Claims (14)

  1. Upper flap fitting (9) for moving an upper flap (3) accommodated on a furniture body (2) of a piece of furniture (1), wherein the upper flap fitting (9) has guide means with which, when the upper flap fitting (9) is mounted on the item of furniture (1), the upper flap (3) can be moved from a closed position to an open position relative to the furniture body (2) and back again, wherein the guide means have a first and a second fitting (10, 11), wherein, when arranged on the piece of furniture (1), the first and the second fitting (10, 11) are arranged at a distance from each other on the furniture body (2), wherein the upper flap fitting (9) has mounting means for attaching the first and the second fitting (10, 11) to the upper flap (3), wherein the mounting means can be mounted on the upper flap (3), characterized in that
    the mounting means have a first mounting unit (15b) with a floating bearing (38) and a second mounting unit (15a) with a fixed bearing (45), wherein, when mounted on the upper flap (3), the two mounting units (15a, 15b) are mounted at a distance from each other on the upper flap (3), and wherein, in the arranged state, the first fitting (11) is coupled to the first mounting unit (15b) and the second fitting (10) is coupled to the second mounting unit (15a), so that when the upper flap fitting (9) is mounted on the piece of furniture (1), a position of the upper flap (3) relative to the furniture body (2) is adjustable without tension by adjusting means (46, 48, 50) on the fixed bearing (45), in that a displacement of the position of the upper flap (3) can be compensated for by the floating bearing (38).
  2. Upper flap fitting (9) according to Claim 1, characterized in that the floating bearing (38) has a self-aligning bearing (59).
  3. Upper flap fitting (9) according to the preceding Claim 2, characterized in that the self-aligning bearing (59) is designed as a multiple self-aligning bearing.
  4. Upper flap fitting (9) according to one of the preceding Claims 2 or 3, characterized in that the self-aligning bearing (59) has two self-aligning elements (60, 61) .
  5. Upper flap fitting (9) according to one of the preceding Claims 2 to 4, characterized in that the self-aligning bearing (59) comprises two pivot axes (62, 63).
  6. Upper flap fitting (9) according to the preceding Claim 4, characterized in that the self-aligning bearing (59) has a guide member (64, 65), with which a self-aligning element (60, 61) is movably guided.
  7. Upper flap fitting (9) according to one of the preceding Claims 2 to 6, characterized in that the self-aligning bearing (59) of the floating bearing (38) is present independently of a height or depth adjustment (46, 50) of the floating bearing (38).
  8. Upper flap fitting (9) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the floating bearing (38) is designed in such a way that a lateral and/or height adjustment of the fixed bearing (45) can be compensated for by the floating bearing (38).
  9. Upper flap fitting (9) according to the preceding Claim 5, characterized in that a first pivot axis (62) of the self-aligning bearing (59) is fixed relative to the remaining parts of the floating bearing (38), and a second pivot axis (63) of the self-aligning bearing (59) is movable relative to the remaining parts of the floating bearing (38).
  10. Upper flap fitting (9) according to one of the preceding Claims 5 or 9, characterized in that the floating bearing (38) is designed in such a way that when the device is arranged on the upper flap (3), in an open position of the upper flap (3), a first pivot axis (62) is further removed from a front side (4b) of the furniture body (2) than a second pivot axis (63).
  11. Upper flap fitting (9) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the floating bearing (38) is designed in such a way that there is play in two directions.
  12. Upper flap fitting (9) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the floating bearing (38) has a carriage bearing.
  13. Upper flap fitting (9) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the fixed bearing (45) is adjustable in an open position of the upper flap (3), wherein a position of the upper flap (3) relative to the second fitting (10) is changed by an adjustment of the fixed bearing (45), wherein the floating bearing (38) is designed in such a way that, in a closing movement of the upper flap (3) from the open position to the closed position, a change in the position of the upper flap (3) relative to the first fitting (11) is made possible, so that the upper flap (3) is coupled to the first and the second fitting (10, 11) without tension in an adjustment direction of the fixed bearing (45).
  14. Piece of furniture (1) having an upper flap fitting (9) according to one of the preceding claims.
