Claims (14)

  1. Verriegelungsvorrichtung zur Verhinderung der Erdung eines, auf einem Traggestell montierten elektrischen Schaltgeräts bei Vorhandensein einer elektrischen Spannung in der durch das Schaltgerät geschützten Leitung mithilfe von Verriegelungsmitteln,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Verriegelungsmittel dazu ausgelegt sind, durch Antriebsmittel, welche über eine in der Leitung vorhandene Spannung angesteuert werden, beaufschlagt zu werden, sowie dadurch, dass die Vorrichtung außerdem ein Zylinderschloss (9) umfasst, das von einer Bedienperson betätigt werden kann, derart, dass die Verriegelungsmittel (3, 5) aktiviert oder nach Wirksamwerden der Antriebsmittel (1) und dadurch bewirkter Überführung der Verriegelungsmittel (3, 5) in eine Verriegelungsstellung deaktiviert werden können.
  2. Verriegelungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Verriegelungsmittel (3, 5) eine Sperrklinke (3) umfassen, die mit Mitteln (5) zur Verhinderung der Betätigung der Erdungsvorrichtung M zusammenwirkt.
  3. Verriegelungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Mittel zur Verhinderung der Betätigung der Erdungsvorrichtung eine Verschlussblende (5) umfassen, die in Bezug zum Traggestell C des Schaltgeräts drehbar gelagert ist und dazu dient, die Zugangsöffnung (4) zur Einführung eines Werkzeugs zur Betätigung der Erdungsvorrichtung zu versperren oder freizugeben, wobei die genannte Verschlussblende (5) durch Rückstellmittel in Richtung einer Stellung zur Freigabe der Öffnung (4) beaufschlagt wird.
  4. Verriegelungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Antriebsmittel eine Magnetspule (1) umfassen, welche Spule (1) einen mit der Sperrklinke (3) zusammenwirkenden Kern (2) umfasst.
  5. Verriegelungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kern (2) der Spule (1) zwischen einer Tauchstellung im Inneren der Spule (1), die ein Verschieben der Sperrklinke (3) in Richtung der Entriegelungsstellung erlaubt, und einer aus der Spule (1) hervorstehenden Stellung verschoben werden kann, in welcher Stellung der Kern (2) mit der Sperrklinke (3) zusammenwirkt, derart, dass die genannte Sperrklinke (3) in der Verriegelungsstellung gehalten wird.
  6. Verriegelungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sperrklinke (3) gelenkig mit dem Traggestell C des Schaltgeräts verbunden ist, wobei der Kern (2) der Spule (1) mit einer in der Sperrklinke (3) ausgebildeten Öffnung (10) zusammenwirkt, um ein Verdrehen der Sperrklinke zu verhindern und diese in der Verriegelungsstellung zu halten, wenn eine Spannung in der Leitung vorhanden ist, bzw. das Verdrehen der Sperrklinke und die damit verbundene Überführung derselben in die Entriegelungsstellung zuzulassen, wenn keine Spannung in der Leitung nachgewiesen wird.
  7. Verriegelungsvorrichtung nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Magnetspule (1) als Unterspannungsauslöser ausgebildet ist, der mit einer elektronischen Schaltung zusammenwirkt, welche dazu ausgelegt ist, kein Spannungssignal an die Spule zu übertragen, wenn eine Spannung in der Leitung nachgewiesen wird, bzw. ein Spannungssignal an die Spule zu übertragen, wenn in der Leitung keine Spannung nachgewiesen wird.
  8. Verriegelungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zylinderschloss (9) einen Riegel (8) umfasst, der gelenkig mit dem Traggestell C des Schaltgeräts verbunden ist und dazu dient, durch eine Bedienperson drehwirksam betätigt zu werden, sowie dadurch, dass die Sperrklinke (3) gelenkig mit dem genannten Riegel (8) verbunden ist.
  9. Verriegelungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sperrklinke (3) mechanisch mit dem Kern (2) der Spule (1) über ein sogenanntes Dreh-Schub-Gelenk verbunden ist, mit dessen Hilfe die Sperrklinke (3) entweder über die Spule (1) oder über das Zylinderschloss (9) blockiert bzw. freigegeben werden kann.
  10. Verriegelungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Sperrklinke (3) ein Langloch (10) ausgebildet ist, das mit dem Kern (2) der Spule (1) zusammenwirkt.
  11. Verriegelungsvorrichtung nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannte Sperrklinke (3) annähernd winkelförmig ausgebildet ist und einen ersten Schenkel (6), der mit seinem freien Ende (6a) an den genannten Riegel (8) angelenkt ist, sowie einen zweiten Schenkel (7) umfasst, der über sein freies Ende (7a) mit den genannten Mitteln zu Verhinderung der Betätigung der Erdungsvorrichtung M zusammenwirkt.
  12. Verriegelungsvorrichtung nach irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Mittel umfasst, um die Sperrklinke (3) in die Verriegelungsstellung zurückzuführen, wenn nach vorausgegangener Entriegelung eine Spannungsrückkehr in der Leitung eintritt.
  13. Verriegelungsvorrichtung nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 6 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sperrklinke (3) auf ihrer dem Kern (2) der Spule (1) zugewandten Seite (11) einen Oberflächenabschnitt (12) mit einer in Bezug zur genannten Seite (11) schräg verlaufenden Fläche aufweist, derart, dass der Kern (2) der Spule (1) nach vorausgegangener Entriegelung und Spannungsrückkehr in der Leitung die Sperrklinke (3) erneut in die Verriegelungsstellung überführen kann.
  14. Elektrisches Schaltgerät mit einer Verriegelungsvorrichtung nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13.
