Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a luminaire, in particular for attachment to a ceiling of a room of a building and in particular for illuminating the room.
  • Ceiling-mounted luminaires often have elongate, rail-shaped housings in which a luminous means for emitting light and an electrical connection device, such as terminals and electronic ballasts, are arranged.
  • an electrical connection device such as terminals and electronic ballasts
  • separating profiles are usually inserted into the housing.
  • the separating profiles are inserted into the housing in such a way that they delimit with the housing a closed space in which the connecting device is arranged.
  • the separating profile serves as a carrier for the illuminating device, which is fastened on a side of the separating profile facing away from the connecting device.
  • Separating profiles are usually plastic components on which the illuminant device and optionally also the connection device are mounted and which must be attached to the housing of the luminaire.
  • This design is on the one hand structurally complex and requires a large number of steps during assembly.
  • a luminaire in which an LED illuminant is mounted on a cooling plate.
  • the cooling plate is pivotally mounted to a housing of the lamp, wherein the cooling plate defines in a first position together with the housing a closed space in which an electric ballast is arranged. In a second position pivoted relative to the first position, the cooling plate releases an access opening into the receiving space.
  • the DE 102 97 364 T5 describes a lamp for mounting in an H-beam, wherein a heat sink, on which a light-emitting element is arranged, together with the H-beam defines a cable channel.
  • the DE 10 2012 107 303 B3 describes a lamp in which a cover is locked to a side wall of the housing.
  • the CA 2 828 506 A1 describes a lamp with a plate-shaped lens which is locked to a side wall of the housing.
  • a luminaire for illuminating an interior of a vehicle is in the EP 2 848 469 A1 described.
  • the DE 20 2014 100 951 U1 and JP 2005-19299 A each reveal an elongate lamp with a support element and a releasably securable light module.
  • a luminaire is provided with a housing extending in a longitudinal direction, which has a first side wall, a second side wall opposite the first side wall, and a housing has two side walls connecting ceiling wall.
  • the luminaire furthermore has a luminous means device with a carrier plate and at least one luminous element, which is arranged on a first surface of the carrier plate.
  • the luminaire has a holder which couples the carrier plate of the illuminant device to the side walls in such a way that the carrier plate defines a closed receiving space together with the side walls and the top wall.
  • An electrical connection means of the luminaire connected electrically to the luminous means is arranged in the closed receiving space.
  • a luminaire which has an elongated housing extending in a longitudinal direction.
  • the housing is formed by a top wall or a ceiling portion, which may be, for example, plate-shaped, and two side walls or side portions arranged opposite each other with respect to a transverse direction, which extends transversely to the longitudinal direction.
  • the side sections are mechanically connected by the top wall extend at least in a region lying opposite to the top wall transverse to the top wall and thus along a vertical direction extending transversely to the longitudinal and the transverse direction.
  • the side walls define a light exit opening with respect to the transverse direction.
  • the housing can thus be designed, for example, U-shaped.
  • the top wall and the side walls may in particular be made in one piece, for example of a metal material, e.g. Aluminum or an aluminum alloy.
  • the lamp according to the invention further comprises a lighting device with a plate-shaped carrier or a carrier plate.
  • a lighting device with a plate-shaped carrier or a carrier plate.
  • On the first surface of the carrier plate are one or more light units, ie light-emitting Elements arranged.
  • the carrier may be designed in particular as a circuit board or printed circuit board.
  • the carrier plate is mechanically coupled by a holder to the housing, in particular to the side walls.
  • the support plate extends between the side walls, wherein the first surface of the support plate, on which the light units are arranged facing the light exit opening and a second surface of the support plate, which is oriented opposite to the first surface of the support plate, facing the top wall.
  • the bracket couples a first edge portion of the backing plate to the first side wall and a second edge portion of the backing plate located opposite the first edge portion of the backing plate with respect to the transverse direction to the second side wall.
  • the holder couples the carrier plate to the side walls such that the carrier plate together with the side walls and the top wall define a closed receiving space in which the electrical connection device is arranged.
  • connection device Seen in the longitudinal direction, the connection device is thus completely enclosed by the housing and the illuminant carrier.
  • the illuminant carrier and thus the illuminant device itself thus serves the formation of the receiving space.
  • unwanted access to the connection device is prevented by the luminous means and it is possible to dispense with additional separating profiles. This is a very reliable protection against unintentional access to the connection device created with a minimum number of components, which also simplifies the mounting of the lamp.
  • the lamp additionally has a transparent cover which extends with a main portion between the side walls and is secured to the side walls.
  • the main portion is thus formed as a plate or generally planar extending portion which extends in the transverse direction and is transparent to light in the visible wavelength range.
  • the cover prevents a direct view of the lighting units, which is advantageous for aesthetic reasons.
  • the cover forms an additional access protection to the connection device.
  • the optical properties of the light that can be emitted by the light units can be favorably influenced, e.g. the light color, the light temperature, the scattering of the light or similar parameters.
  • the main portion of the cover may in particular be formed of a plastic material, in particular a transparent thermoplastic material, such as e.g. Polymethyl methacrylate or acrylic glass.
