Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung einer temporären Verbindung zweier aufeinanderfolgender Schienen eines Gleises umfassend einen Notlaschenverbinder (1), der aus jeweils einer auf jeder Seite der entsprechenden Schiene anzuordnenden Lasche und einer diese an die Schiene anzupressenden Klemmeinrichtung zusammengesetzt ist.
- Eine derartige, mit einem Notlaschenverbinder ausgestattete Vorrichtung ist durch
EP 1 697 592 bekannt und dient vor allem als temporäres und schnell zu montierendes Hilfsmittel, um nach einem Schienenbruch das Gleis unter eingeschränkter Fahrgeschwindigkeit weiterhin benutzen zu können. Allerdings muss der Notlaschenverbinder durch eine Bedienungsperson in regelmäßigen Abständen kontrolliert werden, um damit eine maximale Sicherheit zu gewährleisten. - Die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt nun in der Schaffung einer Vorrichtung der eingangs genannten Art, die wiederholte persönliche Inspektionen erübrigt.
- Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß mit einer Vorrichtung der gattungsgemäßen Art durch die im Kennzeichen des Hauptanspruches angeführten Merkmale gelöst.
- Mit dieser Merkmalskombination ist eine zuverlässige elektronische Funktionsüberwachung des zugeordneten Notlaschenverbinders gewährleistet. Insbesondere kann eine gefährliche Verschiebung der Notlasche in Schienenlängsrichtung sofort registriert werden. Die vorteilhafterweise zu einer zentralen Leitstelle übertragenen Messwerte des Sicherungssystems können dort gegebenenfalls auch in Verbindung mit weiteren Notlaschenverbindern überwacht werden, ohne dass dazu das Gleis befahren werden muss.
- Weitere Vorteile der Erfindung ergeben sich aus dem Unteranspruch und der Zeichnungsbeschreibung.
- Im Folgenden wird die Erfindung anhand eines in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispieles näher beschrieben.
- Ein Notlaschenverbinder 1 ist zur Herstellung einer temporären Verbindung zweier aufeinanderfolgender Schienen 2 eines Gleises 11 vorgesehen und weist auf jeder Seite der Schienen 2 eine einen Schienenstoß 3 überbrückende Lasche 4 und diese an die Schienen 2 anpressende Klemmeinrichtungen 5 auf. Diese sind durch nicht näher dargestellte Schraubverbindungen (Details sind durch
DE 20 2005 007 077 U1 bekannt) mit einem definiertem Drehmoment fixiert. - Bezüglich einer Schienenlängsrichtung 6 an den Notlaschenverbinder 1 angrenzend ist ein Sicherungssystem 7 durch eine Schraubverbindung 8 auf einem Schienenfuß 9 der Schiene 2 befestigt. Dieses - hier als Ausführungsbeispiel vom Notlaschenverbinder 1 distanzierte - Sicherungssystem 7 weist eine Distanzmesseinrichtung 10 für einen - eine Distanz a zwischen Notlaschenverbinder 1 und Sicherungssystem 7 erfassenden - Messwert auf.
- Zur Übertragung der ermittelten Messwerte sowie eines - eine bezüglich des Gleises 11 örtlich eindeutige Zuordnung des Notlaschenverbinders 1 ermöglichenden - Identifikationssignals zu einer nicht näher dargestellten zentralen Kontrollstelle einer Bahnverwaltung ist das Sicherungssystem 7 mit einer Funkeinrichtung 12 ausgestattet. Außerdem ist das Sicherungssystem 7 mit einem Beschleunigungsaufnehmer 13 zur Erfassung Schwingungen registrierender Messwerte ausgestattet.
Claims (2)
- Vorrichtung zur Herstellung einer temporären Verbindung zweier aufeinanderfolgender Schienen (2) eines Gleises, umfassend einen Notlaschenverbinder (1), der aus jeweils einer auf jeder Seite der entsprechenden Schiene (2) anzuordnenden Lasche und einer diese an die Schiene (2) anzupressenden Klemmeinrichtung (5) zusammengesetzt ist, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:a) die Vorrichtung umfasst ein auf einem Schienenfuß (9) der Schiene (2) befestigbares Sicherungssystem (7), das eine Distanzmesseinrichtung (10) für einen - eine Distanz a zwischen Notlaschenverbinder (1) und Sicherungssystem (7) erfassenden - Messwert aufweist,b) zur Übertragung der ermittelten Messwerte sowie eines - eine bezüglich des Gleises (11) örtlich eindeutige Zuordnung des Notlaschenverbinders (1) ermöglichenden - Identifikationssignals zu einer Kontrollstelle ist das Sicherungssystem (7) mit einer Funkeinrichtung (12) ausgestattet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Notlaschenverbinder (1) bezüglich einer Schienenlängsrichtung (6) vom Sicherungssystem (7) distanziert ist.
