Claims (10)

  1. Hand-held fire extinguisher
    • comprising a cylindrical container (1) for the extinguishing agent,
    • comprising a fitting head (2) which has a container closure, an outlet valve (4), a valve lever and a hand grip (3),
    • comprising a holding device by means of which the hand-held fire extinguisher can be clamped in a holding position on a holding wall (5) in the interior of a motor vehicle,
    • wherein a pairing is distributed on the holding wall (5) and the fitting head (2), and a gripping element (6.1) is movably guided on one of the two and a recess (6.2) is provided on the other of the two,
    • by means of which the gripping element (6.1) is held in a form-fitting connection by spring force (spring 11) in the holding position,
    • comprising a handle by means of which the gripping element (6.1) can be released from the form-fitting connection with the recess (6.2) against the spring force (spring 11), and further
    • comprising a guide device (pivot joint connection 15) by means of which the hand-held fire extinguisher can be moved into its holding position with a predetermined installation movement,
    characterized in that
    the holding device, consisting of the gripping element (6.1) and the recess (6.2), is designed as a form-fitting pairing of a snap latch (6),
    wherein the gripping element (6.1), in its gripping position (13), engages in a form-fitting manner in the recess (6.2) and is permanently held therein by the spring force (spring 11),
    in that a spreading device (8) interacts with the gripping element (6.1) for lifting it out of its gripping position solely by and during the installation movement into the holding position,
    wherein the gripping element (6.1) is lifted out of its gripping position (13) against the acting spring force (spring 11) and is released again for movement into the gripping position when the hand-held fire extinguisher has reached its holding position,
    and in that, as a handle, a manually operated ejector device (9) interacts with the gripping element (6.1) in the sense that the gripping element can be displaced from the gripping position (13) against its spring force (spring 11) and exposes the recess (6.2).
  2. Hand-held fire extinguisher according to claim 1
    characterized in that

  3. Hand-held fire extinguisher according to claim 1
    characterized in that
    the snap latch (6) is attached in the region of the fitting head (2) of the hand-held fire extinguisher and the handle (slide 9.1) is attached to the fitting head (2) for releasing the holding device.
