  1. System (1) for locking an access door (5) to a space (7), especially the toilets of a railway vehicle, the closed door (5) extending in a plane (P) defining an inner side (A) of the system oriented towards said space (7) and an outer side (B) oriented away from the space (7), the system (1) comprising:
    - a framework (10) which is configured to be fixed in a frame (3) of the door or in the door (5) and which defines at least in part an inner aperture (38) situated on the inner side (A) and an outer aperture (36) situated on the outer side (B);
    - an inner locking plate (12) having an outside face (12A) facing towards the inner side (A) and an inside face (12B) facing towards the outer side (B), the outside face (12A) having a first visual, and advantageously tactile, sign (S1) representing a "free" state of said space (7) and a second visual, and advantageously tactile, sign (S2) representing an "occupied" state, the inner locking plate (12) being mounted to be rotatable about an axis (D) relative to the framework (10) between an open position, in which the first sign (S1) is aligned with the inner aperture (38), and a closed position, in which the second sign (S2) is aligned with the inner aperture, the axis (D) being substantially perpendicular to the plane (P);
    - a locking knob (14) which is situated on the inner side (A) and configured to drive in rotation the inner locking plate (12);
    - an outer locking plate (16) which is substantially parallel to the inner locking plate (12) and has an outside face (16B) facing towards the outer side (B) and an inside face (16A) facing towards the inner locking plate (12), the outside face (16B) having a third visual, and advantageously tactile, sign (S3) representing the "free" state and a fourth visual, and advantageously tactile, sign (S4) representing the "occupied" state, the outer locking plate (16) being secured in rotation about the axis (D) with the inner locking plate (12) between an open position, in which the third sign (S3) is aligned with the outer aperture (36), and a closed position, in which the fourth sign (S4) is aligned with the outer aperture (36);
    - a dead bolt (18), and a linking system (20) which mechanically connects the dead bolt (18) to the inner locking plate (12) or to the outer locking plate (16);
    - an outer manual disabling plate (22) having an inside face (22A) substantially parallel to the outside face (16B) of the outer locking plate (16), and an outside face (22B) which faces towards the outer side (B) and has a fifth visual, and advantageously tactile, sign (S5) representing a "manual out of service" state of the space, the outer manual disabling plate (22) further defining a first window (F1);
    - a lock (24) which is situated on the outer side (B) and configured to drive the outer manual disabling plate (22) in rotation;
    characterised in that the inside face (22A) of the outer manual disabling plate (22) is situated opposite the outside face (16B) of the outer locking plate (16), the outer manual disabling plate (22) being rotatable about the axis (D) relative to the framework (10) between an out of service position, in which the fifth sign (S5) is visible through the outer aperture (36), and a neutral position, in which the first window (F1) is aligned with the outer aperture (36), the outer manual disabling plate (22) having a stop (42) which is configured to put the outer locking plate (16) in its closed position when the outer manual disabling plate (22) is in the out of service position.
  2. System (1) according to claim 1, wherein the inner locking plate (12) and the outer locking plate (16) form two at least partial discs, an angular sector of each disc advantageously being partially removed, or perforated.
  3. System (1) according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the linking system (20) comprises a rod (40) mounted on the inner locking plate (12).
  4. System (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising an inner manual disabling plate (26) having an inside face (26B) substantially parallel to, and situated opposite, the outside face (12A) of the inner locking plate (12), and an outside face (26A) which faces towards the inner side (A) and has a sixth visual, and advantageously tactile, sign (S6) representing the "manual out of service" state of the space (7), the inner manual disabling plate (26) further defining a second window (F2) and being secured in rotation about the axis (D) with the outer manual disabling plate (22) between an out of service position, in which the sixth sign (S6) is aligned with the inner aperture (38), and a neutral position, in which the second window is aligned with the inner aperture (38).
  5. System (1) according to claim 4, wherein the outer manual disabling plate (22) and the inner manual disabling plate (26) form two at least partial discs, an angular sector of each disc being partially absent or perforated to form the first window and the second window, and another sector of each disc being preferably partially absent or perforated.
  6. System according to claim 4 or 5, further comprising:
    - an outer automatic disabling plate (28) having an inside face (22A) substantially parallel to, and situated opposite, the outside face (22B) of the outer manual disabling plate (22), and an outside face (28B) which faces towards the outer side (B) and has a seventh visual, and advantageously tactile, sign (S7) representing an "automatic out of service" state of the space (7), the outer automatic disabling plate (28) further defining a third window (F3) and being rotatable about the axis (D) relative to the framework (10) between an automatic out of service position, in which the seventh sign (S7) is aligned with the outer aperture (36), and a neutral position, in which the third window (F3) is aligned with the outer aperture (36), and
    - an actuating system (30) for rotational actuation of the outer automatic disabling plate (28).
  7. System (1) according to claim 6, further comprising an inner automatic disabling plate (32) having an inside face (32B) substantially parallel to, and situated opposite, the outside face (26A) of the inner manual disabling plate (26), and an outside face (26A) which faces towards the inner side (A) and has an eighth visual, and advantageously tactile, sign (S8) representing the "automatic out of service" state of the space, the inner automatic disabling plate (28) further defining a fourth window (F4) and being integral in rotation about the axis (D) with the outer automatic disabling plate (28) between an automatic out of service position, in which the eighth sign (S8) is aligned with the inner aperture (38), and a neutral position, in which the fourth window (F4) is aligned with the inner aperture (36).
  8. System (1) according to claim 7, wherein the outer automatic disabling plate (28) and the inner automatic disabling plate (32) form two at least partial discs, an angular sector of each disc being partially absent or perforated to form the third window (F3) and the fourth window (F4).
  9. System (1) according to any one of claims 6 to 8, wherein the actuating system (30) for rotational actuation comprises a jack (44) mounted on the outer automatic disabling plate (28).
