Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft einen Fahrradhelm, genauer einen kabellosen Fahrradhelm mit Bluetooth und Tonübertragung via Knochenschall bzw. Knochenleitung.
- Ein Helm dient hauptsächlich zum Schutz des menschlichen Kopfes. Allerdings sind die Funktionen eines traditionellen Helms sehr einfach und können modernen Anforderungen meist nicht genügen. So ist z. B. eine interaktive Kommunikation oder das Abspielen verschiedener Medien während der Fahrt nicht möglich. Manche der heutigen Helme erfüllen nur die Basisfunktion des Sicherheitsschutzes und bieten keine Möglichkeit zur Sprachkommunikation, was verdeckte Sicherheitsgefahren mit sich bringt. In einigen bekannten Helmen werden herkömmliche luftleitende Lautsprecher und luftleitende Mikrophone eingesetzt, so dass eine Sprachkommunikation in einer lauten Umgebung nicht möglich ist. Auch ist es dem Anwender in der Regel nicht angenehm, einen herkömmlichen Lautsprecher lange Zeit am Ohr zu tragen. Außerdem wird dadurch die Wahrnehmung von Umgebungsgeräuschen beeinträchtigt, so dass die Verkehrssicherheit gefährdet sein kann.
- Das Dokument
CN 204838175 U offenbart die Merkmale des Oberbegriffs des Anspruchs 1 in einer Kommunikationseinrichtung für einen Fahrradhelm, wobei jeweils ein Resonanzelement auf beiden Seiten des Helms angeordnet und mit einer Audioinformation-Ausgabeeinheit elektronisch angeschlossen ist, und ein erstes Mikrofon mittels einer Zugschnur in der Nähe vom Hals angeordnet und mit einer Audioinformation-Eingabeeinheit elektronisch angeschlossen ist; wobei eine Steuerungseinheit jeweils mit der Audioinformation-Ausgabeeinheit, Audioinformation-Eingabeeinheit sowie einer drahtlosen Sender-Empfängereinheit elektronisch angeschlossen ist. - Es ist daher eine Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, die vorstehend genannten Nachteile der bestehenden Technologie zu überwinden und einen kabellosen Fahrradhelm mit Bluetooth-Schnittstelle sowie Tonübertragung via Knochenleitung zu schaffen, der einfach aufgebaut sowie kostengünstig herzustellen ist, und der dem Fahrer einen verbesserten Schutz bietet.
- Diese Aufgabe wird gelöst durch einen kabellosen Fahrradhelm mit einer Bluetooth-Schnittstelle und einer Einrichtung zur Tonübertragung via Knochenschall bzw. Knochenleitung (im Folgenden auch als Knochenleitungsgerät bezeichnet), wobei der Fahrradhelm einen Helmkörper und eine daran angeordnete Einstelleinheit zum Bedienen des Knochenleitungsgeräts umfasst. An der Unterseite des Fahrradhelms ist ein Kinngurt vorgesehen, der zwei Gurtbänder umfasst, die seitlich am Helmkörper angeordnet sind und vorzugsweise mit einem Schnellverschluss oder einem anderen bekannten Verschluss verbunden werden. Der erfindungsgemäße Fahrradhelm zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass das Knochenleitungsgerät im Helmkörper lösbar befestigt ist. Das Knochenleitungsgerät ist an einer Stromversorgung angeschlossen und wird mittels einer Einstelleinheit, die vorzugsweise am Kinngurt befestigt ist, bedient. Der Helmkörper umfasst eine Rasteinrichtung zur Befestigung des Knochenleitungsgeräts. Das Knochenleitungsgerät kann in diesem Fall mittels der Rastverbindung im oder am Helmkörper befestigt und bei Bedarf rasch wieder abgenommen werden.
- Die Einstelleinheit könnte wahlweise aber auch an anderer Stelle, wie z. B. seitlich am Helm oder an einem vom Helm wegragenden Arm angeordnet sein.
- Im Innenraum des Helmkörpers sind vorzugsweise zwei Knochenleitungsgeräte symmetrisch angeordnet.
- Gemäß einer speziellen Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist wenigstens ein Knochenleitungsgerät auf der der Stirn gegenüberliegenden Seite im Helminnenraum angeordnet. Das wenigstens eine Knochenleitungsgerät befindet sich also vorzugsweise in einem hinteren Bereich des Helms.
- Die vorstehend genannte Einstelleinheit hat vorzugsweise eine Plus- und Minustaste für die Lautstärke sowie eine Funktionswahltaste.
