Claims (13)

  1. Backofen, der ein Gehäuse (10) beinhaltet, wobei der Backofen folgende Teile umfasst:
    - zwei Seitenwände (12), die seitliche Teile des Gehäuses (10) bilden,
    - einen Vorderseitenrahmen (14), der an einer Vorderseite des Gehäuses (10) eingerichtet ist,
    - einen Behandlungshohlraum, der mindestens teilweise von mindestens einer Hohlraumwand (16) eingeschlossen und innerhalb des Gehäuses (10) eingerichtet ist,
    - ein Bodenteil (36) des Gehäuses (10), das unter den Seitenwänden (12) eingerichtet ist, und
    - ein Oberteil (50) des Gehäuses (10), das über den Seitenwänden (12) eingerichtet ist, wobei
    - ein Vorderseitenende der mindestens einen Hohlraumwand (16) eine Öffnung zum Laden von Nahrungsmitteln, die zu garen sind, in den Behandlungshohlraum (18) bildet, wobei
    - der Vorderseitenrahmen (14) die Öffnung umfänglich umgibt,
    - wobei der Vorderseitenrahmen (14) mit der Hohlraumwand (16) über Koppelmittel derart gekoppelt ist, dass ein durchgehender Spalt (72) umfänglich zwischen dem Vorderseitenrahmen (14) und der Hohlraumwand (16) mindestens in dem Bereich des Vorderseitenendes der Hohlraumwand gebildet ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der Vorderseitenrahmen (14) mindestens eine Rahmenöse (32, 32.1, 32.2, 32.3, 32.4) umfasst, und mindestens eine der Seitenwände (12) mindestens eine erste Prägung (22), die sich in das Innere des Gehäuses (10) erstreckt, umfasst, wobei die erste Prägung (22) der Seitenwand gegen die Rahmenöse des Vorderseitenrahmens (14) liegt oder diese stützt, und wobei das Gehäuse (10) mit dem Vorderseitenrahmen (14) durch die Rahmenöse und die erste Prägung (22) derart gekoppelt ist, dass das Gehäuse (10) im Wesentlichen thermisch von der Hohlraumwand (16) abgekoppelt ist, und die Seitenwände (12) das Gewicht der Hohlraumwand (16) und des Vorderseitenrahmens (14) tragen.
  2. Backofen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    - mindestens zwei aneinandergrenzende Teile des Gehäuses (10) direkt miteinander durch mindestens ein Befestigungselement (26, 28, 44, 48, 54) verbunden sind, und
    - wobei mindestens eines der Teile des Gehäuses (10) mindestens eine Prägung (22, 40, 42, 46) oder ein Ösenelement (32, 34, 56, 58) beinhaltet, und wobei
    - die mindestens eine Prägung (22, 40, 42, 46) oder das Ösenelement (32, 34, 56, 58) gegen das angrenzende Teil des Gehäuses (10) liegt oder dieses stützt.
  3. Backofen nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Spalt (72) entlang des Umfangs des Vorderseitenrahmens (14) und der Hohlraumwand (16) derart erstreckt, dass der Vorderseitenrahmen (14) im Wesentlichen thermisch von der Hohlraumwand (16) abgekoppelt ist, und/oder wobei die Seitenwände (12) direkt mit dem Vorderseitenrahmen (14) verbunden sind, wobei die Seitenwände (12) von der Hohlraumwand (16) ohne irgendeinen Kontakt zwischen den Seitenwänden (12) einerseits und der Hohlraumwand (16) andererseits beabstandet sind.
  4. Backofen nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die erste Prägung (22) einen im Wesentlichen U-förmigen Querschnitt umfasst, wobei sich die Rahmenöse (32) vorzugsweise von dem Vorderseitenrahmen (14) rückwärts erstreckt, wobei insbesondere die erste Prägung (22) länglich ist und sich im Wesentlichen parallel zu einer vertikalen Vorderkante der Seitenwand (12) erstreckt, wobei die erste Prägung (22) in einem Bereich angrenzend an die Vorderkante der Seitenwand (12) eingerichtet ist, und wobei mindestens eine erste Schraube (26) in die erste Prägung (22) und die Rahmenöse (32) eindringt.
  5. Backofen nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Hohlraumwand (16) mindestens eine Hohlraumöse (34) beinhaltet, die sich von der Hohlraumwand (16) auswärts erstreckt, wobei die Hohlraumöse (34) gegen die Rahmenöse (32) des Vorderseitenrahmens (14) liegt, und wobei mindestens eine zweite Schraube (28) in die Rahmenöse (32) und die Hohlraumöse (34) eindringt, wobei insbesondere der Vorderseitenrahmen (14) eine obere Rahmenöse (32.1) und eine untere Rahmenöse (32.2) beinhaltet, die vertikal voneinander beabstandet eingerichtet sind, wobei sich die erste Prägung (22) der Seitenwand (12) vertikal mindestens über eine Länge erstreckt, die dem Abstand zwischen der oberen und der unteren Rahmenöse (32.1, 32.2) des Vorderseitenrahmens (14) entspricht,
    wobei insbesondere die erste Prägung (22) der Seitenwand (12) gegen beide der oberen und der unteren Rahmenöse (32.1, 32.2) des Vorderseitenrahmens (14) liegt oder diese stützt und an mindestens einer, vorzugsweise an beiden der oberen und unteren Rahmenöse (32.1, 32.2) durch mindestens eine erste Schraube (26) befestigt ist.
