Definitions
- the invention relates to an arrangement for wall, ceiling or roof cladding of a building structure, in particular a ventilated facade system, with a substructure attached to the building structure and at least one composite panel fixed to it, which consists of a rear cover plate facing the substructure, a facing cover plate facing away from it and there is a mostly non-metallic core layer between the cover plates.
- Facade cladding of this type has the advantage that the composite panels (especially so-called aluminum composite panels), which are less expensive than pure metal panels, can be assembled flush to form large surfaces, whereby a prefabricated cover layer can be used, so that no reworking is required in the assembled state. It is known here to fix the composite panels by fastening elements from the visible side, in particular to rivet them onto a substructure, but in addition to the visual impairments, the penetrations of the outer skin at the fastening points are also disadvantageous. As an alternative, cassette systems are also known in which, instead of simple flat composite panels, complex bending deformations are used, which can be fixed on their folded webs. In addition to the complex manufacture, the disadvantage is the difficult adaptation to the installation situation on site at the construction site. Documents FR 2985276 A1 and DE 202012100900 U1 disclose such clothing systems.
- the object of the invention is to further develop the systems known in the prior art and to enable simple and aesthetically appealing fixing of composite panels without the need for complex cassette production.
- the invention is based on the idea of reliably fixing planar, rigid composite panels by means of suspension elements on the rear. Accordingly, it is proposed according to the invention that at least one hook element which is hooked into the substructure is connected to the composite panel via connecting means which are invisible on the visible side, the connecting means engaging behind an assigned hole recess in the rear cover plate in the region of the core layer. With this construction, it is possible to use the area of the core between the cover plates in order to achieve a securing behind without damaging the visible side.
- the hook elements can be pre-fixed even with large panel dimensions, while final assembly on site is possible by simply hanging them in.
- the mounting system according to the invention can also be used on roof surfaces, interior walls, noise barriers, living containers and the like structures to be covered over a large area.
- the hole recess is designed as a keyhole recess with an enlarged insertion area and an elongated hole-like holding area.
- the connecting means can be moved along the keyhole recess, the retaining region being directed upwards from the insertion region and forming an end stop with its upper end.
- a further advantageous embodiment provides that the core layer behind the hole recess has a preferably groove-like recess for receiving an associated connecting means. This enables a movable support of an engaging element in the core.
- the connecting means hold the hook element detachably by means of a screw connection on the composite plate, so that the necessary holding forces can be applied and the connection can be produced and released easily.
- the connection can also be created with a locking spring / locking ring.
- the connecting means comprise a bolt, in particular a bolt with a flat mushroom-shaped head, the head being insertable into the area of the core layer through the hole recess.
- a further advantageous embodiment provides that the connecting means comprise a screw nut, in particular a polygonal nut, for securing in the connected state.
- each hook element in particular in pairs, at a distance from one another in assigned hole recesses in the rear cover plate.
- the hook element is formed by an elongated profile section of an extruded profile and has at least one profile angle for hanging in the substructure.
- the hook element is provided at an upper and a lower end with profile angles for hanging in a receiving part of the substructure, the connecting means being arranged in the area between the profile angles.
- the hook element has a flat joining part, penetrated by the connecting means, for contacting the surface against the composite panel.
- the in Fig. 1 The facade cladding shown comprises a substructure 12 anchored to a building wall 10 and at least one composite panel 16 suspended thereon via a plurality of hook elements 14, the hook elements 14 being releasably attached to the composite panel 16 via connecting elements 18 which are invisible on the visible side.
- the facade cladding expediently comprises a plurality of composite panels 16, which form a composite outer skin for the architectural design and for weather protection of a building.
- each composite panel 16 consists of a rear cover plate 20, one of which faces the substructure 12 or the building wall 10 facing facing cover plate 22 and a non-metallic core layer 24 lying between the cover plates 20, 22 preferably formed of aluminum, for example made of a mineral-filled polymer. This results in high bending stiffness with a low thickness and low weight.
- the substructure 12 has horizontally projecting brackets 26 anchored to the building wall 10 at different heights, as well as vertically extending angle rails 28 attached to the brackets 26.
- the latter with an angle leg 30 facing the rear cover plate 20, provide a mounting surface on which the receiving parts 32 can be fixed at the desired height via rivet or screw connections 34.
- the receiving parts 32 are expediently designed as horizontal rails and are used for simply hanging in the hook elements 14, as will be explained in more detail below.
