Definitions

  • the invention relates to a rucksack with a storage space which is delimited by a back part on its side facing a back of a user of the rucksack.
  • the rucksack comprises a net element and a frame arrangement which is designed to tension the net element. When the net element is tensioned, a space is formed between the back part and the net element.
  • Two shoulder straps are provided for carrying the rucksack on the user's back.
  • Such a backpack is for example in the EP 2 407 050 A2 described.
  • the shoulder straps are attached to an upper edge of the network element.
  • the WO 2015/119877 A1 describes a suspension device for attachment to a rucksack, which comprises a frame and a net which lies against a back of the user when the rucksack is worn.
  • the network element and the frame arrangement are usually intended to ensure that when the network element is tensioned by means of the frame arrangement, the user's back does not rest against the back part of the backpack.
  • the network element in cooperation with the frame arrangement, provides for air access to the user's back, that is, for ventilation that is pleasant for the user when carrying the rucksack.
  • deformation of the network element can impair the ventilation of the user's back.
  • the object of the present invention is therefore to create a rucksack of the type mentioned at the outset in which a deformation of the network element caused by the shoulder straps is avoided.
  • the backpack according to the invention comprises a stowage space which is delimited on its side facing a back of a user of the backpack by a back part of the backpack.
  • the backpack has a network element and a frame arrangement.
  • the frame arrangement is designed for tensioning the network element in such a way that when the network element is tensioned, a gap is formed between the back part and the network element.
  • the backpack includes two shoulder straps for carrying the backpack on the user's back.
  • the shoulder straps have end regions which traverse the space and are attached to the back part. This ensures that no tensile load can be exerted on the network element via the shoulder straps. Deformation of the network element is thus reliably avoided.
  • the end regions of the shoulder straps are spaced from a region of the rucksack in which the network element and the back part converge. This goes hand in hand with both improved wearing comfort and improved ventilation or ventilation of the user's back when the user carries the backpack with the shoulder straps on his back.
  • the back part of the rucksack comprises at least one first plate element and at least one holding element.
  • the first plate element is connected to the frame arrangement by means of the at least one holding element.
  • the first plate element thus ensures that the back part is stiffened.
  • the at least one holding element ensures that the first plate element is well fixed in its position with respect to the frame arrangement.
  • the first, comparatively large plate element viewed in the vertical direction of the rucksack, preferably extends from the end regions of the shoulder straps to an area in which legs of the frame arrangement extending in the vertical direction of the rucksack are at the smallest distance from one another.
  • a comparatively large-area stiffening of the back part and, on the other hand, a particularly secure connection to the frame arrangement can be achieved by means of the at least one holding element.
  • the back part comprises the first plate element and a second plate element separate from the first plate element.
  • the shoulder straps are attached to the back part in the area of the second plate element.
  • the two plate elements can move in an order of magnitude of a few millimeters relative to one another, the second plate element, which is comparatively narrow when viewed in the vertical direction of the rucksack, only superimposing the first plate element in an upper area of the first plate element.
  • a good local stabilization of the back part can be achieved by such a superposition of the two plate elements.
  • the back part is not excessively stiff over its entire height, but only where this is advantageous for fixing the end regions of the shoulder straps. This also contributes to the fact that the back part can easily be brought into the curved shape by means of the frame arrangement.
  • the end regions of the shoulder straps preferably start at respective attachment points on the back part, which are formed between the first plate element and the second plate element.
  • the second plate element thus overlaps with the first plate element, in particular in the upper region of the first plate element.
  • the area of the back part in which the end areas of the shoulder straps are attached to the back part is particularly resilient. This in turn ensures a particularly secure and robust fixation of the shoulder straps on the back part.
  • the second plate element is preferably covered by a fabric element which is fastened to a lining part that covers the first plate element.
  • a fabric element which is fastened to a lining part that covers the first plate element.
  • the plate elements are hidden by the fabric element or by the trim part.
  • the provision of the fabric element enables the second plate element to be fastened in the upper region of the first plate element by sewing and thus in a particularly simple manner. This is because for fastening the second plate element to the first plate element, the fabric element can be sewn to the lining part. In particular, the second plate element can thus be secured very securely to the first plate element by means of seams that can be loaded accordingly.
  • the cladding part which covers the first plate element can in particular be designed in the manner of a cover which covers or covers the first plate element towards the back of the user and towards the storage space.
  • the at least one holding element is preferably formed on the trim part. This is because, for example, by means of tabs, loops or the like, which are formed on the trim part, secure fixing of the first plate element to the frame arrangement can be achieved particularly easily.