  6. Backofen nach Anspruch 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Hohlraumwand (16) einen Flansch in dem Bereich des Vorderseitenendes beinhaltet, insbesondere einen Flansch, der umfänglich die Öffnung umgibt, die von dem Vorderseitenende gebildet wird, wobei eine obere Hohlraumöse (34.1) und eine untere Hohlraumöse (34.2), die vertikal voneinander beabstandet sind, auf dem Flansch eingerichtet sind, wobei die obere und die untere Hohlraumöse (34.1, 34.2) entsprechend der Einrichtung der oberen und der unteren Rahmenöse (32.1, 32.2) des Vorderseitenrahmens (14) derart eingerichtet sind, dass die obere und die untere Hohlraumöse (34.1, 34.2) jeweils gegen die obere und die untere Rahmenöse (32.1, 32.2) liegen und jeweils an mindestens einem, vorzugsweise an beiden entsprechenden Gegenstücken der oberen und unteren Rahmenöse (32.1, 32.2) durch mindestens eine zweite Schraube (28) befestigt sind,
    wobei insbesondere der Flansch in eine Richtung zu einer Rückseite des Behandlungshohlraums gebogen ist, der sich vorzugsweise mindestens teilweise parallel zu der Hohlraumwand (16) erstreckt,
    wobei insbesondere mindestens eine der oberen und der unteren Rahmenöse (32.1, 32.2) des Vorderseitenrahmens (14) einen ersten Rahmenösenabschnitt (32.3) umfasst, der in eine Richtung zu der Seitenwand (12) angeordnet und angepasst ist, um gegen die erste Prägung (22) der Seitenwand (12) zu liegen oder diese zu stützen, und einen zweiten Rahmenösenabschnitt (32.4), der in eine Richtung zu der Hohlraumwand (16) angeordnet und angepasst ist, um gegen die entsprechende der oberen und unteren Hohlraumöse (34.1, 34.2) zu liegen.
  7. Backofen nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    eine Ebene des ersten Rahmenösenabschnitts (32.3) parallel zu einer Ebene des zweiten Rahmenösenabschnitts (32.4) verlagert ist, wobei insbesondere mindestens eine der oberen und unteren Rahmenöse (32.1, 32.2) des Vorderseitenrahmens (14) mindestens eine Rahmenösenvertiefung (32.5) umfasst, und die erste Prägung (22) der Seitenwand (12) mindestens eine, vorzugsweise zwei gebogene Ösen (22.1, 22.2) umfasst, die zum Einfügen in die Rahmenösenvertiefung (32.5) der mindestens einen oberen oder unteren Rahmenöse (32.1, 32.2) des Vorderseitenrahmens (14) angepasst ist, wobei sich insbesondere
    eine zweite gebogene Öse (22.2) senkrecht bezüglich der ersten gebogenen Öse (22.1) erstreckt, und wobei eine der gebogenen Ösen (22.1), (22.2) angepasst ist, um den Rahmenösenumriss (32.6) des ersten Rahmenösenabschnitts (32.3) zu berühren, wobei die zwei gebogenen Ösen (22.1) zum Vorabbefestigen der Seitenwand (12) jeweils in mindestens eine horizontale Richtung (y-Richtung) und mindestens eine vertikale Richtung (z-Richtung) vor dem Anschrauben angepasst sind, wobei insbesondere die zwei gebogenen Ösen (22.1) der ersten Prägung (22) der Seitenwand (12) jeweils unter und über der Schraubenbohrung (32.7) für die erste Schraube (26) eingerichtet sind.
  8. Backofen nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der Vorderseitenrahmen (14) innere Rahmenösen (32.1, 32.2, 32.4) und äußere Rahmenösen (32.3) beinhaltet, wobei der Vorderseitenrahmen (14) derart eingerichtet ist, dass die inneren Rahmenösen (32.1, 32.2, 32.4) auf einer Innenseite des Vorderseitenrahmens (14) eingerichtet sind, und dass die äußeren Rahmenösen (32.3) auf einer Außenseite des Vorderseitenrahmens (14) eingerichtet sind, wobei die inneren Rahmenösen (32.1, 32.2, 32.4) mit der Hohlraumwand (16) verbunden sind, während die äußeren Rahmenösen (32.3) mit der Seitenwand (12) verbunden sind.
  9. Backofen nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Seitenwand (12) mindestens eine zweite Prägung (24) beinhaltet, die zu dem Äußeren des Gehäuses (10) gebildet ist, wobei die zweite Prägung (24) gegen mindestens ein Küchenmöbel, das das Gehäuse (10) mindestens teilweise einschließt, liegt oder dieses stützt.
