Claims (4)

  1. Eine Station zum Einsetzen von Produkten (P) in schachtelartige Behälter (A, B) unterschiedlicher Typen, von der Art, die Folgendes umfasst:
    eine Förderlinie (2) für schachtelartige Behälter (A, B),
    ein Förderband (3) für Bündel (X), die aus mindestens einem Produkt (P) bestehen, und
    ein Handhabungselement (4), wobei das Handhabungselement (4) einen Stab (5a, 5b) hat, der mit mindestens einer Funktionseinheit ausgestattet ist, welche an mindestens ein entsprechendes Bündel (X) anstößt, wobei der Stab (5a, 5b) durch die Wirkung des Handhabungselements (4) quer zu dem Band (3) und zu der Linie (2) von der Linie (2) zu dem Band (3) und umgekehrt beweglich ist und in rechten Winkeln zu dem Band (3) und zu der Linie (2) in einer Richtung von ihnen fort/zu ihnen hin, um die Höhe relativ zur Linie (2) und zum Band (3) zu verändern, wobei das Handhabungselement (4) einen dritten Freiheitsgrad umfasst, gesteuert durch spezifische Antriebssysteme zum Zwecke der Translationsbewegung des Stabs (5a, 5b) in der Vorschubrichtung der schachtelartigen Behälter (A, B) auf der Linie (2) und der Bündel (X) auf dem Band (3), wobei der dritte Freiheitsgrad und die entsprechenden Antriebssysteme ausgebildet sind, um den schachtelartigen Behältern (A, B) für einen Dauerbetrieb zu folgen, wobei die Funktionseinheiten in einer Vielzahl vorhanden sind, nebeneinander angeordnet und entlang dem Stab (5a, 5b) verteilt, zum Einsetzen der Produkte (P) in schachtelartige Behälter A und B unterschiedlicher Typen, wodurch es möglich wird sie gleichermaßen von vorne und von oben einzusetzen, wobei das Handhabungselement (4) lösbar mit einem Stab (5a, 5b) gekoppelt sein kann, gewählt aus einem ersten Stab (5b) ausgestattet mit mindestens einer Funktionseinheit, die aus mindestens einer festen Nase (6) besteht und einen zweiten Stab (5a) ausgestattet mit mindestens einer Funktionseinheit, die mindestens ein Greifelement (7) umfasst, wobei die mindestens eine feste Nase (6) konstruiert ist, um an eine Fläche des Bündels (X) anzustoßen, um ihre Translationsbewegung von dem Band (3) auf die Linie (2) zu übertragen, in einen jeweiligen schachtelartigen Behälter B, und wobei das mindestens eine Greifelement (7) in mindestens einer Arbeitskonfiguration an das Bündel (X) anstößt, um es zu blockieren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine Greifelement (7) einen Saugnapf (8) umfasst, wobei der Stab (5a) beweglich ist zwischen einer ersten Konfiguration der Ausrichtung mit dem Band (3) und der Nebeneinanderstellung des mindestens einen Saugnapfs (8) und des angeordneten Bündels (X) einer zweiten erhöhten Konfiguration in welcher der mindestens eine Saugnapf (8) das Bündel (X) im Verhältnis zu der Linie (2) und dem Band (3) angehoben hält und einer dritten Konfiguration der Ausrichtung mit der Linie (2) und des Loslassens des Bündels (X) durch den mindestens einen Saugnapf (8) in einen entsprechenden schachtelartigen Behälter (A), der auf der Linie (2) angeordnet ist.
  2. Die Station gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Band (3) verteilte Schultervorsprünge (9) umfasst, wobei jedes Paar von Vorsprüngen (9) ausgebildet ist, um ein jeweiliges Bündel (X) aufzunehmen und zu begrenzen.
  3. Die Station gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Linie (2) spezifische verteilte vorstehende Zähne (10a, 10b) umfasst, wobei jedes Paar von Zähnen (10a, 10b) ausgebildet ist, um einen entsprechenden schachtelartigen Behälter (A, B) aufzunehmen und zu begrenzen.
  4. Die Station gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Linie (2) mindestens zwei Förderbänder (11, 12) umfasst, wobei mindestens ein erstes Band (11) erste vorstehende Zähne (10a, 10b) umfasst, um einen entsprechenden schachtelartigen Behälter (A) eines ersten Typs aufzunehmen und zu begrenzen und mindestens ein zweites Band (12) zweite vorstehende Zähne (10b) umfasst, um einen entsprechenden schachtelartigen Behälter (B) eines zweiten Typs aufzunehmen und zu begrenzen.
