Claims (16)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Steuern einer elektrischen Schutzeinrichtung, die dazu bestimmt ist, zwischen zwei Teile einer elektrischen Schaltung eingefügt zu werden, derart, dass wenigstens die Funktionen des Stromdurchgangs zwischen den Teilen bzw. der Unterbrechung des Stroms zwischen den Teilen bzw. des Verbindens mit Masse eines der Teile der Schaltung sicherzustellen, wobei die Einrichtung eine Unterbrechungseinrichtung in Reihe mit einer Masseverbindungseinrichtung umfasst, wobei die Steuervorrichtung eine Welle, die Primärwelle genannt wird, zum Betätigen der Steuerwelle der Kontakte der Unterbrechungseinrichtung, die Sekundärwelle genannt wird, wobei die Primärwelle durch einen Anwender betätigt werden kann, und eine Welle zum Betätigen der Masseverbindungswelle, die ebenfalls durch den Anwender betätigt werden kann, umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Vorrichtung (I) zum gegenseitigen Verriegeln der oben erwähnten Primärwelle (3) und der oben erwähnten Sekundärwelle (4) umfasst, wobei die Zwischenverriegelungsvorrichtung (I) dafür ausgelegt ist, die Verbindung mit Masse des einen der Teile der Schaltung zu verhindern, wenn die Einrichtung in der geschlossenen Position ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zwischenverriegelungsvorrichtung mit Verriegelungsmitteln (28, 29, 17, 18, 19) zusammenwirkt, die durch die oben erwähnte Sekundärwelle (4) gesteuert werden, um das Verbinden mit Masse der Schaltung zu verhindern, wenn die Kontakte der Unterbrechungseinrichtung verschweißt sind.
  2. Steuervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kontakte als verschweißt angeschweißt angesehen werden, wenn die Sekundärwelle (4) nicht wenigstens 70 % ihrer gesamten Öffnungsbahn ausgeführt hat.
  3. Steuervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die oben erwähnte Zwischenverriegelungsvorrichtung (I) einen Positionswähler (S) umfasst, der zwischen einer ersten Position, in der er den Zugang zu der Zugangsöffnung (6) für die Welle (5) zum Betätigen der Masseverbindungswelle zulässt, und einer zweiten Position, in der er diesen Zugang verhindert, beweglich ist, und dass die oben erwähnten Verriegelungsmittel (28, 29, 17, 18, 19) mit der oben erwähnten Zwischenverriegelungsvorrichtung (I) zusammenwirken, um den Übergang des oben erwähnten Wählers (S) von der zweiten in die erste oben erwähnte Position zu verhindern, falls die Kontakte der Einrichtung verschweißt sind.

Steuervorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die oben erwähnten Verriegelungsmittel (28, 29, 17, 18, 19) durch einen Positionsanzeiger (26) gesteuert werden, der mit der oben erwähnten Sekundärwelle (4) fest verbunden ist und die Position der Kontakte der Unterbrechungseinrichtung mittels der oben erwähnten Verriegelungsmittel angibt.

Steuervorrichtung nach den Ansprüche 7 und 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese Mittel (17, 18, 19), die an dem ersten Hebel (7) vorgesehen sind, hauptsächlich darin bestehen, von der geschlossenen Position in eine geöffnete Position der Kontakte überzugehen, die wenigstens 70 % der rotatorischen Öffnungsbahn der Sekundärwelle (4) entspricht, wobei die Formen zwischen dem Riegel (29) und dem Hebel (7) zusammenwirken, um die Drehung des ersten Hebels (7) zu verhindern, derart, dass die Betätigung des Wählers (S) verhindert wird, und dass zwischen dieser letzteren Öffnungsposition und der zu 100 % geöffneten Position der Kontakte die Formen zwischen dem Riegel (29) und dem Hebel (7) nicht mehr zusammenwirken und die Drehung des Hebels (7) und daher die Betätigung des Wählers zulassen.
  11. Steuervorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Zwischenverriegelungshebel (7) einen ersten Arm (10), der die Klappe (11) zum Verschließen der Zugangsöffnung (12) für die Primärwelle (3) enthält, und einen zweiten Arm (13), der einen gebogenen Teil (17) enthält, umfasst, und dass die zwei aufeinander folgenden Abschnitte (18, 19) dieses gebogenen Teils (17) mit dem Endabschnitt (29a) des Riegels (29) in der Weise zusammenwirken, dass in der geschlossenen Position der Einrichtung der Riegel (29) zu der Sekundärwelle (4) zurückgestellt wird und die Wirkung des ersten Hebels (7) auf den Riegel (29) über seinen ersten Abschnitt (18) des gebogenen Teils den Wähler (S) in seiner Position verriegelt, derart, dass seine Verlagerung in die erste Position verhindert wird, und dass dann, wenn die Kontakte längs der Drehbahn um wenigstens 70 % geöffnet sind, der vorstehende Teil (28) des Anzeigers (26) den Riegel (29) in der Weise verlagert, dass die Verlagerung des ersten Hebels (7) möglich ist, wobei diese Verlagerung die Verlagerung des Wählers (S) in seine erste Position ermöglicht, und dass in der geöffneten Position des Produkts und der betätigten Position des Wählers der zweite gebogene Abschnitt (19) eine Kraft auf den seitlichen Teil (29b) des Riegels (29) ausübt, die die Verlagerung des Wählers (S) zulassen kann.
  12. Steuervorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das oben erwähnte Schloss (23) einen Nocken (24) aufweist, der mittels eines Schlüssels rotatorisch angetrieben werden kann, wobei der Nocken (24) mit einem Vorgelegeabschnitt (25), der mit dem oben erwähnten ersten Zwischenverriegelungshebel (7) fest verbunden ist, zusammenwirken kann, derart, dass dieser erste Hebel (7) in der Verschlussposition der Zugangsöffnung (12) für die Primärwelle (3) verriegelt ist und/oder dass der Wähler (S) in der oben erwähnten ersten Position verriegelt ist, wobei diese Zusammenwirkung zwischen dem Nocken (24) und dem Vorgelegeabschnitt (25), um die oben erwähnte Verriegelung zu verwirklichen, nur nach einer bestimmten Drehbahn des Nockens möglich ist, die durch eine entsprechende Drehbahn des Hebelvorgeleges ermöglicht wird, wobei die Drehbahn nur erhalten werden kann, wenn die Kontakte nicht verschweißt sind.
  13. Steuervorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Drehbahn des Nockens (24), die die Verriegelung ermöglicht, etwa 90° beträgt.
  14. Steuervorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Unterbrechungseinrichtung auch die Trennschalterfunktion verwirklicht.
  15. Steuervorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Unterbrechungseinrichtung ein Überlastschalter oder ein Stromunterbrecher ist.
  16. Elektrische Mittelspannungs-Schutzeinrichtung, die eine Steuervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15 umfasst.