- An der Einstelleinheit ist vorzugsweise auch ein Mikrophon vorgesehen.
- Der erfindungsgemäße Fahrradhelm umfasst vorzugsweise auch eine Steuereinheit zum Steuern der Funktion des Knochenleitungsgeräts. Die Steuereinheit ist vorzugsweise mit einer Bluetooth-Schnittstelle zur Kommunikation mit einem mobilen Gerät ausgestattet.
- Aus den vorstehend genannten Eigenschaften ergeben sich folgende Vorteile der Erfindung: 1. Der erfindungsgemäße Schutzhelm ist einfach aufgebaut, schnell und einfach zu montieren und zu demontieren, hat niedrige Herstellungskosten und somit eine hohe Markt-Konkurrenzfähigkeit. 2. Im Vergleich zur herkömmlichen, luftleitenden Lautsprecher-Technologie ist es für den Anwender viel angenehmer, einen Helm mit Knochenschall-Technologie zu tragen, wodurch auch in lauter Umgebung eine klare Sprachkommunikation möglich ist und die Wahrnehmung des Anwenders nicht beeinträchtigt wird. 3. Aufgrund der Verwendung der Bluetooth-Technologie kann eine kabellose Kommunikationsübertragung zu einem Handy oder einem anderen mobilen Gerät realisiert werden. Der Anwender wird dabei nicht durch ein Kabel beeinträchtigt, wie dies bei der herkömmlichen Technologie der Fall ist.
- Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand der beigefügten Zeichnungen beispielhaft näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

Fig. 1 ,2 und3 einen Fahrradhelm im zusammengebauten Zustand gemäß einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung in perspektivischer Ansicht, von vorne und von hinten; -
Fig. 4 eine Montagezeichnung des Knochenleitungsgerätes und des Helmkörpers im demontierten Zustand; - Die
Fig. 1-3 zeigen einen kabellosen Fahrradhelm mit einer Bluetooth-Schnittstelle und einer Einrichtung 6 zur Tonübertragung via Knochenschall bzw. Knochenleitung (Knochenleitungsgerät). Der Fahrradhelm umfasst einen Helmkörper 1 mit einer. Krempe 3, an dessen Unterseite ein Kinngurt vorgesehen ist, der zwei Gurtbänder 4 umfasst, die mit einem Schnellverschluss 5 verbunden werden. Der Fahrradhelm zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass das Knochenleitungsgerät 6 im Helmkörper lösbar befestigt ist. Das Knochenleitungsgerät 6 ist an einer Stromversorgung angeschlossen und wird mittels einer am Kinngurt befestigten Einstelleinheit 8 bedient. Die Einstelleinheit 8 könnte wahlweise aber auch an anderer Stelle, wie z. B. seitlich am Helmkörper 1 oder an einem vom Helmkörper 1 wegragenden Arm angeordnet sein. - Der Fahrradhelm umfasst ferner eine Steuereinheit zum Steuern des Knochenleitungsgeräts 6. Die Steuereinheit ist mit der Einstelleinheit elektrisch verbunden und umfasst ferner eine Bluetooth-Schnittstelle zur Kommunikation mit einem mobilen Gerät.
- Im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel sind zwei Knochenleitungsgeräte 6 symmetrisch im Innenraum des Helmkörpers 1 angeordnet.
- Das Knochenleitungsgerät 6 befindet sich in einem hinteren Bereich des Helminnenraums.
- Im Innenraum des Helmkörpers 1 ist eine Befestigungsaufnahme 7 vorgesehen, die in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel einen Rastmechanismus aufweist. Die Einrichtung 6 zur Tonübertragung via Knochenschall bzw. Knochenleitung hat einen korrespondierenden Rastmechanismus, so dass sie in der Befestigungsaufnahme 7 lösbar eingerastet werden kann.
- Außerdem ist an der Einstelleinheit 8 ein Mikrophon vorgesehen.
- Arbeitsprinzip: Vor der Verwendung des Fahrradhelms muss die Stromversorgung elektrisch aufgeladen sein. Der Ladezustand wird durch eine in der Steuereinheit integrierte Lampe angezeigt. Nach dem Einschalten werden das Handy, ein Musik-Abspielgerät oder andere Geräte mit dem Fahrradhelm über Bluetooth gekoppelt. Danach wird der Fahrradhelm auf den Kopf aufgesetzt. Da die Datenübertragung zwischen dem Fahrradhelm und dem bzw. den mobilen Geräten via Bluetooth erfolgt, gibt es kein elektrisches Kabel, das den Radfahrer bei der Fahrt behindern würde.