  • the cladding part is designed as a fabric element which comprises at least one tunnel.
  • the at least one holding element is formed by the tunnel.
  • a first leg of the frame arrangement extending in a vertical direction of the rucksack is passed through a first such tunnel
  • a second leg of the frame arrangement extending in the vertical direction of the rucksack is passed through a second such tunnel.
  • those areas of the respective legs which pass through the tunnel are preferably located between the first plate element and the back of the user when the user is carrying the backpack with the shoulder straps on his back.
  • the frame arrangement helps to bring the back part into the desired arched shape when the frame arrangement tensions the net element.
  • the back part can have a cross strut in the area of the second plate element. Such an additional stiffening of the back part is particularly advantageous if the storage space of the rucksack has a larger volume, for example a volume of more than 24 liters.
  • the cross strut is preferably covered by a fabric element. As a result, the cross strut can be easily fixed as desired at a point on the back section provided for this.
  • two passages are formed in the network element, through which the end regions of the shoulder straps are passed.
  • the shoulder straps can be limited from moving apart.
  • a particularly large network element also seen in the transverse direction of the back part, can be provided in this way, which ensures the distance between the back part and the user's back. This in turn is conducive to good ventilation or ventilation of the user's back.
  • the back part can have a transverse strut in a lower partial area of the frame arrangement as seen in the vertical direction of the rucksack. In this way, stiffening can also be achieved in this partial area of the back part, and the back part can nevertheless be brought into the desired curved shape.
  • the back part can have a U-shaped bracket in the lower partial area of the frame arrangement as seen in the vertical direction of the rucksack.
  • the back part can also be arched away from the net element in the lower partial area of the back part as desired, wherein in particular a curvature in the transverse direction of the back part can be brought about by the bracket.
  • the back part can have a third plate element in the lower partial area of the frame arrangement as seen in the vertical direction of the rucksack. This also makes it possible to achieve additional local stiffening of the back part, while at the same time maintaining the flexibility of the back part viewed in the vertical direction of the rucksack.
  • free ends of the U-shaped bracket are inserted into insertion pockets which, viewed in the transverse direction of the back part, are spaced further apart than further insertion pockets into which free ends of legs of the frame arrangement are inserted.
  • the back part in the area of hip fins or hip belts, can be brought into a curved shape, so that in the area of the hip fins or hip belts there is a distance between the back part and the network element that improves ventilation of the user's back.
  • the back part can have a transverse strut which, viewed in the vertical direction of the rucksack, is arranged at the level of an upper transverse web of the frame arrangement.
  • a transverse strut is particularly advantageous in a backpack with a particularly large volume of storage space, for example in a backpack with a storage space of at least 45 liters or at least 50 liters.
  • legs of the frame arrangement extending in a vertical direction of the rucksack are at the smallest distance from one another in a first area.
  • the legs have a second, constant or increasingly increasing distance from one another in a second area which adjoins the first area.
  • the legs in a third area, which is likewise adjacent to the first area, the legs have a spacing from one another that increases towards the free ends of the legs. Accordingly, the legs approach one another in the first region, and the legs move away from one another again towards the free ends of the legs. This achieves a high degree of flexibility for the back part with sufficient rigidity at the same time.
  • the shoulder straps in the second area can be displaced along the frame arrangement in the vertical direction of the rucksack.
  • Such an, in particular stepless, back length adjustment can increase the wearing comfort of the backpack.
  • a rucksack 10 is shown in perspective, which has a network element 12 on its side facing a back of a user or wearer of the rucksack.
  • a network element 12 which is also referred to as a network back, rests on the user's back when the user is wearing the backpack 10 on his back and shoulder straps 14, 16 of the backpack 10 run over the user's shoulders.
  • a storage space 18 (compare Fig. 2 ) of the rucksack 10 is delimited by a back part 20 on its side facing the back of the user.
  • a frame arrangement 22 is arranged on the back part 20.
  • the frame arrangement 22 is designed for tensioning the network element 12.
  • an intermediate space 24 is consequently formed between the back part 20 and the net element 12, which in FIG Fig. 2 is easy to see. Air can enter the space 24 because the user's back does not rest against the back part 20, but against the network element 12. Because of this distance between the network element 12 and the back part 20, the back of the user or wearer of the rucksack 10 is well ventilated when the user or the wearer of the rucksack 10 is wearing the rucksack 10 strapped to his back.
  • the frame arrangement 22 which in the present case is formed by a bent, strong wire and is therefore in the present case designed as a wire frame, comprises an upper transverse web 26.
