Claims (15)
- Vorrichtung (10) zur Platzreservierung und zum Schutz der Karosserie eines Landfahrzeugs (215), die umfasst:- eine Gruppe (105 bis 120), die wenigstens einen Träger (105, 110) umfasst, umfassend ein Befestigungsmittel (150) an einer Decke (165) eines Raums und wenigstens einen Körper (115, 120), der von dem genannten wenigstens einen Träger getragen ist,wobei die Vorrichtung dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass sie darüber hinaus umfasst:- eine Motorisierung (175), um die genannte Gruppe um eine Achse, die vertikal ist, wenn das Befestigungsmittel an der Decke befestigt ist, zwischen einer ersten Position und einer zweiten Position, die zur ersten Position lotrecht ist, zum Drehen zu bringen,- ein Steuermittel (710) der Motorisierung zum Steuern der Verschiebung der genannten Gruppe zwischen der ersten und der zweiten Position undund dass wenigstens ein Körper ein Stoßfänger-Körper ist.
- Vorrichtung (10) gemäß Anspruch 1, bei der das Steuermittel (170) ein drahtloses Empfangsmittel eines Signals umfasst und ausgestaltet ist, um die Motorisierung (175) nach einer vorbestimmten Dauer nach dem Empfang des genannten Signals zu steuern.

- Vorrichtung (10) gemäß Anspruch 3, bei der der Näherungssensor zum Erkennen einer empfangenen Lichtleistung ausgestaltet ist.
- Vorrichtung (10) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, bei der der Näherungssensor zum Erkennen eines vorbestimmten Tons ausgestaltet ist.
- Vorrichtung (10) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, bei der das Steuermittel (170) ein Empfangsmittel einer Kennung und einen Kennungssensor umfasst, wobei das Steuermittel (170) ausgestaltet ist, um die Motorisierung (175) zu steuern, wenn der Kennungssensor eine Kennung erfasst, die der Kennung entspricht, die vom Empfangsmittel empfangen ist.

- Vorrichtung (100) gemäß Anspruch 13, bei der der Fühler (305) für das Fehlen eines Fahrzeugs (215) einen Sender (335) von Signalen und ein Mittel zum Bestimmen der Intensität der im Verlauf einer Initialisierungsdauer der Vorrichtung reflektierten Signale umfasst, wobei ein vorbestimmter Grenzwert (320) in Abhängigkeit von der Intensität der im Verlauf der Initialisierungsdauer reflektierten Signale automatisch bestimmt ist, wobei das Erkennen des Fehlens während des ordnungsgemäßen Betriebs der Vorrichtung von dem genannten vorbestimmten Wert abhängt.
- Parkplatz (20), der wenigstens einen Stellplatz (205, 210) für ein Fahrzeug (215) und wenigstens eine Vorrichtung (11, 12) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14 umfasst, der oberhalb eines genannten Stellplatzes angeordnet ist, wobei die erste Position die Gruppe (105 bis 120) quer zu einem Zugang zu dem genannten Platz positioniert und die zweite Position die genannte Gruppe parallel zu der Stellplatzposition des Fahrzeugs im Innern des genannten Stellplatzes positioniert.