- Wenn der Fahrradhelm auf dem Kopf aufgesetzt ist, liegt das Knochenleitungsgerät 6 am Kopf an, und die Steuereinheit 8 setzt die Stimmsignale in ein Vibrationssignal um. Der Schädelknochen dient dabei als Übertragungsmedium für die Stimme, so dass die Stimme zum Hörnerv übertragen wird. Im Vergleich zur herkömmlichen luftleitenden Technologie ist es für den Anwender viel angenehmer, einen solchen Helm mit Knochenleitungstechnologie zu tragen. Mit einem solchen Fahrradhelm ist auch eine Sprachkommunikation in einer lauten Umgebung möglich. Außerdem wird die Wahrnehmung von Umgebungsgeräuschen nicht beeinträchtigt, so dass die Verkehrssicherheit verbessert wird.
- Zur Einstellung der Lautstärke sind an der Einstelleinheit 8 eine Plus- und Minustaste 81 vorgesehen. Außerdem ist an der Einstelleinheit 8 eine Funktionswahltaste 82 zur Einstellung verschiedener Funktionen vorgesehen, wie z. B. das Umschalten zwischen verschiedenen mobilen Geräten, Aktivieren bzw. Deaktivieren der Bluetooth-Verbindung, etc. Der Hersteller kann diese Funktionen nach Belieben einrichten.
- Das Grundprinzip und die Vorteile dieser Erfindung sind wie oben beschrieben. Dem Fachmann in dieser Branche ist bewusst, dass diese Erfindung nicht durch die oben genannten Ausführungsbeispiele eingeschränkt wird. Die oben genannten Ausführungsbeispiele und die Beschreibung dienen lediglich zur Erläuterung des Prinzips dieser Erfindung. Unter der Voraussetzung, dass Sinn und Anwendungsbereich dieser Erfindung nicht entkoppelt sind, kann diese Erfindung im Rahmen der nachfolgenden Ansprüche geändert und verbessert werden, die Querschnittsform der Aufnahme, die Werkstoffe und Struktur des Knochenleitungsgeräts, usw.
Claims (7)
- Fahrradhelm mit einer Bluetooth-Schnittstelle, wobei der Fahrradhelm einen Helmkörper (1) mit einem Kinngurt umfasst, der zwei Gurtbänder (4) aufweist, die seitlich am Helmkörper (1) angeordnet sind und mit einem Verschluss (5) verbunden werden, wobei der Fahrradhelm eine Einrichtung (6) zur Tonübertragung via Knochenschall bzw. Knochenleitung aufweist, die an einer Stromversorgung angeschlossen ist, und dass eine Einstelleinheit (8) vorgesehen ist, mit der die Einrichtung (6) zur Tonübertragung bedient werden kann,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Einrichtung (6) zur Tonübertragung via Knochenschall bzw. Knochenleitung am Helmkörper lösbar befestigt ist, und
dass im Innenraum des Helmkörpers (1) eine Befestigungsaufnahme (7) mit einem Rastmechanismus vorgesehen ist und die Einrichtung (6) zur Tonübertragung via Knochenschall bzw. Knochenleitung einen korrespondierenden Rastmechanismus aufweist, so dass sie in der Befestigungsaufnahme (7) eingerastet werden kann. - Fahrradhelm nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei Einrichtungen (6) zur Tonübertragung via Knochenschall bzw. Knochenleitung symmetrisch im Innenraum des Helmkörpers (1) angeordnet sind.
- Fahrradhelm nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtung (6) zur Tonübertragung via Knochenschall bzw. Knochenleitung in einem hinteren Bereich des Helminnenraums angeordnet ist.
- Fahrradhelm nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Einstelleinheit (8) eine Plus- und Minustaste für die Lautstärke (81) und eine Funktionswahltaste (82) vorgesehen sind.
- Fahrradhelm nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Einstelleinheit (8) ein Mikrophon vorgesehen ist.
- Fahrradhelm nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Steuereinheit zum Steuern der Einrichtung (6) zur Tonübertragung via Knochenschall bzw. Knochenleitung vorgesehen ist.
- Fahrradhelm nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuereinheit mit einer Bluetooth-Schnittstelle zur Kommunikation mit einem mobilen Gerät ausgestattet ist.