- a keyhole recess 36 is made in the rear cover plate 20, which is penetrated by an associated connecting means 18 and is engaged behind in the area of a cutout 38 of the core layer 24.
- Fig. 3 illustrates the edge contour of the keyhole recess 36 in the plane of the rear cover plate 20.
- a narrowed holding area 42 extends upward in the manner of an oblong hole and forms an end stop for the connecting means 18 with its upper end the core layer 24 introduced the groove-like recess 38, the width of which corresponds to the diameter of the insertion region 40 and the bottom of which lies on the inside of the cover plate 22.
- the connecting means 18 and the associated keyhole recesses 36 are in pairs for each hook element 14 provided at a lateral distance from one another so that a rotationally secure securing is achieved.
- the connecting means comprise a screw bolt 44 with a flat mushroom-shaped head 46.
- This head 46 can be inserted through the insertion region 40 of the keyhole recess 36 into the cutout 38 of the core layer 24 and can be displaced upward into the end position shown in the holding region 42. This position remains under the influence of gravity.
- the hook elements 14 are each formed by an elongated profile section of an extruded profile and are each provided with a molded-on profile angle 50, 52 on their upper and lower profile regions.
- the superimposed profile angles 50, 52 can be hooked into complementary profile contours of the receiving parts 32, which enables a tilt-free hanging position and the loads that occur are removed on both sides of the screw connection 18.
- the hook element 14 has a flat joining section 54 penetrated by the screw bolt 44, which is clamped over the entire surface against the rear cover plate 20 under the force of the screw connection.
- the hook elements 14 are first fixed to the composite panels 16 with the aid of the connecting means 18. Subsequently, the composite panels 16 assembled in this way can be hung in the substructure 12 without tools.
Description
The invention relates to an arrangement for wall, ceiling or roof cladding of a building structure, in particular a ventilated facade system, with a substructure attached to the building structure and at least one composite panel fixed to it, which consists of a rear cover plate facing the substructure, a facing cover plate facing away from it and there is a mostly non-metallic core layer between the cover plates.
Proceeding from this, the object of the invention is to further develop the systems known in the prior art and to enable simple and aesthetically appealing fixing of composite panels without the need for complex cassette production.
To achieve this object, the combination of features specified in claim 1 is proposed. Advantageous refinements and developments of the invention result from the dependent claims.
The invention is based on the idea of reliably fixing planar, rigid composite panels by means of suspension elements on the rear. The hook elements can be pre-fixed even with large panel dimensions, while final assembly on site is possible by simply hanging them in. In addition to the preferred use for ventilated facades, the mounting system according to the invention can also be used on roof surfaces, interior walls, noise barriers, living containers and the like structures to be covered over a large area.
According to the invention, the hole recess is designed as a keyhole recess with an enlarged insertion area and an elongated hole-like holding area. In this way, a simple insertion of the connecting means is possible without transverse breakthroughs on the visible side, with a form-fitting holder being achieved in the narrowed area.
In order to achieve a self-retaining connection under gravity, the connecting means can be moved along the keyhole recess, the retaining region being directed upwards from the insertion region and forming an end stop with its upper end.
A further advantageous embodiment provides that the core layer behind the hole recess has a preferably groove-like recess for receiving an associated connecting means. This enables a movable support of an engaging element in the core.
It is also advantageous if the connecting means hold the hook element detachably by means of a screw connection on the composite plate, so that the necessary holding forces can be applied and the connection can be produced and released easily. Alternatively, the connection can also be created with a locking spring / locking ring.
According to the invention, it is also advantageous if the connecting means comprise a bolt, in particular a bolt with a flat mushroom-shaped head, the head being insertable into the area of the core layer through the hole recess.
A further advantageous embodiment provides that the connecting means comprise a screw nut, in particular a polygonal nut, for securing in the connected state.
In order to secure the composite panels against rotation, it is advantageous if a plurality of connecting means are arranged on each hook element, in particular in pairs, at a distance from one another in assigned hole recesses in the rear cover plate.
It is also advantageous in terms of production if the hook element is formed by an elongated profile section of an extruded profile and has at least one profile angle for hanging in the substructure.
In order to carry away the occurring loads cheaply, it is advantageous if the hook element is provided at an upper and a lower end with profile angles for hanging in a receiving part of the substructure, the connecting means being arranged in the area between the profile angles.
In order to derive pressure loads, it is also advantageous if the hook element has a flat joining part, penetrated by the connecting means, for contacting the surface against the composite panel.