  • the frame arrangement 22 is inserted into a pocket 28 of the rucksack 10.
  • the bag can be opened by means of a zipper, for example, in order to gain access to the frame arrangement 22 or the wire frame.
  • the frame arrangement 22 can be removed from the backpack 10.
  • a first leg 30 and a second leg 32 of the frame arrangement 22 extend downward, viewed in a vertical direction 34 of the rucksack 10.
  • the second leg 32 is shown schematically.
  • a free end 36 (compare Fig. 3 ) of the first leg 30 is inserted into an insertion pocket formed on the back part 20.
  • a free end 38 (cf. Fig. 3 ) of the second leg 32 into an insertion pocket 40 introduced, which is shown schematically in Fig. 2 is shown.
  • the introduction of the free ends 36, 38 of the frame arrangement 22 into the lower insert pockets, of which only the insert pocket 40 is shown, and the upper region of the frame arrangement 22 into the upper pocket 28 leads to the tensioning of the network element 12 and thus to the formation of the intermediate space 24 (compare Fig. 2 ).
  • end regions 42, 44 of shoulder straps 14, 16 are attached to back part 20.
  • the end regions 42, 44 traverse the space 24 which is formed between the network element 12 and the back part 20 (cf. Fig. 2 ).
  • This ensures that there is also a distance between the network element 12 and the back part 20 in the area of the shoulder straps 14, 16.
  • This ensures improved ventilation of the back of the user of the rucksack 10.
  • deformation of the network element 12, as can occur when the shoulder straps 14, 16 are attached to the network element 12, is avoided.
  • the end regions 42, 44 of the shoulder straps 14, 16 in the present case run somewhat below a region of the rucksack 10 through the intermediate space 24 in which the back part 20 and the network element 12 at their respective upper end run towards one another or converge (cf. Fig. 2 ). Furthermore is off Fig. 1 It can be seen that the end regions 42, 44 of the shoulder straps 14, 16 are passed through two passages 46 which are formed in the network element 12. Accordingly, the network element 12 is particularly wide at the level of the end regions 42, 44 of the shoulder straps 14, 16. And a respective sub-area 48, 50 of the network element 12 is located laterally next to the end area 42, 44 towards an outside of the backpack 10, as seen in the transverse direction of the backpack 10.
  • Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 it can be seen that the network element 12 and the back part 20 run towards each other at the level of hip belts 52, 54, which are provided with an air-permeable material on their surface facing the back or the hip of the user.
  • hip belts 52, 54 which are provided with an air-permeable material on their surface facing the back or the hip of the user.
  • only short hip fins or the like can be provided instead of the hip belts 52, 54, or the hip belts 52, 54 or hip fins can be completely dispensed with.
  • the stowage space 18 can be closed on the top by means of a cover part 56 of the rucksack 10.
  • the back part 20 comprises a first, comparatively large-area plate element 58, which can be designed, for example, as a plastic plate, in particular made of polyethylene (PE).
  • the first plate element 58 is arranged in a fabric element 60 designed in the manner of a sleeve, which is inserted through the network element 12 in Fig. 1 you can see.
  • This fabric element 60 into which the first plate element 58 is sewn, comprises two tunnels 62, 64 (cf. Fig. 1 ), which serve to connect the first plate element 58 to the frame arrangement 22.
  • first leg 30 is passed through the tunnel 64 and the second leg 32 is passed through the tunnel 62, the tunnels 62, 64 preferably being stretched towards the center of the back part 20.
  • the legs 30, 32 in the present case support the first plate element 58 on its side facing the network element 12.
  • the back part 20 comprises a second plate element 66 which, in particular, is also designed as a plastic plate, for example made of polyethylene (PE) and in the present case is slightly curved. Accordingly, the second plate element 66 essentially follows the course of an upper edge 68 of the first plate element 58.
  • the end regions 42, 44 of the shoulder straps 14, 16 are fastened to the back part 20 in the region of the second plate element 66. In particular, the end regions 42, 44 of the shoulder straps 14, 16 can attach to the respective connection points on the back part 20, which are formed between the first plate element 58 and the second plate element 66 when viewed perpendicular to the plane of the first plate element 58.
  • the slightly arched second plate element 66 is covered by a fabric element 70, which in the present case is sewn to the fabric element 60.
  • a fabric element 70 which in the present case is sewn to the fabric element 60.
  • the two legs 30, 32 run past the fabric element 70 on the front side, that is to say on a side facing the back of the user, by which the second plate element 66 is covered.
