Description

The invention relates to a surface construction for the formation of walls and facades.
Surface constructions of the prior art usually comprise a frame construction, which is connected to a building. The frame construction is then supplemented by panels which, depending on the purpose and requirements, consist of different materials and are used in the frame construction. It is usually desirable for aesthetic reasons that the surface design provides a smooth look. This is accomplished by placing the panels and frame structure in alignment. However, since the surface construction must meet certain requirements for fire protection, penetration resistance, etc., the frame construction is formed with stop surfaces for the panels and with panels. Further, the panels must have corresponding recesses for receiving the aperture or abutment surface to provide the smooth look. It is understood that the assembly of a surface construction is very expensive. In addition, a panel can be attached only from one side of the frame construction.

Das Dokument GB 796 244 A offenbart die Merkmale des Oberbegriffs des Anspruchs 1.The document GB 796 244 A discloses the features of the preamble of claim 1.

To counteract this, find a variety of clip elements application, which simplify the installation of the panels, while not eliminating the above disadvantages. Thus, a stop surface for a panel is always necessary because the clip elements ensure positive locking in one direction only. In addition, removal of the panels is associated only with relatively great effort. Often the clip elements are damaged, so they must be replaced when re-inserting the panels.

It is therefore an object of the invention to provide a surface structure which prevents the disadvantages of the known and in particular allows easy assembly and disassembly of the panels, at the same time a smooth optics is provided. Furthermore, the frame structure should be inexpensive to produce.
The object is achieved by a surface construction according to the independent claim 1. The surface construction comprises a panel, preferably a flat panel with an edge surface, preferably a peripheral edge surface. Furthermore, the surface construction comprises a support structure, preferably a wall and / or a ceiling, which has a groove. The surface construction further comprises at least one mounting bracket which is arranged on the edge surface such that it cooperates with the groove in the intended, assembled state of the panel. A clamping portion of the mounting bracket can be brought from a rest position into a second, spring-biased installation position, with the clamping portion in the installed position, the panel is mounted as intended. The clamping portion can be brought to the installation position for assembly and disassembly only by means of active actuation. Further, the clamping portion is at least partially received in the intended state assembled in the groove such that the panel is positively connected to the support structure.
Due to the inventive design of the mounting bracket, which can be brought into the installation position only by means of active actuation both during assembly and during disassembly, a surface construction is provided which ensures a secure connection between the panel and the support structure. In addition, the panel of the support structure without damage to the mounting bracket and / or the groove is removable again.

For the purposes of the present invention, the term "active operation" is understood to mean an actuation of the clamping section of the fastening clip, which takes place with the aid of actuators and / or tools. In particular, the clamping portion of the fastening clip can not be brought by mere movement of the panel into the installation position or a position which allows the removal of the panel. This always requires an active operation.

The mounting bracket preferably has a mounting portion for attachment to the panel.

The attachment portion preferably consists of a flat region of the mounting bracket.

Preferably, a hole for fixing the mounting bracket is provided in the attachment portion, e.g. for a screw, a bolt, a rivet and the like.

Alternatively, the mounting bracket can be glued. Another way of attachment, especially if the panel should not be edited - for example, if the panel is made of a translucent material and screws and the like. Are aesthetically undesirable - is the attachment of the mounting bracket. In this case, the attachment portion is provided with clamping means, which allow attachment of the mounting bracket.

The clamping portion is preferably arranged at an angle between 10 ° and 20 ° with respect to the attachment portion. An angle between 10 ° and 20 ° has been found to be particularly suitable because the necessary force to bring the mounting portion in the installed position, not too high and at the same time in the intended state, the force exerted by the mounting bracket is large enough to to connect the panel positively with the support structure.
The fastening clip is preferably formed from a folded strip of material. The material used is in particular a metal or a metal alloy.
The production of fastening clips made of a folded metal is particularly simple and inexpensive. Alternatively, the mounting brackets can be made of a plastic or composite material. According to the invention, the clamping portion is provided with engaging edges, which cooperate with the groove in the intended assembled state, wherein the engaging edges when moving between the installation position and the rest position are each in a plane substantially parallel to the panel.
This preferred embodiment has the peculiarity that the mounting bracket is arranged transversely to an installation direction and thus the engagement edges, which cooperate with the groove and ensure the positive connection between the panel and support structure lie in a plane which is substantially parallel to the panel. The panel does not necessarily have to be flat but, together with the support structure, defines a plane which is closed by the built-in panel. Because the attack edges parallel to it are arranged, the clamping portion must be placed during installation in the installed position, otherwise the attack edges protrude and prevent installation. Accordingly, this also applies to the expansion.

Preferably, the edge surface is provided with a recess for receiving the mounting bracket. The recess is designed in particular for receiving the fastening portion.

Thus, without an edge gap, which would be due to the thickness of the mounting bracket, the panel may be inserted into the support structure. Further, there is thus no need for blinds and the like which would be necessary for aesthetic or technical (e.g., fire protection) reasons at an edge gap.

Preferably, the support structure is designed as a frame with at least one spar, wherein the groove is formed as a recess of the spar. Such a support structure corresponds to a classic construction for the formation of partitions, which allows a flexible and cost-effective design of rooms.

