Claims (10)

  1. Un dispositif de cuisson (1) comprenant un panneau (2) qui est fourni par découpage et cintrage d'une tôle rectangulaire (S) sous la forme d'un prisme rectangulaire à dessus ouvert et qui présente une paroi frontale (3) sur laquelle les boutons de commande sont disposées, et deux parois latérales (4), une paroi inférieure (5) et une paroi supérieure (6) entourant la paroi avant (3), le panneau (2) présentant des découpes presque carrées (7) qui sont situées à tout les quatre coins de la feuille (S) et formés par découpage de la feuille (S) le long d'une première ligne de coupe (C1) étant parallèle aux bords longs de la feuille (S) et le long d'une deuxième ligne de coupe (C2) s'étendant orthogonalement à la première ligne de coupe (C1) et parallèlement au bord court de la feuille (S); caractérisé en ce que le panneau (2) présente plus d'un renfoncement en forme d'arc (8) formé par découpage de la feuille (S) avant que la feuille (S) soit pliée, ledit renfoncement en forme d'arc (8) étant situé au point de jonction des lignes de coupe (C1, C2) formant les découpes (7) et s'étendant vers les parties de feuille (S) formant la paroi avant (3) et la paroi supérieure (6) ou la paroi de fond (5) du panneau (2) lorsque la feuille (S) est pliée, et en ce que le panneau (2) comprend des rabats (10) qui restent entre une première ligne de pliage (F1) et la première ligne de coupe (C1) qui s'étendent parallèles aux bords longs de la feuille (S) et qui sont formés sur les parois latérales (4) par pliage de la feuille (S) le long de la première ligne de pliage (F1),
    selon lequel le panneau (2) comprend plus d'une fente (9) qui est formée par pliage de la feuille (S) orthogonalement le long des premières lignes de pliage (F1) et par cintrage de la feuille (S) en l'arrondissant le long de la seconde ligne de pliage (F2), laquelle fente (9) reste entre les rabats (10) et la paroi supérieure (6) ou la paroi de fond (5), de sorte que les fentes (9) et les renfoncements (8) sont conformés en " J ", selon lequel la première ligne de coupe initialement rectiligne (C1) est courbée de telle sorte qu'elle s'étend le long de renfoncement en forme d'arc (8) et de la seconde ligne de coupe (C2).
  2. Un dispositif de cuisson (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par les rabats (10) qui s'étendent vers la paroi inférieure (5) ou la paroi supérieure (6) depuis la paroi latérale (4), qui est formée par cintrage de la feuille (S) en l'arrondissant le long des secondes lignes de pliage (F2) qui s'étendent parallèlement aux bords courts de la feuille (S) et qui restent entre les premières lignes de pliage (F1).
  3. Un dispositif de cuisson (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le renforcement (8) qui s'étend jusqu'au niveau de la seconde ligne de pliage (F2).
  4. Un dispositif de cuisson (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le rabat (10) dont la largeur est égale à la distance entre la première ligne de pliage (F1) et la première ligne de coupe (C1).
  5. Un dispositif de cuisson (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé par le panneau (2) qui comprend une saillie (11) située sur le rabat (10) et s'étendant vers la paroi de fond (5) et la paroi supérieure (6) lorsque la feuille (S) est pliée en étant arrondie le long de la seconde ligne de pliage (F2).
  6. Un dispositif de cuisson (1) selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par le panneau (2) qui comprend un trou (12) situé sur la saillie (11) et à travers lequel les moyens de fixation, pourvu que la paroi latérale (4) à être fixé à la paroi inférieure (5) et à la paroi supérieure (6) sera inséré.
  7. Un dispositif de cuisson (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le panneau (2) qui comprend une ouverture circulaire (13) située à l'extrémité des renfoncements (8) de telle sorte que l'ouverture (13) reste sur la paroi inférieure (5) et la paroi supérieure (6).
  8. Un procédé de fabrication qui comprend les étapes suivantes pour former le panneau (2) d'un dispositif de cuisson (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7:
    • formation des découpes (7) par découpage de quatre coins de la feuille (S) le long d'une première ligne de coupe (C1) qui est parallèle aux bords longs de la feuille (S), et le long d'une deuxième ligne de coupe (C2) qui est parallèle aux bords courts de la feuille (S) et orthogonale à la première ligne de coupe (C1),
    • formation des renfoncements (8) par découpage de la feuille (S) à partir du point de jonction des lignes de coupe (C1, C2) formant les découpes (7) et s'étendant vers les portions de feuille (S) qui forment la paroi avant (3) et la paroi supérieure (6) ou la paroi inférieure (5) du panneau (2) lorsque la feuille (S) est pliée,
    • pliage de la feuille (S) orthogonalement le long de la première ligne de pliage (F1) de manière à former la paroi de fond (5) et la paroi supérieure (6) du panneau (2),
    • cintrage de la feuille (S) en étant arrondi le long de la seconde ligne de pliage (F2) de manière à former les parois latérales (4) du panneau (2), selon lequel la première ligne de coupe initialement rectiligne (C1) étant cintrée en arrondissant de sorte qu'elle s'étend le long de l'évidement en forme d'arc (8) et de la seconde ligne de coupe (C2).
  9. Un procédé de fabrication selon la revendication 8, qui comprend l'étape suivante pour former le panneau (2) du dispositif de cuisson (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7:
    - formation des rabats (10) en pliant la feuille (S) orthogonalement le long de la première ligne de pliage (F1) de telle sorte qu'une distance restera entre la première ligne de pliage (F1) et la première ligne de coupe (C1).
  10. Un procédé de production selon les revendications 8 à 9, qui comprend l'étape suivante pour former le panneau (2) du dispositif de cuisson (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7:
    - formation des ouvertures (13) en découpant les extrémités des renfoncements (8) de manière à ce que les ouvertures (13) resteront sur la partie de feuille (S) qui forme la paroi inférieure (5) et la paroi supérieure (6) du panneau (2), après l'étape dans laquelle les renfoncements (8) sont formés par découpage de la feuille (S) à partir du point de jonction des lignes de coupe (C1, C2) qui forment les découpes (7) (S) et s'étendant vers entre les parties de la feuille qui forment la paroi avant (3) et la paroi supérieure (6) ou la paroi inférieure (5) du panneau (2) lorsque la feuille (S) est pliée.
