  1. System (20) for locking a door (5) allowing access to a space (10), especially toilets of a railway vehicle, the system (20) comprising a first framework (22) which is to be integrated into the door (5) and a second framework (24) which is to be integrated into a frame (15) of the door (5) and to be situated facing the first framework (22) when the door (5) is closed, the closed door (5) defining an inner side (A) of the system (20) that is oriented towards said space (10) and an outer side (B) that is oriented away from the space (10), the system (20) further comprising:
    - a locking member (32) which is movable relative to the first framework (22) selectively between a locking position in which the door (5) is locked and a rest position allowing the door (5) to be opened,
    - a locking knob (34) situated on the inner side (A), a first lock (36) situated on the outer side (B), and a device (38) for controlling the locking member (32) with the locking knob (34) and with the first lock (36), the first lock being intended to allow the door (5) to be placed out of service manually from the outer side (B), the locking knob (34) being intended to allow the door (5) to be locked and then unlocked from the inner side (A),
    - an outer indicator (40) and an inner indicator (42) which are adapted to display on the outer side (B) and on the inner side (A), respectively, visual, and for example tactile, signs (44, 46, 48, 50) representing the fact that the locking member (32) is in the locking position or in the rest position following actuation of the locking knob (34), and
    - a first locking element (26) mounted on the first framework (22), and an outer opening member (28) and an inner opening member (30) which are mounted on the first framework (22) for actuating the first locking element (26) from the outer side (B) and from the inner side (A), respectively,
    characterised in that the system (20) selectively comprises one or more optional modules taken from among the following modules:
    - a first module (64) adapted to detect whether the door (5) is closed or open, and to send a first electrical or electromagnetic signal (66) representing the fact that the door (5) is closed or open,
    - a second module (68) adapted to detect whether the locking member (32) is in the locking position or in the rest position, and to send a second electrical or electromagnetic signal (70) representing the fact that the locking member (32) is in the locking position or in the rest position,
    - a third module (72) adapted to display on the outer side (B) a visual, and for example tactile, sign (74) indicating whether the locking member (32) is in the locking position following actuation of the first lock (36),
    - a fourth module (78) adapted to display on the inner side (A) a visual, and for example tactile, sign (80) indicating whether the locking member (32) is in the locking position following actuation of the first lock (36),
    - a fifth module (84) adapted to receive a third electrical signal (86) for remotely placing the door (5) out of service, and for placing the door (5) out of service automatically on receipt of the third signal (86), the fifth module (84) then not preventing the door (5) from being opened by actuation of the inner opening member (30),
    - a sixth module (90) adapted to display on the inner side (A) a visual, and for example tactile, sign (80) indicating whether the door (5) has been placed out of service following an action of the fifth module (84),
    - a seventh module (96) adapted to display on the outer side (B) a visual, and for example tactile, sign (74) indicating whether the door (5) has been placed out of operation following an action of the fifth module (84),
    - an eighth module (100) adapted to detect whether the door (5) has been placed out of service by manual actuation of the first lock (36), and to send a representing fourth electrical or electromagnetic signal (102), and
    - a ninth module (104) adapted to send a fifth acoustic signal (106) representing the fact that the door (5) has been locked in the occupied position by an action on the locking knob (34), has been placed out of service automatically following an action of the fifth module (84), or has been placed out of service manually by an actuation of the first lock (36), the fifth signal (106) being intended to be perceptible by an operator or a passenger on the inner side (A) and on the outer side (B),
    the first framework (22) and the second framework (24) being adapted such that the locking member, the locking knob (34), the outer indicator (40), the inner indicator (42) and the optional modules that are present can selectively be mounted, preferably removably, on either of the first framework (22) or the second framework (24).
  2. System (20) according to claim 1, wherein the first framework (22) and the second framework (24) are provided such that the locking member (32), the locking knob (34), the outer indicator (40), the inner indicator (42) and all said optional modules that are present can first be fixed to the assembly constituted by the first framework (22) and the second framework (24), and such that the first framework (22) and the second framework (24) can then be fixed to the door (5) and to the frame (15), respectively.