However, it can be seen that the groove can be formed directly in a building and the panels can be used accordingly frameless.

Depending on the intended use, requirements to be met and aesthetic requirements for the surface construction, the panels and / or the support structure may be provided with further grooves and / or projections, which serve to simplify construction and to stabilize the surface construction.

The groove 11 is formed and dimensioned such that a fastening clip 6 can be received in the groove 11. Such a mounting bracket 6 is separately in the FIG. 3 shown. For attachment to the panel 2, the mounting bracket 6 is fixed in each case with a screw 17.

The panel 2 consists of a core 14, wherein the surfaces 15 and 16 are each formed by a layer having the desired optical and aesthetic properties. For example, the surfaces 15 and 16 may have a wood, stone or color glass look. In the groove 11 and a buffer member 13 is disposed of an elastic material. The buffer element 13 is compressed during assembly of the panel 2 and generates a voltage in the assembled state, which prevents wobbling of the panel 2.

Like from the FIG. 3 can be seen, the mounting bracket 6 comprises a clamping portion 7 and a mounting portion 8 which are arranged angularly offset from each other. The attachment portion has a bore 9 for the passage of the screw 17 and, alternatively, other fasteners such as rivets, nails and the like. On. The width of the mounting bracket 6 corresponds to the width of the groove 11 so that the mounting bracket 6 is receivable against rotation.

The clamping portion 7 of the mounting bracket 6 has two parallel engaging edges 10 and 10 '. From the FIG. 1 and 2 It can be seen that the engaging edges 10 and 10 'of a panel each lie in a surface which is substantially parallel to a surface 15 or 16 of the panel 2.

The mounting bracket 6 is further made of an elastic material, in this case of a folded metal sheet, which allows the clamping portion 7 in the mounted state in the direction of the edge surface 3 can be pressed, but due to the elasticity returns to the starting position when it is not loaded.

In the FIG. 4 an alternative embodiment of the mounting bracket 6 is shown. The clamping portion 7 corresponds to the clamping portion 7 of FIG. 3 , However, the attachment portion 8 is wider than the attachment portion 8 of FIG. 3 formed and comprises a flat base 18 and two mutually parallel and with respect to the base 18 perpendicular thereto arranged leg 19. A bore 9 is not present. The mounting bracket 6 of FIG. 4 is particularly suitable for panels 2, which can not be provided with a screw 17 or the like. Especially with glass panels is a fixture with a mounting bracket 6 of FIG. 3 not possible. The mounting bracket 6 of FIG. 4 However, allows the attachment, since the mounting portion 8 is simply plugged onto the glass panel.

The attachment portion 8 of the mounting bracket 6 of FIG. 4 can be produced inexpensively as a U-shaped profile blank.

In the FIG. 5 an example of a possible construction of a surface construction 1 is shown. The panel 2 corresponds to the panel 2 described above, but has a seal 20, the meaning of which will be explained later.

The surface construction 1 further comprises a frame construction 5. In this case, two hollow sections 12 are arranged in parallel as a spar. Between the two hollow sections 12 is an insulating material 21 arranged. As insulating material 21, for example, fire, heat and cold as well as sound insulating materials are conceivable. The staggered arrangement of the insulating material 21 relative to the hollow profiles 12 forms a recess 4, which serves to receive the clamping portion 7 of a mounting bracket 6. A hollow profile 12 is also provided with a seal 20. The seals 20 seal the gap between the panel 2 and the support structure 5, when they have been assembled as intended.
The FIGS. 6a, 6b and 6c show a possible Einbausequenz a panel 2 in a support structure. 5
The panel 2 of the FIG. 6 corresponds to the panel 2 of the FIGS. 1 and 2 , First, the panel 2 is properly positioned with respect to the support structure 5, as in FIG FIG. 6a shown. The clamping portions 7 of the mounting bracket 6 are in the rest position R, which is taken when the clamping portion 7 is not pressed in the direction of the edge surface 3.
Thereafter, the clamping portions 7 of the mounting brackets 6, of which only one is visible, brought with a hand or a tool in the mounting position E. With the clamping portion 7 in the installation position E, the panel can be inserted into the support structure 5, as in the FIG. 6c represented by the arrow 22.
But as from the FIG. 1 can be seen, four mounting brackets 6 are arranged on one longitudinal side of the panel 2 and two mounting brackets 6 on an upper and lower transverse side. To install the panel 2, the lower transverse side is placed in the support structure, but held obliquely. After that be like, from the FIG. 6b visible, from bottom to top, respectively, the mounting portions 7 are brought into the installation position E and the panel 2 pivoted in the direction of the support structure 5 until the clamping portions 7 are pressed by the support structure 5 in the direction of the edge surface 3. Finally, the clamping portions 7 of the mounting brackets 6 of the upper transverse side of the panel are brought into the installation position E. The panel 2 is then further pivoted until all clamping portions 7 are engaged in the groove 4.

The engaging edges 10 and 10 'cooperate with the side walls of the groove 4 and thus allow a positive connection of the panel 2 and support structure 5. Further, a removal of the panel 2 from the support structure 5 without prior actuation of the mounting brackets 6 -. without having previously brought the clamping portions 7 in the mounting position E - impossible.