  • the cover has a first side portion and a second side portion, wherein the side portions each extend across the main portion, and wherein the first side portion extends along the first side wall and the second side portion extends along the second side wall. Accordingly, the cover is approximately U-shaped.
  • the side portions of the cover may optionally be fixed thereto due to their extent along the side walls of the housing.
  • the side portions of the cover may also be transparent to light in the visible wavelength range.
  • the main portion and the side portions may be integral be educated. This offers the possibility to produce the cover in a cost effective manner in a plastic injection molding process or the like.
  • the holder is formed on the side portions of the cover. Accordingly, in each case a holding structure is formed on one or both side sections of the cover, which is suitable for fixing the carrier plate of the illuminating device to the respective side section.
  • the carrier plate is thus coupled via the cover to the housing. In this way, the lamp means can be pre-mounted on the cover and the cover are then attached to the housing. This speeds up and simplifies the installation of the luminaire.
  • the holder or the holding structure forming it may be formed, in particular, by a first latching section formed in the first side section of the cover and by a second latching section formed in the second side section of the cover, wherein an edge region of the carrier plate of the illuminating device is accommodated in the latching sections. Accordingly, the support plate of the lighting device is held in a form-fitting manner in latching sections or latching devices provided on the side sections or latched thereto.
  • the latching sections may each be formed by a receiving groove provided on the respective side section, which extends in each case in the longitudinal direction, which each receive an edge region of the carrier plate of the lighting device. Grooves or channels held.
  • the carrier plate can be clamped in the cross section of the groove.
  • the side portions and / or the main portion of the cover made of an elastic material, such as a plastic material, formed and the first and the second receiving groove to each other, ie in the transverse direction, are biased due to this elasticity. Due to the positive fixing of the support plate of the illuminating means on the side sections, a reliable and secure fixation of the carrier plate to the housing is thus realized by a structurally simple solution with a minimum number of components. This also facilitates the mountability of the lamp.
  • the side portions of the cover are positively locked with the side walls of the housing. Accordingly, the cover is fixed to the housing by the side sections or latching structures provided on them being in engagement with latching structures provided on the respective side wall of the housing. Thus, it is a positive fixation.
  • the cover can be inserted, for example in the high direction in the light exit opening until the side portions of the cover are locked to the side walls.
  • a positive fixing of the side sections of the cover on the side walls of the housing can be realized, for example, in that on an outer surface of the first side section of the cover, which faces the first side wall of the housing, a first cover latching structure, eg in the form of a latching projection, is formed, which engages in a first housing load structure formed on the first side wall, eg in the form of a latching recess, and on an outer surface of the second side section of the cover, which faces the second side wall of the housing, a second cover latching structure, eg in the form of a latching projection, is formed, which engages in a formed on the second side wall second housing load structure, for example in the form of a latching recess.
  • a first cover latching structure eg in the form of a latching projection
  • a first undercut area defined by spaced hook-shaped projections is formed and on an inner surface of the second side portion of the cover is oriented facing the first side portion of the cover, a limited by spaced hook-shaped projections second undercut region is formed.
  • the hook-shaped projections of the respective side section are each spaced apart in the vertical direction and in each case form an undercut, in particular with respect to the transverse direction.
  • the undercut region may for example form a guideway for fixing a reflector device or the like.
  • an L-shaped first projection projecting in the direction of the second side wall is formed on the first side wall and an L-shaped second projection protruding in the direction of the first side wall on the second side wall, the first and the second projection respectively overlap with an edge region of the carrier plate.
  • the projections are formed in a region of the respective side wall, which is located with respect to the vertical direction between the top wall and the holder.
  • the L-shaped projections each have a transverse leg extending in the transverse direction and a thigh extending therefrom in the direction of the carrier plate of the illuminant device and thus in the vertical direction.
  • the upper leg may optionally be in contact with the carrier plate of the lighting device with one end.
  • the distance between the end of the upper limb and the support plate is smaller than a thickness of the support plate, so a shortest possible distance between the first and the second surface of the support plate is. As a result, accessibility to the recording room is prevented in an improved manner.
  • the carrier plate is made of an aluminum material. This offers the advantage that a mechanically extremely robust limitation of the receiving space is provided, which further advantageously complicates access into the receiving space. Since aluminum or aluminum alloys have a high thermal conductivity, the heat dissipation from the illuminant device is also improved due to the flat extension of the support plate.
  • the electrical connection device is arranged at a distance from the support plate of the luminous means device.
  • the connection device and the lighting device are accordingly arranged spatially separated. Since these components each represent heat sources, the spatial separation of these components improves the heat dissipation.
  • a spatial separation between the illuminant device and the electrical connection device can be realized, for example, in that the connection device is fastened to the top wall of the housing.
  • the at least one luminous element is designed as an LED luminous element, for example as a so-called chip-on-board LED luminous element.
  • integral As used herein, "integral,” “one-piece,” “integral,” or “one-piece” components generally mean that these components are present and in particular manufactured as a single part forming a material unit, one of which other component can not be detached from the other without releasing material cohesion.
