  • the invention relates to the field of building construction materials. More particularly, the invention relates to the field of construction components used in the construction of walls, ceilings, and other planar, angled, and curved surfaces for buildings.
  • bricks are capable of resisting high summer heat as well as cold winters and changes there between. In addition to such thermal properties, brick provides a strong outer shell to a building. Brick resists wind, rain, snow, dust and other detrimental environmental elements. Brick can be fire retardant surface for buildings. Bricks can be manufactured in a myriad of sizes, textures, and colors. Further, though it need not be painted, when brick is painted, the paint adheres well to the brick.

Claims (8)

  1. Wandplatte (10, 100), umfassend:
    ein gegossenes Substrat (144), ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Polyurethan und Kunststoff;
    eine mittlere Schicht (30, 130) mit einer ersten Seite, die an einer Rückfläche des gegossenen Substrats (144) befestigt ist;
    eine Isolierschicht (20, 120) mit einer ersten Seite, die chemisch mit einer zweiten Seite der mittleren Schicht (30, 130) verbunden ist; und
    eine Vielzahl von ästhetischen Elementen, die in das gegossene Substrat (144) eingebettet und mit diesem verbunden sind;
    wobei die ästhetischen Elemente ausgewählt sind aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Ziegeln (146), Keramikfliesen, Porzellanfliesen, Naturstein, Kunststein, Holz, Keramik, Kunststoff und Vinyl;
    wobei die Isolierschicht (20, 120) einen zweiteiligen Urethan-Hartgießschaum umfasst, wobei sich eine fertige Oberfläche der ästhetischen Elemente über eine obere Oberfläche des gegossenen Substrats (144) erstreckt; und
    wobei jedes der ästhetischen Elemente in einer beabstandeten Beziehung zu einem anderen der ästhetischen Elemente steht.
  2. Wandplatte nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Isolierschicht (20, 120) während eines Gießvorgangs chemisch mit der mittleren Schicht (30, 130) verbunden wird.
  3. Wandplatte nach Anspruch 2, wobei die mittlere Schicht (30, 130) aus Magnesiumoxid besteht.
  4. Wandplatte nach Anspruch 2, wobei die mittlere Schicht (30, 130) aus faserverstärktem Zement besteht.
  5. Wandplatte nach Anspruch 3, wobei die mittlere Schicht (30, 130) am gegossenen Substrat (144) unter Verwendung einer Befestigung befestigt ist, die ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe bestehend aus:
    Schrauben (154), Nägel, Bolzen, Schweißnähte, Konstruktionskleber, Nieten und Klammern.
  6. Wandplatte nach Anspruch 4, wobei die Wandplatte (10, 100) an einer Gebäudestruktur (50) unter Verwendung einer Befestigung befestigt ist, die ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe bestehend aus:
    Schrauben (152), Nägel, Bolzen, Schweißnähte, Konstruktionskleber, Nieten und Klammern.
  7. Wandplatte nach Anspruch 1, wobei das gegossene Substrat (144) ferner Sand umfasst, der bewirkt, dass die obere Oberfläche des gegossenen Substrats (144) wie Mörtel aussieht.
  8. Wandplatte nach Anspruch 7, ferner umfassend besandeten Kleber zum Bedecken von Unvollkommenheiten der oberen Oberfläche des gegossenen Substrats (144) und zum Bewirken, dass die obere Oberfläche des gegossenen Substrats (144) wie Mörtel aussieht.
