Claims (20)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Steuerung eines elektrischen Mittelspannungsschutzgeräts, das zwischen zwei Teilen einer elektrischen Schaltung angeordnet ist, um den Durchfluss des Stroms zu ermöglichen oder den Strom zwischen den Teilen zu unterbrechen, wobei das Gerät ein elektrisches Kurzschlussgerät umfasst, das eine geschlossene Position für den Durchfluss des Stroms oder eine offene Position zur Unterbrechung des Stroms einnehmen kann, wobei das Kurzschlussgerät mindestens ein Betätigungselement, das zum Öffnen der Kontakte des Geräts (17, 19) bestimmt ist, und mindestens ein Betätigungselement, das zum Schließen der Kontakte (18, 20) bestimmt ist, umfasst, wobei die Betätigungselemente zum Öffnen bzw. Schließen geeignet sind, einen Steuerbefehl an mindestens ein Öffnungselement (15) bzw. mindestens ein Schließelement (12) der Kontakte über eine mechanische Verbindung (L) zu übertragen, wobei die Steuervorrichtung auch Mittel umfasst, um die vorgenannte mechanische Verbindung zu unterbrechen, um jede Aktivierung jedes Betätigungselements zum Schließen inaktiv zu setzen, falls kein Schließbefehl gegeben werden soll, um die Sicherheit der Personen oder der Anlage zu gewährleisten, wobei die vorgenannten Schließ- und Öffnungselemente drehbar um zwei im Wesentlichen zueinander parallele Achsen montiert sind, wobei das Schließen und/oder Öffnen der Kontakte durch Drehantrieb des Öffnungselements mit Hilfe des Betätigungselements zum Öffnen bzw. des Schließelements mit Hilfe des Betätigungselements zum Schließen erzielt wird, wobei die vorgenannten Schließ- (12) und Öffnungselemente (15) im Wesentlichen gegenüber einem Betätigungselement zum Schließen (18, 20) bzw. einem Betätigungselement zum Öffnen (17, 19) angeordnet sind, wobei die vorgenannte mechanische Verbindung (L) einen Teil (24) umfasst, der mit dem Schließelement (12) verbunden ist, wobei der Teil (24) ein einziehbares Element (25) umfasst, das zwischen einer ersten Position, in der das einziehbare Element (25) geeignet ist, mit dem Betätigungselement (18, 20) des Schließelements (12) zusammenzuwirken, um den Schließbefehl auf das Schließelement (12) zu übertragen, und einer zweiten Position beweglich ist, in der das Element (25) eingezogen und nicht mehr geeignet ist, mit dem Betätigungselement (18, 20) des Schließelements (12) zusammenzuwirken,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gerät ferner Erdungsgerät in Serie mit dem Kurzschlussgerät umfasst,
    dass die Bewegung des Elements von der ausgefahrenen Position in die eingezogene Position durch einen geschlossenen Zustand der Kontakte oder auch einen beibehaltenen Öffnungsbefehl der Kontakte oder auch durch die Aktivierung von Verriegelungsmitteln (59, 60, 61) des Zugangs zur Betätigungswelle (1) der Steuerung der Kontakte des Kurzschlussgeräts gesteuert wird, und dass es ferner eine Vorrichtung zur Interverriegelung (I) umfasst, die von einem Wahlschalter (S) gesteuert wird, der zwischen einer ersten Position, in der die Zugangsöffnung zur Betätigungswelle (1) der Steuerung des Kurzschlussgeräts freigegeben ist und die Zugangsöffnung zur Betätigungswelle (4) der Erdungswelle (3) verschlossen ist, und einer zweiten Position beweglich ist, die einer Erdungsabsicht oder auch einer tatsächlichen Erdung entspricht, in der die Zugangsöffnung zur Betätigungswelle (4) der Erdungswelle (3) freigegeben ist, während die Zugangsöffnung zur Betätigungswelle (1) der Steuerung verschlossen ist, und dass die Bewegung des einziehbaren Elements (25) zwischen den beiden vorgenannten Positionen durch ein Umlenken (61) der vorgenannten Vorrichtung zur Interverriegelung (I) gesteuert wird, um das Schließen des vorgenannten Geräts zu verhindern, wenn sich der Wahlschalter (S) in der zweiten vorgenannten Position befindet.
  2. Steuervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorgenannte mechanische Verbindung (L) einen Teil (24) umfasst, der einen mit dem Schließelement (12) verbundenen Gleitschienenträger bildet, und in dem eine Gleitschiene (25), die das vorgenannte einziehbare Element bildet, gleitend montiert ist.
