Description
The present invention relates to a wood-concrete composite system (HBV system).
In the construction of new buildings and the renovation of old buildings, the utilization of the static load-bearing capacity of wooden beams plays a major role. Overall, the desired load-bearing capacity is ultimately achieved by the combination of wooden elements, such as cross-beams, and concrete elements, such as concrete floors and floors. Often, however, in the context of a construction of a wood-concrete composite system, individual loads conventionally stand on a crossbeam or on the concrete surface. These individual loads must be removed statically determined, with additional steel beams, timber beams or concrete bars, which are aligned in the clamping direction of the axial position of the crossbar, are used in the respective area concerned. High single loads usually stir from an overlying floor, z. B. a roof in the form of pencils. However, there are also limits to this removal insofar as the crossbeam as a whole still has to be able to remove the corresponding loads at the latest at its support points.
The present invention is therefore based on the object to provide an HBV system with which a distribution of a single load can be removed flexibly and over a larger area in a form-fitting manner and in a clamped form expandable.
- a) ein erstes Tragelement, insbesondere ein Holzquerbalken (d.h. ein Bestandsbalken in Haupttragrichtung), wobei das erste Tragelement im Wesentlichen waagrecht verlaufend angeordnet ist und mit einem sich auf dem ersten Tragelement abstützenden Lasttragelement direkt oder indirekt beaufschlagt ist, das eine Last auf das erste Tragelement abträgt;
- b) mindestens ein zweites Tragelement, das im Wesentlichen parallel zu dem durch die Last beaufschlagten Tragelemente ausgerichtet ist;
- a) a first support element, in particular a wooden crossbeam (ie a stock beam in the main supporting direction), wherein the first support element is arranged to extend substantially horizontally and with a on the first support element supporting load-bearing element is applied directly or indirectly, which removes a load on the first support member;
- b) at least one second support element, which is aligned substantially parallel to the loaded by the load supporting elements;
- c) at least one load distribution element, which is attached to the first support member and to the at least second support member and optionally also attached to the load bearing member; and
- d) a concrete structure which is at least partially supported by the first support member and the at least one second support member.
In this way, an HBV system has been created in which a transverse distribution of occurring, on-site single loads is achieved. Typically, within the concrete structure, e.g. a slender concrete layer and a false floor area, a construction is provided, which the individual loads on the left and / or right on the adjacent support elements, such as. Crossbeam, cross-distributed, so as to achieve an additional static upgrading of the affected areas and to achieve this with the least possible constructive and constructional effort.
In an advantageous embodiment of the present invention, it can be provided that the load distribution element is aligned substantially perpendicular to a clamping direction of the first and the at least one second support element. This results in a simple embodiment of the load transverse distribution and a comparatively simple calculation model of the removal of the static loads.
For removing larger static loads, it may be provided that the load distribution element expands over a number of several second support elements and is secured thereto. In this way, the loads can be removed over relatively large areas to the outside of the actual load bearing point. It can Depending on the situation, it may be provided that the load distribution element expands symmetrically or else asymmetrically, starting from an attachment point of the load-bearing element.
In the field of open construction site, it is generally advantageous if the funds used are simply designed and / or operated. With regard to the load distribution element, this can be achieved in an advantageous embodiment, when the load distribution element is designed as a metal rail, which can be preferably designed as a crane rail or as a rail with a U-shaped profile. Alternatively, the load distribution element can also be designed as a concrete bar. This concrete bar can be prefabricated, or even in situ on the site by formwork in the false bottom areas between the crossbars, are threaded through the appropriate reinforcing bars, and poured with in-situ concrete.
In a further particularly advantageous manner, the load of the load-bearing element can be removed via the load distribution element to the first and the at least one second support element. This means that the load-bearing element does not rest or stand directly on the first support element, but already acts on the first support element in a load-reduced manner in accordance with the static distribution of the load through the load distribution element.
Further advantageous embodiments of the invention can be found in the remaining subclaims.