  10. Backofen nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    das Bodenteil (36) zwei Stehfalze (38) an seiner seitlichen Seite beinhaltet, wobei der Stehfalz (38) eine Unterkante der entsprechenden Seitenwand (12) mindestens teilweise einschließt, wobei insbesondere die Seitenwand (12) mindestens eine dritte Prägung (40) beinhaltet, die zu dem Inneren des Gehäuses (10) gebildet und in dem unteren Abschnitt der Seitenwand (12) eingerichtet ist, und der Stehfalz (38) des Bodenteils (36) mindestens eine vierte Prägung (42) beinhaltet, die zu dem Inneren des Gehäuses (10) gebildet ist, wobei die dritte Prägung (40) und die vierte Prägung (42) miteinander kongruent sind, so dass die vierte Prägung (42) von der entsprechenden dritten Prägung (40) aufgenommen wird, und wobei vorzugsweise mindestens eine dritte Schraube (44) in die vierte Prägung (42) und die dritte Prägung (40) eindringt.
  11. Backofen nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    das Bodenteil (36) mindestens zwei Prägungen beinhaltet, insbesondere fünfte Prägungen (46), die in dem horizontalen Abschnitt des Bodenteils (36) eingerichtet sind, wobei sich die Prägungen (46) aufwärts erstrecken und die Unterkanten der Seitenwände (12) stützen, wobei das Bodenteil (36) des Gehäuses (10) mindestens eine fünfte Prägung (46) beinhaltet, die in einem Bereich angrenzend an ein Vorderseitenende (62) des Bodenteils (36) eingerichtet ist und eine erste Lageroberfläche (46.1) zum Stützen eines Scharniers, insbesondere eines Scharniergehäuses (60) des Scharniers umfasst, an dem eine Tür (20) des Backofens anbringbar ist, und das um eine horizontale Achse schwenkbar ist, wobei das Scharniergehäuse (60) vorzugsweise mindestens teilweise einen U-förmigen Querschnitt umfasst,
    wobei insbesondere die fünfte Prägung (46) angrenzend an das Vorderseitenende (62) eine vorzugsweise nach oben gebogene erste Scharnierbefestigungsöse (64) beinhaltet, die in einer Position eingerichtet ist, um eine erste Scharniergehäuseseitenwand (66) des Scharniergehäuses (60) zu berühren,
    wobei insbesondere mindestens eine der dritten Prägung (40) der Seitenwand (12) und/oder mindestens eine der vierten Prägung (42) des Bodenteils (36) eine zweite Lageroberfläche beinhaltet, die eingerichtet ist, um eine zweite Scharniergehäuseseitenwand des Scharniergehäuses (60) des Scharniers zu berühren, um die zweite Scharniergehäuseseitenwand zu stützen,
    wobei insbesondere die Seitenwand (12) eine zweite Scharnierbefestigungsöse (68) umfasst, die in einer Position derart eingerichtet ist, dass sie eine Scharniergehäuseoberwand (70) berührt,
    wobei insbesondere die erste Scharnierbefestigungshülse (64) und/oder die zweite Scharnierbefestigungshülse (68) und/oder die erste Lageroberfläche (64.1) und/oder die zweite Lageroberfläche das Scharniergehäuse (60) in seiner beabsichtigten Position vor zusätzlicher Befestigung stützen und halten, insbesondere durch Schrauben,
    wobei insbesondere das Scharniergehäuse (60) an mindestens einem des Stehfalzes (38) des Bodenteils (36) und/oder an einem unteren Endbereich der Seitenwand (12) durch mindestens eine Schraube, insbesondere durch mindestens eine der dritten Schrauben (44) befestigt werden kann.
  12. Backofen nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Höhe des Gehäuses (10) durch die Auswahl des Bodenteils (36) definierbar ist, wobei die Anzahl, die Positionen und/oder die Höhen der fünften Prägungen (46) des Bodenteils (36) die Höhe des Gehäuses (10) beeinflussen, oder wobei
    die Höhe des Gehäuses (10) durch ein Austauschen des Bodenteils (36) modifizierbar ist, oder durch die Auswahl des Bodenteils (36) definierbar ist, wobei die Anzahl, die Positionen und/oder die Höhen der fünften Prägungen (46) des Bodenteils (36) die Höhe des Gehäuses (10) beeinflussen.
  13. Backofen nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    das Gehäuse (10) mindestens ein Steuerpanel (30) umfasst, das über dem Vorderseitenrahmen (14) eingerichtet ist, wobei das Steuerpanel (30) ein Paar von Panelösen (58) umfasst, und wobei die Panelöse (58) gegen eine Seitenwandöse (56), die aus der Seitenwand (12) vorragt, liegt und/oder davon gestützt wird, und wobei vorzugsweise eine obere vierte Schraube (48) in die Seitenwandöse (56) und die Panelöse (58) eindringt, oder eine untere vierte Schraube (48) in die Seitenwandöse (56) und den Vorderseitenrahmen (14) eindringt, wobei insbesondere der Vorderseitenrahmen (14) zum Aufnehmen einer Tür (20) vorgesehen ist.