  3. Steuervorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese Gleitschiene (25) entweder von einem Indikator der Position (38) der Kontakte oder von einem eine Umlenkung (15a) bildenden Teil, der mit dem Öffnungselement (15) über Umlenkmittel (R) verbunden ist, betätigt wird.
  4. Steuervorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese Gleitschiene (25) ferner entweder durch das Umlenken (61) der vorgenannten Vorrichtung zur Interverriegelung (I), wenn sich diese in der zweiten vorgenannten Position befindet, oder durch Verriegelungsmittel (59, 60, 61) des Zugangs zur Betätigungswelle (1) der Steuerung des Kurzschlussgeräts, die das Umlenken (61) der vorgenannten Mittel zur Interverriegelung (I) steuert, betätigt wird.
  5. Steuervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorgenannte Vorrichtung zur Interverriegelung (I) einen ersten Hebel zur Interverriegelung (45), der frei drehend um die Steuerwelle (2) des Kurzschlussgeräts montiert ist und eine Klappe (47) umfasst, die geeignet ist, die Zugangsöffnung zu der Betätigungswelle (1) der Steuerung des Kurzschlussgeräts zu verschließen oder freizugeben, und einen zweiten Hebel zur Interverriegelung (51) umfasst, der drehbar um eine feste Achse des Trägers montiert ist und eine Klappe (53) umfasst, die geeignet ist, die Zugangsöffnung zur Erdungswelle (3) freizugeben oder zu verschließen, wobei die Hebel zur Interverriegelung (45, 51) mechanisch durch eine Stange (49) verbunden sind, und wobei ein Wahlschalter (S), durch den ein Stift (56) hindurchgeht, dem ersten Hebel (45) angehört, wobei der Wahlschalter (S) gleitend in Bezug zu einem festen Träger des Geräts zwischen den beiden vorgenannten Positionen montiert ist, wobei der erste Hebel zur Interverriegelung (45) die vorgenannte Umlenkung (61) umfasst.
  6. Steuervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorgenannte Vorrichtung zur Interverriegelung (I) Mittel (63, 38, 45) umfasst, um die Zugangsöffnung zur Betätigungswelle (4) der Erdungswelle (3) zu verschließen, wenn sich dieses Gerät in der geschlossenen Position befindet.
  7. Steuervorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1, 3 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese Mittel einen Stift (63) umfassen, der mit einem Teil (38) verbunden ist, der mit der Steuerwelle (2) der Kontakte des Kurzschlussgeräts verbunden ist und den Positionsindikator der vorgenannten Kontakte darstellt, wobei der Stift (63) mit dem ersten vorgenannten Hebel zur Interverriegelung (45) zusammenwirkt.
  8. Steuervorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, 4 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese Umlenkmittel (R) eine erste Umlenkung (39), Indikatorumlenkung genannt, die gelenkig in Bezug zu einer Achse montiert ist, die einem festen Träger des Geräts angehört, und umfassend einen ersten Teil (41), der mit dem Teil (38) zusammenwirkt, der mit der Steuerwelle der Kontakte des Kurzschlussgeräts verbunden ist und den vorgenannten Indikator darstellt, und eine zweite Umlenkung (40), Gleitschienenumlenkung genannt, umfasst, die gelenkig um eine zweite feste Achse des Trägers des Geräts montiert ist, wobei die zweite Umlenkung einen ersten Teil (43), der dazu bestimmt ist, mit dem zweiten Teil (42) der ersten Umlenkung (39) mit Hilfe von zwei Stiften (54, 55) zusammenzuwirken, die sich auf der zweiten Umlenkung (40) befinden, und einen zweiten Teil (44) umfasst, der dazu bestimmt ist, mit einer Umlenkung (15a) des Öffnungselements (15) zusammenzuwirken.
  9. Steuervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorgenannten Verriegelungsmittel (59, 60, 61) ein Schloss (59) umfassen, das mit Hilfe eines Schlüssels betätigt werden kann und geeignet ist, eine Nocke (60) in Drehung anzutreiben, wobei die Nocke (60) geeignet ist, mit der Umlenkung (61) der vorgenannten Vorrichtung zur Interverriegelung (I) zusammenzuwirken, um diese Vorrichtung in eine Verschluss- oder Freigabeposition der Zugangsöffnung zur Betätigungswelle der Steuerung des Kurzschlussgeräts zu bringen.
