Claims (18)
- Offenend-Spinnvorrichtung (4), welche aufweist:- eine erste Serie (28) von Offenend-Spinnköpfen (8), die jeweils mit einer Formungsposition (32) für das Halten einer Formungspackung (24') und einer Entladeposition (36) einer eine vorbestimmte Länge aufweisenden geformten Packung (24") versehen ist, wobei die Entladeposition (36) von der Formungsposition (32) getrennt ist,- eine zweite Serie (40) von Offenend-Spinnköpfen (8), die jeweils mit einer Formungsposition (32) für das Halten einer Formungspackung (24') und einer Entladeposition (36) der geformten Packung (24") getrennt von der Formungsposition (32) versehen ist,- ein Packungsentladeband (44), das sich zwischen der ersten und der zweiten Serie (28, 40) von Spinnköpfen (8) in einer Längsrichtung (X-X) erstreckt, in einer Position benachbart den Entladepositionen (36) der geformten Packungen (24") angeordnet ist,- wobei die Offenend-Spinnköpfen (8) der ersten und der zweiten Serie (28, 40) versehen sind mit einer Zwischenhalteposition (48) zwischen jeder Formungsposition (32) und jeder Entladeposition (36), sowie jeweiligen Rückhaltemitteln (52), um in der Zwischenhalteposition (48) die geformte Packung (24") selektiv zu blockieren, um deren Durchtritt zu der anschließenden Entladeposition (36) zu regulieren,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Offenend-Spinnvorrichtung eine Steuereinheit aufweist, die derart programmiert ist, dass die Formungspackungen (24'), die während des Entladeschritte der geformten Packungen (24") von der Zwischenhalteposition (48) eine gegebene Länge erreichen sollten, dazu gebracht werden, in der Formungsposition für eine gegebene Anzahl von Garnmetern weiterzulaufen, um dann in der Zwischenhalteposition (48) gegen die zuvor reaktivierten Rückhaltemittel (52) gestoppt und entladen zu werden. - Die Offenend-Spinnvorrichtung (4) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Serie (28, 40) von Spinnköpfen (8) an Reihen oder Seiten in der Längsrichtung (X-) parallel zueinander sind und durch das Packungsentladeband (44) beabstandet sind.
- Die Offenend-Spinnvorrichtung (4) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei das Packungsentladeband (44) eine Breite (L) hat, die wesentlich kleiner als ein Durchmesser (D) der geformten Packungen (24") ist, und innerhalb eines Überführungskanals der geformten Packungen (24") gleitet, wobei seine Breite etwas größer ist als der Durchmesser (D) der geformten Packungen (24").
- Die Offenend-Spinnvorrichtung (4) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Rückhaltemittel (52) eine Stange (56) aufweisen, die konfiguriert ist, um von einer eingefahrenen Position, wo sie mit der geformten Packung (24") nicht in Eingriff tritt, zu einer ausgefahrenen Position, in der er die geformte Packung (24") in der Zwischenhalteposition (48) blockiert, umzuschalten.
- Die Offenend-Spinnvorrichtung (4) nach Anspruch 4, wobei die Stange (56) mit einem Betätigungsnocken (60) betriebsmäßig verbunden ist.
- Die Offenend-Spinnvorrichtung (4) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Rückhaltemittel (52) Kipphebel- oder Hebelsysteme aufweisen.
- Offenend-Spinnvorrichtung (4) nach den Ansprüchen 4, 5 oder 6,wobei jede Serie (28, 40) von Spinnköpfen (8) einer einzelnen Stange (56) betriebsmäßig zugeordnet ist, um die geformten Packungen (24") in ihren jeweiligen Zwischenhaltepositionen (48) gleichzeitig rückzuhalten.
- Offenend-Spinnvorrichtung (4) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei die Vorrichtung eine Mehrzahl von Rückhaltemitteln (52) aufweist, die einem oder mehreren Spinnköpfen (8) zugeordnet sind, wobei sie innerhalb der gleichen Serie (28, 40) von Spinnköpfen (8) oder an unterschiedlichen Serien (28, 40) von Spinnköpfen (8) unabhängig voneinander betreibbar sind.
- Offenend-Spinnvorrichtung (4) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Serie (28, 40) von Spinnköpfen (8) jeweilige Rutschen (64) aufweisen, die die Formungspositionen (32), die Zwischenhaltepositionen (48) und die Entladepositionen (36) verbinden, wobei die Rutschen (64) in einer Querrichtung (T-T) orthogonal zur Längsrichtung (X-X) angeordnet sind, wobei die Rutschen (64) abwärts geneigt sind, wobei sie von den Formungspositionen (32) zu dem Packungsentladeband (44) verlaufen, um das Entladen der geformten Packungen (24") und Verbinden mit dem letzteren zu erleichtern.
