Claims (10)

  1. Sommier de lit comportant un cadre rigide (1) ayant deux longs-pans (2) parallèles, écartés l'un de l'autre ainsi qu'un appui de jambes (3) relié de manière pivotante à celui-ci, avec un appui de pieds (4) articulé sur cet appui de jambes,
    * un levier d'appui (10) étant articulé de manière pivotante avec un frein de pivotement dans la zone des longs-pans (2), associé à l'appui de pieds (4), les extrémités libre du levier d'appui étant tenues amovibles à leur extrémité libre à l'opposé du sens de remontée par pivotement (A) de l'appui de pieds (4),
    sommier caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend :
    un frein de friction et/ou de silicone dans la zone d'articulation avec le long-pan (2) au levier d'appui (10) pour freiner la rotation du levier d'appui (10).
  2. Sommier de lit selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    une fourchette de réception (11) est fixée à une branche latérale (5) de l'appui de pieds (4) et dont l'ouverture (19) est orientée vers le levier d'appui (10).
  3. Sommier de lit selon la revendication 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'extrémité libre du levier d'appui (10) tournée vers la fourchette de réception (11) porte un goujon (12) qui se loge dans l'ouverture (19) de la fourchette pour le fonctionnement.
  4. Sommier de lit selon la revendication 2 ou 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les deux branches délimitant l'ouverture de fourchette (19) ont chacune une rampe d'entrée ou un arrondi.
  5. Sommier de lit selon l'une des revendications 2 à 4,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la fourchette de réception est en matière plastique.
  6. Sommier de lit selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le frein à fiction (13) comporte au moins une rondelle de friction (14) s'appliquant contre un côté de l'appui de pieds (10), directement ou indirectement avec une poussée de ressort.
  7. Sommier de lit selon l'une des revendications précédentes 2 à 6,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'ouverture de fourchette (19) va en diminuant vers le côté d'entrée.
  8. Sommier de lit selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    selon lequel
    l'appui de jambes (3) est pivotant par un entraînement motorisé (8) notamment un entraînement linéaire tenu de manière pivotante d'un côté avec son premier palier par rapport au cadre (1),
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'entraînement (8) est tenu à son second palier par une tige (9) qui relie les longs-pans (6) de l'appui de jambes (3).
  9. Sommier de lit selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7,
    selon lequel
    l'appui de jambes (3) est pivotant par intermédiaire d'un entraînement motorisé (8) qui est tenu de manière fixe ou pivotante par rapport au cadre (1),
    sommier caractérisé en ce que
    l'entraînement (8) agit sur une première branche (22) d'un levier coudé (21) dont la seconde branche (23) porte à son extrémité libre un patin (24) qui glisse contre l'appui de jambes (3).
  10. Sommier de lit selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7,
    selon lequel
    l'appui de jambes (3) est pivotant par l'intermédiaire d'un entraînement motorisé (8) qui est tenu de manière fixe ou pivotante par rapport au cadre (1),
    sommier caractérisé en ce que
