Claims (11)
- Appareil ménager (1) comprenant au moins une plaque de recouvrement (8 ; 11 ; 23), laquelle plaque de recouvrement (8 ; 11 ; 23) est une pièce en tôle formée, dans lequel- la plaque de recouvrement (8 ; 11 ; 23) est une pièce en tôle pliée ayant des lignes de pliage linéaires (16-18 ; 26 ; 27-29) qui s'étendent chacune sur une pleine largeur (W) respective de la plaque de recouvrement (8 ; 11 ; 23),- la plaque de recouvrement (8 ; 23) est une plaque de recouvrement (8 ; 23) d'un tiroir (8) de l'appareil ménager (1),- la plaque de recouvrement (8) est conçue afin de recouvrir le côté avant du tiroir (7), et- des embouts d'extrémité (9 ; 12 ; 24) sont fixés à la plaque de recouvrement (8 ; 11 ; 23), recouvrant les côtés de la plaque de recouvrement (8 ; 11 ; 23),caractérisé en ce que- les embouts d'extrémité (9 ; 24) sont formés sous forme de plaques de saisie (22) comprenant respectivement un évidement concave (22), dans lequel les évidements (22) sont prévus afin d'être saisis manuellement pour déplacer le tiroir (7).
- Appareil ménager selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble des lignes de pliage (16-18 ; 26 ; 27-29) de la plaque de pliage (8 ; 11 ; 23) s'étendent parallèlement l'une à l'autre.
- Appareil ménager selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de recouvrement (8 ; 11 ; 23) possède une section frontale (19 ; 30), une section inférieure s'étendant vers l'arrière (20 ; 31) et une section supérieure s'étendant vers l'arrière (21 ; 32), que des lignes de pliage respectives (16, 18 ; 27, 29) différencient.
- Appareil ménager selon la revendication 3, dans lequel la section frontale (19 ; 30) comprend une section frontale supérieure (19a ; 30a) et une section frontale inférieure (19b ; 30b), qu'une ligne de pliage respective (17 ; 28) différencie.
- Appareil ménager selon la revendication 4, dans lequel la section frontale (19b) de la plaque de recouvrement (23) est au moins partiellement incurvée (C) sur sa pleine largeur (W).
- Appareil ménager selon les revendications 4 et 5, dans lequel la section frontale inférieure (19b ; 30b) de la plaque de recouvrement (23) est incurvée tandis que la section frontale supérieure (19a ; 30a) n'est pas incurvée.
- Appareil ménager selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 6, dans lequel la section frontale (19b) de la plaque de recouvrement (23) possède une forme de pliage concave.
- Appareil ménager selon la revendication 7, dans lequel la forme de pliage concave est formée sous la forme d'un profilé s'étendant horizontalement.
- Appareil ménager selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 8, dans lequel un rayon de courbure de la section frontale (19b) de la plaque de recouvrement (23) se situe entre 1 500 et 7 000 mm.
- Appareil ménager selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 9, dans lequel un rayon de courbure de la section frontale (19b) de la plaque de recouvrement (23) est au moins cinq fois plus grand que la hauteur de la zone incurvée.
- Procédé de fabrication d'un appareil ménager (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, l'appareil ménager comprenant au moins une plaque de recouvrement (8 ; 11 ; 23), laquelle plaque de recouvrement (8 ; 11 ; 23) est une pièce en tôle formée, et laquelle plaque de recouvrement (8 ; 11 ; 23) est conçue afin de recouvrir et d'être reliée à un tiroir (7) de l'appareil ménager (1),- dans lequel la plaque de recouvrement (8 ; 11 ; 23) est formée exclusivement en pliant une pièce en tôle sur sa pleine largeur (W), et- dans lequel des embouts d'extrémité (9 ; 12 ; 24) sont fixés à la plaque de recouvrement (8 ; 11 ; 23), recouvrant les côtés de la plaque de recouvrement (8 ; 11 ; 23) et dans lequel les embouts d'extrémité (9 ; 24) sont formés sous la forme de plaques de saisie (22) comprenant respectivement un évidement concave (22), dans lequel les évidements (22) sont prévus afin d'être saisis manuellement pour déplacer le tiroir (7).
