de détection (54) configuré pour détecter que l'élément de maintien (50) est positionné à la position d'usage.