  10. Steuervorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das eine oder jedes Öffnungselement (15) oder Schließelement (12) mit einer sekundären Öffnungswelle bzw. Schließwelle (13) verbunden ist, wobei die Sekundärwellen mechanisch mit der Steuerwelle (2) des Kurzschlussgeräts verbunden sind, wobei jedes der Öffnungs- (15) und Schließelemente (12) in einer Position, die einer geschlossenen bzw. geöffneten Position der Kontakte des Geräts entspricht, durch eine Vorrichtung zur Öffnungsfeststellung (10) bzw. Schließfeststellung (9) gehalten wird, wobei diese Feststellungsvorrichtungen durch die Betätigung des entsprechenden Elements entriegelbar sind.
  11. Steuervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorgenannte Gleitschiene (25) zwei Öffnungen (27, 28) umfasst, die durch eine Trennwand (29) getrennt sind, wobei eine (28) der Öffnungen dazu bestimmt ist, einen Endteil (26) des Schließelements (12) aufzunehmen, wobei der Teil an der Trennwand (29) anliegt, und eine Feder (30), die mit einem ihrer Enden auf einer Abflachung (31), die dem vorgenannten Endteil (26) angehört, und mit ihrem gegenüberliegenden Ende auf einer Innenseite (33) der Gleitschiene (25) aufliegt, wobei die Gleitschiene auch einen Stift (34) umfasst, der mit der Gleitschiene (25) verbunden und dazu bestimmt ist, mit der Gleitschienenumlenkung (40) zusammenzuwirken, um den Antrieb der Gleitschiene (25) von einer Position in die andere zu ermöglichen.
  12. Steuervorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens einen manuellen Betätigungsknopf zum Öffnen (5) und mindestens einen manuellen Betätigungsknopf zum Schließen (6) umfasst, wobei das Betätigungselement (17, 18) jedes Knopfes dazu geeignet ist, wenn es aktiviert wird, mit der Gleitschiene (25) zusammenzuwirken, um sie in Drehung anzutreiben.
  13. Steuervorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der oder jeder manuelle Betätigungsknopf zum Öffnen und der oder jeder manuelle Betätigungsknopf zum Schließen auf der Vorderseite des Geräts angeordnet sind, um von dieser Seite aus von einem Benutzer betätigt werden zu können.
  14. Steuervorrichtung nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das oder jedes manuelle Betätigungselement zum Öffnen (5) oder zum Schließen (6) ein Druckknopf (71, 72) ist, umfassend ein in Translation bewegliches Betätigungselement (73, 74), um das Öffnungselement (15) oder die Gleitschiene (25) in Drehung zu bewegen, je nachdem, ob der Knopf (71, 72) zum Öffnen oder zum Schließen verwendet wird.
  15. Steuervorrichtung nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das oder jedes manuelle Betätigungselement zum Öffnen oder Schließen ein Drehknopf (64, 65) ist, umfassend ein Betätigungselement (66, 67), das drehbeweglich ist, um das Öffnungselement (15) oder die Gleitschiene (25) in Drehung zu bewegen, je nachdem, ob der Knopf zum Öffnen oder Schließen verwendet wird.
  16. Steuervorrichtung nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie nur einen Drehknopf (68) umfasst, der in die eine oder die andere Richtung drehbeweglich ist, um die Öffnung oder die Schließung zu erzielen, wobei der Knopf zwei Betätigungselemente (69, 70) umfasst, die in zwei entgegengesetzte Drehrichtungen drehbeweglich und geeignet sind, mit dem Öffnungselement (15) bzw. der Gleitschiene (25) zusammenzuwirken.
  17. Steuervorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens eine Fernbetätigungsspule (8) umfasst, wobei das Betätigungselement (19, 20) der Spule (7, 8) mit der Gleitschiene (25) mit Hilfe eines Trägers (24) zusammenwirkt, umfassend eine Palette (35), die frei drehbar um das Schließelement (12) montiert ist, wobei der Träger (24) einen Teil (36) umfasst, der mit einem Teil (37) der Gleitschiene (25) zusammenwirkt, so dass die Betätigung der Spule (8) mit Hilfe der Palette (35) zur Drehung des Trägers (24) und der Gleitschiene (25) und somit zur Drehung des Schließelements (12) führt.
  18. Steuervorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kurzschlussgerät ein Vakuumschalter oder ein Vakuumunterbrecher ist, und dass das Erdungsgerät ein Erdungstrennschalter ist.
  19. Elektrisches Mittelspannungsschutzgerät, umfassend ein Öffnungselement (15) und ein Schließelement (12), die geeignet sind, das Öffnen und Schließen der Kontakte zu steuern, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine Steuervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18 umfasst.
  20. Elektrische Mittelspannungszelle, umfassend mindestens ein Gerät nach Anspruch 19.
