Ce dispositif comporte également un volet d'obturation 5 monté rotatif par rapport au châssis C de l'appareil et apte à être entraîné en rotation dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre par le verrou précité 3 de manière à obturer ledit orifice 4 d'accès à l'outil de manoeuvre du dispositif M de mise à la terre, ledit volet 5 étant rappelé dans une position dans laquelle ledit orifice est libéré par l'intermédiaire de moyens de rappel (non représentés).
Ce verrou 3 est formé par une pièce en forme d'équerre comportant deux bras 6,7 dont l'un 6 est relié de manière articulée par son extrémité libre 6a autour d'un axe X, au pêne 8 d'une serrure à clé 9 constituant une partie d'un dispositif de déverrouillage dont la fonction sera décrite ultérieurement, et dont l'autre bras 7 comporte une extrémité 7a apte à coopérer avec ledit volet 5. Ce pêne 8 est apte à être déplacé en rotation par une manoeuvre de la clé par un opérateur, entre une première position dite inactive (représentée sur les figures 1 à 8) dans laquelle seul le déplacement du noyau de la bobine peut entraîner le verrouillage ou le déverrouillage du dispositif de mise à la terre, et une seconde position dite active représentée sur les figures 9 à 12, le passage de la position inactive à la position active entraînant le déverrouillage du verrou permettant l'introduction de l'outil d'actionnement du dispositif de mise à la terre.
Ce verrou 3 comporte une ouverture de forme oblongue 10 s'étendant parallèlement à celui 6 des bras du verrou 3 qui est relié de manière articulée au pêne 8 de la serrure, ladite ouverture 10 étant destinée à recevoir le noyau 2 et à coopérer avec celui-ci de la manière qui sera expliquée dans ce qui suit.

This latch 3 is formed by a square-shaped piece having two arms 6, 7 one of which is hingedly connected by its free end 6a about an axis X, to the bolt 8 of a key lock 9 constituting a part of an unlocking device whose function will be described later, and the other arm 7 has an end 7a adapted to cooperate with said flap 5. This bolt 8 is adapted to be rotated by a key operation by an operator, between a first position said inactive (shown on the Figures 1 to 8 ) in which only the displacement of the core of the coil may cause the grounding device to be locked or unlocked, and a second so-called active position shown on the Figures 9 to 12 , the transition from the inactive position to the active position causing the unlocking of the lock allowing the introduction of the actuating tool of the grounding device.
This lock 3 comprises an oblong opening 10 extending parallel to that 6 of the arms of the lock 3 which is hingedly connected to the bolt 8 of the lock, said opening 10 being intended to receive the core 2 and to cooperate with that in the way that will be explained in what follows.
As illustrated on the figure 8a , the latch 3 comprises on its face 11 cooperating with the core 2, a portion of face 12 having a slope with respect to said face 11 of the latch 3, this surface portion being intended to cooperate with the core 2 so as to recall the lock in its locked position when a voltage is again detected on the line after unlocking. The oblong aperture 10 and the sloped surface portion 12 are bordered by a protruding flange 13 defining an area 14 in which the end of the core 2 is intended to move, the flange 13 for guiding said core. 2 inside this area.

Le volet d'obturation 5 est ainsi entraîné, dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d'une montre de manière à libérer l'orifice et permettre l'introduction de la manivelle de commande du dispositif de mise à la terre. Claims (14)

  1. Locking device intended to prevent the earthing of an electrical protection apparatus mounted in a frame in the presence of a voltage on the line on which the apparatus is placed via locking means,
    characterized in that these locking means are suitable for being actuated by actuation means controlled by the presence of a voltage on the line, and in that it further comprises a lock (9) suitable for being actuated by an operator so as to activate the locking means (3, 5), or else deactivate them after the activation of the actuation means (1) having driven the locking means (3, 5) into a locked position.
  2. Locking device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the abovementioned locking means (3, 5) comprise a latch (3) co-operating with means (5) for preventing the actuation of the earthing device M.
  3. Locking device according to Claim 2, characterized in that these means for preventing the actuation of the earthing device comprise a shutter (5) mounted to rotate in relation to the frame C of the apparatus and suitable for blocking or releasing the orifice (4) for access to a tool for manoeuvring the earthing device M, said shutter (5) being returned to the position of release of the orifice (4) by return means.
  4. Locking device according to Claim 2, characterized in that the abovementioned actuation means comprise an electromagnetic coil (1), said coil (1) comprising a core (2) co-operating with the latch (3).
  5. Locking device according to Claim 4, characterized in that the core (2) of the coil (1) is mobile between a position retracted inside the coil (1) allowing the displacement of the latch (3) to the unlocking position and a position of extraction of the core outside the coil (1) in which the core (2) co-operates with the latch (3) so as to hold said latch (3) in the locking position.
  6. Locking device according to Claim 4 or 5, characterized in that the latch (3) is mounted articulated in relation to the frame C of the apparatus, the core (2) of the coil (1) co-operating with a slot (10) provided in the latch (3) so as to prevent the rotation of the latch and thus hold the latter in the locking position, in the case of a presence of voltage on the line, and to allow the rotation of the latch driving the latch into an unlocking position, in the case where no presence of voltage is detected on the line.
  7. Locking device according to any one of Claims 4 to 6, characterized in that the electromagnetic coil (1) is a so-called "under voltage" coil co-operating with an electronic device suitable for not sending voltage to the coil in the case where a voltage is detected on the line, and for sending voltage to the coil in the case where no voltage on the line is detected.
  8. Locking device according to Claim 6 or 7, characterized in that the lock (9) comprises a bolt (8) mounted articulated in relation to the frame C of the apparatus and suitable for being driven in rotation by the operator, and in that the latch (3) is mounted articulated in relation to this bolt (8).
  9. Locking device according to Claim 6 or 8, characterized in that the latch (3) is linked mechanically to the core (2) of the coil (1) by a so-called sliding pivot link making it possible for the latch (3) to be blocked or unblocked, either by the coil (1), or by the lock (9).
  10. Locking device according to Claim 9, characterized in that the latch (3) comprises an oblong slot (10) co-operating with the core (2) of the coil (1).
  11. Locking device according to any one of Claims 8 to 10, characterized in that the abovementioned latch (3) is substantially bracket-shaped and comprises a first arm (6) linked in an articulated manner by its free end (6a), to said bolt (8), and a second arm (7) co-operating by its free end (7a) with the abovementioned means for preventing the actuation of the earthing device M.
  12. Locking device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises means for returning the latch (3) to the locking position, upon the return of a voltage on the line after an unlocking.
  13. Locking device according to any one of Claims 6 to 12, characterized in that the latch (3) comprises, on its surface (11) situated facing the core (2) of the coil (1), a portion of surface (12) exhibiting a slope relative to the abovementioned surface (11), so as to allow the core (2) of the coil (1) to replace the latch (3) in the locking position after an unlocking, upon the return of a voltage on the line.
  14. Electrical protection apparatus comprising a locking device according to any one of Claims 1 to 13.
