Regulation 3.2 AUSTRALIA PATENTS ACT 1990 COMPLETE SPECIFICATION FOR AN INNOVATION PATENT ORIGINAL Name of Applicant: Guangning Yao Actual Inventor: Guangning Yao Address for Service: C/- MADDERNS, GPO Box 2752, Adelaide, South Australia, Australia Invention title: ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION TYPE DETACHABLE WALL PANEL The following statement is a full description of this invention, including the best method of performing it known to me FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a wall panel for use in building, and in particular to an environment protection type wall panel that is detachable. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 5 Normally, the wall of the brick building is decorated by a wall panel which is formed by sticking mosaics or ceramic tile directly onto the wall surface by using grappler cement. This type of wall panel is easily to be broken off and can be used once only, meanwhile the it is difficult to be detached, and a large amount of building waste will be generated during the detaching, which causes a great waste of resource and pollution to the environment. For a normal house, restaurant, dancing hall or hotel, the 0 electrical wires, air condition pipes, signal wires and water pipes are all hided in the wall, and once they are out of order, the wall panel should be detached in order to repair the wires. This is difficult in operation and of high cost. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Having the above mentioned problems and to overcomes the shortcomings of the wall panel in the 5 prior art, it is an object of the present invention to provide a wall panel with simple structure, which is detachable, reusable, convenient for replacement, fireproof and environment protective. To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a detachable wall panel comprising a base plate, and a decorative plate assembled on the base plate, wherein the decorative plate is connected to the base plate by adhesive. 20 Preferably, the base plate has fiber cloth inside, and the fiber cloth is applied with resin to prevent the fiber cloth from being corroded by alkaline substances. This increases the use time, fracture resistance and impact resistance. Preferably, the base plate is added with water soluble adhesive the main ingredient of which is Polyvinyl Alcohol. The Polyvinyl Alcohol is an adhesive solution that is transparent, innoxious, 25 flavourless and nonflammable. Therefore, the elasticity of the base plate and thus its lifetime are improved, and it is thus enable screw holes not to be easily destroyed and to be assembled and disassembled for many times. Preferably, the base plate is a wooden board, High Density Board, magnesium oxide board or fiber cement board. Preferably, the decorative plate comprises mosaics or ceramic tiles, etc. Preferably, the adhesive is soft silicone, epoxide resin, AB glue or cement, etc. Preferably, the detachable wall panel is provided with assembly positions for assembling with the 5 house frame. After the assembling, the relevant decorative plate is covered on the assembly positions. Preferably, the assembly positions are provided with screw holes. The detachable wall panel of the present invention has the following advantages: (1) it is simple in structure, which can allow mass production; (2) it is easy for assembly, which reduce the time needed for the building construction; 0 (3) when disassembly or repairing is required, it is only necessary to remove screws to detach the wall panel, and after repairing, the wall panel can be mounted in position again; it is thus easy for operation and will not produce repairing waste; (4) when assembling and disassembling, no concrete or cement fragments or dust will be generated; 5 (5) it has good fireproof property. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS Fig. I is a front view of the detachable wall panel according to the present invention; Fig. 2 is a bottom view of the detachable wall panel according to the present invention. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS 20 The above and other aspects of the present invention will be described in details in the following embodiments, accompanying with the drawings. Referring to Figs. 1 and 2, a detachable wall panel includes a base plate 4, and a decorative plate I assembled on the base plate 1, wherein the decorative plate I is connected to the base plate 4 by adhesive. The base plate 4 can be a wooden board, High Density Board, magnesium oxide board or 25 fiber cement board. The decorative plate I comprises mosaics, ceramic tiles or marble boards, etc. The decorative plate 1 can be attached on the base plate 4 by the adhesive 3 which is environment protective and fireproof. The adhesive 3 can be soft silicone, epoxide resin, cement or AB glue, etc. In order to facilitate the connection between the detachable wall panel and the house frame, the detachable wall panel is provided with assembly positions 2 for assembling with the house frame. After the assembly positions 2 are connected with the house frame via screws, etc., the relevant decorative plate I is 5 covered on the assembly positions 2. The assembly positions 2 are arranged on both sides of the detachable wall panel. The assembly positions 2 are provided with screw holes for connection. The detachable wall panel of the present invention is particularly suitable for use in the house frame that is made of wood, steel or light-gauge steel structure. The connection between the detachable wall panel and the house frame can be implemented by screw, which is very convenient. Alternatively, the 0 detachable wall panel can be attached to the house frame through double sided adhesive in additional to screw, to prevent the dust from entering into the house from the gap. Thus, the wall panel in the prior art can be substituted by the detachable wall panel of the present invention, especially in the restaurant, dancing hall or hotel where frequent decoration is required. When disassembly or repairing is required, it is only necessary to remove screws to detach the wall 5 panel, and after repairing, the wall panel can be mounted in position again; it is thus easy for operation and will not produce repairing waste; when assembling and disassembling, no concrete or cement fragments or dust will be generated; it is of good fireproof property.

  1. 2. The detachable wall panel of claim 1, wherein the base plate is a magnesium oxide board or fiber cement board, fiber cloth inside the base plate is applied with resin, and the base plate is added with water soluble adhesive.
  2. 3. The detachable wall panel of claim 1, wherein the decorative plate comprises mosaics or ceramic tiles.
  3. 4. The detachable wall panel of claim 1, wherein the adhesive is soft silicone, epoxide resin, AB glue or cement.
  4. 5. The detachable wall panel of claim 1, wherein the detachable wall panel is provided with assembly positions, and the assembly positions are provided with screw holes.
