Claims (7)

  1. Système de nacelles pour ouvriers travaillant sur des conteneurs de chargement sur des navires, prévu pour être accroché en hauteur, à un châssis ou une structure de chargement de conteneurs, utilisés sur des navires ou dans des zones portuaires, dénommées communément « Spreaders » et destiné à être monté sur une plateforme de transport à déplacer sur des roues, système qui se caractérise par un ensemble de trois nacelles (1,1',1") pour le travail des ouvriers, reliées entre elles à différentes hauteurs, la nacelle supérieure étant (1") reliée et assurée à l'aide des éléments de blocage adéquats au châssis supérieur (2), tandis que, au niveau inférieur, cette nacelle supérieure (1") est articulée avec celle intermédiaire (1'), permettant ainsi de positionner cette dernière (1') et la nacelle inférieure (1') pliées sur la plateforme de transport roulante respective (6) ; la particularité étant que les nacelles sont dotées d'une porte d'accès au sol (18) menant à la nacelle inférieure (1) et de trappes (20) de communication intérieure entre les nacelles intermédiaire (1') et supérieure (1"), situées au sol de ces nacelles ; l'installation de moyens de blocage entre les nacelles a été prévue, en position déployée et verticale, sur les colonnes des nacelles, avec la particularité d'inclure, sur le dessus, des panneaux solaires (5), afin d'alimenter en électricité les éléments d'éclairage et les composants de fonctionnement électrique du système par le biais de batteries.
  2. Système de nacelles pour ouvriers travaillant sur des conteneurs de chargement sur des navires, conformément à la 1ère revendication, caractérisé par le fait que la porte inférieure d'accès (18) est complétée par des éléments de fermeture et de blocage automatique, y compris des trappes (20) et des pièces d'accrochage et de blocage adéquats.
  3. Système de nacelles pour ouvriers travaillant sur des conteneurs de chargement sur des navires, conformément aux revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le blocage des nacelles (1,1',1") en position déployée et verticale s'effectue par le biais d'un levier (15) d'actionnement manuel, allié à un verrou de fermeture (16) associé à un ressort (17).
  4. Système de nacelles pour ouvriers travaillant sur des conteneurs de chargement sur des navires, conformément aux revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que, à l'intérieur de chaque nacelle (1,1',1") se trouve un tableau de commandes (21) avec des touches de démarrage, arrêt et déconnexion. Il est prévu que le tableau de commandes de la cabine supérieure (1") inclut des moyens d'informations sur l'état des trois cabines, tandis que le tableau de commandes des cabines intermédiaire et inférieure inclut des moyens d'informations relatives à l'état de ces cabines.
  5. Système de nacelles pour ouvriers travaillant sur des conteneurs de chargement sur des navires, conformément à la 4° revendication, caractérisé par le fait que le tableau de commandes (21) de chaque cabine inclut un bouton d'activation/désactivation des éléments d'éclairage, ainsi qu'un bouton d'urgence.
  6. Système de nacelles pour ouvriers travaillant sur des conteneurs de chargement sur des navires, conformément aux revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'ensemble de ces nacelles (1,1',1") est susceptible de fonctionner individuellement ou en tandem, avec un autre ensemble analogue.
  7. Système de nacelles pour ouvriers travaillant sur des conteneurs de chargement sur des navires, conformément aux revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que les nacelles (1,1',1") sont équipées de moyens de signalisation lumineuse et acoustique, afin d'avertir le grutier de l'état de l'opération, à tout moment.