- Offenend-Spinnvorrichtung (4) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, das eine Steuereinheit aufweist, welche programmiert ist zum:- Überwachen des Formungsschritts der Formungspackung (24') um ein Bezugsrohr (20) herum, in der Formungsposition (32),- Aktivieren von Aktuatormitteln zum Schieben der geformten Packung (24") zum Rollen auf die Entladerutsche (64) bis zur Zwischenhalteposition (48), nach Abschluss der Formung der Packung,- vorangehenden oder gleichzeitigen Aktivieren der Rückhaltemittel (52), um die geformte Packung (24") in der Zwischenhalteposition (48) zu blockieren, um zu verhindern, dass sie das Packungsentladeband (44) erreicht,- Laden eines neuen leeren Rohrs (20) in die Formungsposition (32), um die Herstellung einer neuen Formungspackung (24') zu starten,
wobei- beim Erreichen einer vorbestimmten Anzahl geformter Packungen (24") an der gleichen Serie (28, 40), die geformten Packungen (24") von den jeweiligen Zwischenhaltepositionen (48) gelöst werden, um zu erlauben, dass diese gleichzeitig bis zum Packungsentladeband (44) rollen, das in Bezug auf die Vorrichtung (4) mittig angeordnet ist. - Offenend-Spinnvorrichtung (4) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, die eine Steuereinheit aufweist, die derart programmiert ist, dass dann, wenn sich das Packungsentladeband (44) bewegt, die Rückhaltemittel (52) in der Aktivierungsposition verbleiben und ihre Deaktivierung unterbunden wird, um zu verhindern, dass die geformten Packungen (24") an der Zwischenhalteposition (48) vorbeigehen und zu dem Packungsentladeband (44) geschickt werden.
- Offenend-Spinnvorrichtung (4) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, die eine Steuereinheit aufweist, die derart programmiert ist, dass das Packungsentladeband (44), das in Bezug auf die Vorrichtung (4) mittig angeordnet ist, dazu gebracht wird, ab dem Beginn des Packungsentladeschritts wenigstens eine vollständige Halbdrehung zu machen.
- Verfahren zum Entladen einer Packung von einer Offenend-Spinnvorrichtung (4) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, welches die Schritte aufweist:- Überwachen des Formungsschritts der Packung (24') bei der Formung um ein Bezugsrohr (20) herum, in der Formungsposition (32),- Aktivieren von Aktuatormitteln zum Schieben der geformten Packung (24") zum Rollen auf die Entladerutsche (64) bis zur Zwischenhalteposition (48) nach Abschluss der Formung der Packung (24),- vorangehendes oder gleichzeitiges Aktivieren der Rückhaltemittel (52), um die geformte Packung (24") in der Zwischenhalteposition (48) zu blockieren, um zu verhindern, dass sie das Packungsentladeband (44) erreicht,- Laden eines neuen leeren Rohrs (20) in die Formungsposition (32), um die Herstellung einer neuen Formungspackung (24') zu starten,wobei die Formungspackungen (24'), die während des Entladeschritte der geformten Packungen (24") von der Zwischenhalteposition (48) eine gegebene Länge erreichen sollten, dazu gebracht werden, in der Formungsposition für eine gegebene Anzahl von Garnmetern weiterzulaufen, um dann in der Zwischenhalteposition (48) gegen die zuvor reaktivierten Rückhaltemittel (52) gestoppt und entladen zu werden.
- Verfahren zum Entladen einer Packung von einer Offenend-Spinnvorrichtung (4) nach Anspruch 13, welche den Schritt aufweist, unter Verwendung der Rückhaltemittel (52) mehrere geformte Packungen (24") der gleichen Serie (28, 40) der Offenend-Spinnköpfe (8) gleichzeitig zu blockieren.
- Verfahren zum Entladen einer Packung von einer Offenend-Spinnvorrichtung (4) nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, wobei beim Erreichen einer vorbestimmten Anzahl geformter Packungen (24") an der gleichen Serie (28, 40), die geformten Packungen (24") von den jeweiligen Zwischenhaltepositionen (48) gelöst werden, um zu erlauben, dass diese gleichzeitig bis zum Packungsentladeband (44) rollen, das in Bezug auf die Vorrichtung (4) mittig angeordnet ist.
- Verfahren zum Entladen einer Packung von einer Offenend-Spinnvorrichtung (4) nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 15, wobei, sobald alle der geformten Packungen (24") einer Serie (28, 40) auf dem Packungsentladeband (44) angeordnet sind, dieses sich zu bewegen beginnt und alle geformten Packungen (24") oder nur einen Teil von diesen zu einem Ende der Vorrichtung (4) bringt, von wo der geformten Packungen (24") von der Vorrichtung (4) entladen werden.
- Verfahren zum Entladen einer Packung von einer Offenend-Spinnvorrichtung (4) nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 16, wobei, sobald die Zwischenhaltestationen (48) geleert worden sind, sich die Rückhaltemittel (52) in die aktive Position bewegen, um in der Zwischenhalteposition (48) eine neue geformte Packung (24") zu blockieren.
- Verfahren zum Entladen einer Packung von einer Offenend-Spinnvorrichtung (4) nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 17, wobei, wenn sich das Packungsentladeband (44) bewegt, die Rückhaltemittel (52) in der Aktivierungsposition verbleiben und ihre Deaktivierung unterbunden wird, um zu verhindern, dass die geformten Packungen (24") an der Zwischenhalteposition (48) vorbeigehen und zu dem Packungsentladeband (44) geschickt werden.