  3. System (20) according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the first module (64) comprises a first sensor (K1) adapted to detect whether the door (5) is closed or open, the first sensor (K1) being:
    - either in a first position, in which the first sensor (K1) is mounted on the second framework (24) facing the first locking element (26),
    - or in a second position, in which the first sensor (K1) is mounted on the first framework (22), the first sensor (K1) preferably being an inductive sensor adapted to detect the second framework (24) when the door (5) is closed.
  4. System (20) according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the second module (68) comprises a second sensor (K2) adapted to detect whether the locking member (32) is in the locking position or in the rest position, the second sensor (K2) being:
    - either in a first position, in which the second sensor (K2) is mounted on the second framework (24),
    - or in a second position, in which the second sensor (K2) is mounted on the first framework (22).
  5. System (20) according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein:
    - the third module (72) comprises a first support (76), preferably a disc, and being adapted to be driven by the first lock (36), the first support (76) carrying the sign (74) of the third module (72); and
    - the fourth module (78) comprises a second support (82), preferably a disc, the second support (82) being adapted to be driven by the first lock (36), the second support (82) carrying the sign (80) of the fourth module (78);
    the locking member (32), the first support (76) and the second support (82) being:
    - either in a first position, in which the locking member (32) is mounted on the second framework (24), and the first support (76) and the second support (82) are rotatably mounted relative to the second framework (24),
    - or in a second position, in which the locking member (32) is mounted on the first framework (22), and the first support (76) and the second support (82) are rotatably mounted relative to the first framework (22).
  6. System (20) according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising a second locking element (58) which is movably mounted on the first framework (22) and is controlled with the inner opening member (30) and independent of the outer opening member (28), and wherein the fifth module (84) comprises:
    - either an electric strike (88) which is mounted on the second framework (24) and adapted to receive the second locking element (58), the electric strike (88) being movable between a removable configuration, in which the electric strike (88) is movable relative to the second framework (24) in order to allow the door to be opened (5) while the second locking element (58) is received in the electric strike (88), and a blocked configuration, in which the electric strike (88) is fixed relative to the second framework (24),
    - or a lug which is mounted on the first framework (22) and electrically controlled in order to selectively block the outer opening member (28).
  7. System (20) according to claim 6, further comprising a second lock (59) which is mounted on the outer side (B) of the first framework (22) and adapted to actuate the second locking element (58), the second lock (59) being intended to allow the door (5) to be opened manually after the door (5) has been placed out of service automatically.
  8. System (20) according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the sixth module (90) comprises a third support (92), preferably a disc, and an actuator (94) adapted to displace the third support (92) in rotation, the third support (92) carrying on an inner side (A) the sign of the sixth module (90),
    the third support (92) and the actuator (94) being:
    - either in a first position, in which the third support (92) is rotatably mounted on the second framework (24), and the actuator (94) is mounted on the second framework (24),
    - or in a second position, in which the third support (92) is rotatably mounted on the first framework (22), and the actuator (94) is mounted on the first framework (22).
  9. System (20) according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the seventh module (96) comprises a fourth support (98), preferably a disc, and an actuator (94) adapted to displace the fourth support (98) in rotation, the fourth support (98) carrying on an outer side (B) the sign (74) of the seventh module (96),
    the fourth support (98) and the actuator (94) being:
    - either in a first position, in which the fourth support (98) is rotatably mounted on the second framework (24), and the actuator (94) is mounted on the second framework (24),
    - or in a second position, in which the fourth support (98) is rotatably mounted on the first framework (22), and the actuator (94) is mounted on the first framework (22).
  10. System (20) according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the eighth module (100) comprises a third sensor (K3) adapted to detect whether the first lock (36) has been actuated and to produce the fourth signal (102), the third sensor (K3) being:
    - either in a first position, in which the third sensor (K3) is mounted on the second framework (24),
    - or in a second position, in which the third sensor (K3) is mounted on the first framework (22).
