Description
The invention relates to a closure arrangement for covering open containers with a liquid therein, in particular for covering swimming pools, which comprises at least two base elements, the base element having a hollow chamber, at least one base element having one of its long sides with an opposite long side of an adjacent one Base element is movably connected at least in sections via at least one connecting means and has at least one connecting device on the longitudinal side opposite the longitudinal side connected to the connecting means.
Closure arrangements of this type for covering open containers with a liquid therein are described in the prior art.
For example, the
Another disadvantage of these roller shutter slats and the swimming pool covers to be produced from them is that at least the two hollow chambers at the free ends of each roller shutter slat are to be closed in a liquid-tight manner, so that the swimming pool cover can only fulfill its function.
Another disadvantage of this swimming pool cover is that when the coupling web is inserted into the receiving chamber, which is required to produce a swimming pool cover, this connection must be additionally secured against longitudinal displacements of the individual roller shutter bars.
The disadvantage here is that each individual hollow chamber of a roller shutter slat is to be provided with a sealing device which has a special geometry, which here consists of a piston plate and a permanently elastic substance to be filled in from the outside.
In this embodiment, such a swimming pool cover is extremely costly to manufacture the roller shutter profiles and in particular in the manufacture of individual roller shutter slats which are to be closed liquid-tight at their two free ends and to be joined together to form a swimming pool cover.
Another disadvantage of the solutions in the known prior art is the fact that when the swimming pool covers are used as intended, it cannot be ruled out that the sealing end caps of individual roller shutter slats are not completely leakproof, and so the hollow chambers of individual roller shutter slats are filled with liquid and the swimming pool cover is not more floating on the surface.

This is where the invention comes in, which has the object of overcoming the disadvantages of the known prior art and of showing a closure arrangement for covering open containers with a liquid therein, in particular for covering swimming pools, which can be produced both economically and inexpensively is, as well as when used as intended for covering swimming pools has no leaks in the individual elements and which has a visually appealing appearance with full functionality and which absorbs almost no liquid.
According to the invention, this object is achieved by the features of
It has surprisingly been found that a closure arrangement for covering open containers with a liquid therein, in particular for covering swimming pools, which comprises at least two base elements, the base element having a hollow chamber, at least one base element having one of its longitudinal sides with one of these opposite longitudinal side of an adjacent base element is at least partially movably connected via at least one connecting means and on the longitudinal side opposite the longitudinal side connected to the connecting means has at least one connecting device, the hollow chamber of the base element has a material whose density is between 0.01 and 0.7 g / cm 3 measured according to DIN 1183 is that at least one receiving opening receiving a fixing element is arranged on at least one connecting device of the base element, characterized in that the Ohlkammer the base element arranged material is arranged at least a distance from the wall surrounding the hollow chamber spaced. The closure arrangement according to the invention can thus be made available in several different colors economically and inexpensively due to the coloring of the spacer layer and / or the base element. The closure arrangement according to the invention thus has a higher buoyancy when used as intended and can thus be used as a cost-effective and visually appealing closure arrangement for already installed, leaky swimming pool covers made of hollow chamber profiles with lateral sealing elements.
It has also proven to be advantageous that the material arranged in the hollow chamber of the base element is selected from, preferably polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyurethane (PU), acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS), polystyrene (PS), acrylic ester Styrene-acrylonitrile (ASA), polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polycarbonate (PC), polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) or their copolymers. In addition to the economical and inexpensive manufacture of the base elements forming the closure arrangement according to the invention, this also ensures their floatability.
A further advantage of the closure arrangement according to the invention is that, on the one hand, a certain insulating effect can be achieved for the largely heated liquids located under the closure arrangement according to the invention, and on the other hand that extreme weather influences such as hail in particular, the closure arrangement according to the invention is designed such that no holes can be realized in the individual base elements by hailstones breaking through.
Another advantage of the closure arrangement according to the invention is in particular that, surprisingly, when used as intended, it has a thermal conductivity of about 0.037 W / km according to the HOT DISK method according to ISO 22007.
The closure arrangement according to the invention can be designed in such a way that the material of the base element has a transmittance of at least 80% measured according to ISO 13468-2 over its thickness for visible light. The material arranged in the hollow chamber of the base element can have a dark color, in particular black.
It has proven advantageous that the receiving opening of the connecting device is arranged approximately parallel to the long side of the base element. This enables an economical and inexpensive manufacture of the base elements forming the closure arrangement.
It has also turned out to be advantageous that the receiving opening of the connecting device is arranged opposite the hollow chamber of the base element. As a result, a closure arrangement according to the invention can be provided in which the base elements forming the closure arrangement according to the invention are secured against possible longitudinal displacements.
A likewise advantageous embodiment of the closure arrangement according to the invention is designed such that the receiving opening of the connecting device is arranged approximately opposite the receiving opening of the base element. This has the advantage that the connected base elements are at least partially covered and that they are also secured against displacement against one another.
Another advantage of the closure arrangement according to the invention is that the fixing element is connected to the base element in a force-locking and / or material-locking manner. As a result, a closure arrangement according to the invention can be made available which can be adapted very quickly and easily to the different geometries of swimming pools on site and in which the assembly of the individual basic elements to form a closure arrangement according to the invention and its fixing, in particular against possible longitudinal displacements, is possible in a simple and tool-free manner . Another advantage is that in the case of a non-positive connection, individual base elements can be exchanged without any problems, particularly in the event of damage.
However, it is also within the scope of the invention that the closure arrangement according to the invention, in the case of increased requirements for stability or certain national safety regulations, is designed such that the fixing element is integrally connected to the base element via known adhesive systems.
It has also been found to be advantageous that the fixing element has a base and at least one insertion element. Such a fixing element can also be produced inexpensively and economically, for example in the injection molding process but also in so-called 3D printing.
Another advantage of the closure arrangement according to the invention is that the insertion element of the fixing element is in operative connection with the receiving opening of the base elements. In the case of the closure arrangement according to the invention, the insertion element is designed such that it can be assembled from individual base elements to form a closure arrangement according to the invention with little effort and without tools.
The closure arrangement according to the invention is also advantageously designed such that the fixing element has at least one support element at its base. This support element of the fixing element is designed such that it leads to a further and better and correct fixing of the fixing element in the base element and to a security against rotation when installed via the insertion element in the receiving opening of the base elements when the locking arrangement according to the invention is used as intended. The base of the fixing element is advantageously designed such that it has a base area which corresponds approximately to the base area of the base profile.
It has also proven to be advantageous that the base elements made of a polymeric material, preferably polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyurethane (PU), acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS), polystyrene (PS), acrylic ester-styrene-acrylonitrile (ASA ), Polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polycarbonate (PC), polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) or their copolymers. In addition to the economical and cost-effective production of the base elements forming the closure arrangement according to the invention, in addition to the floatability of the polymeric materials, the freedom from corrosion should also be mentioned as an advantage.
The base elements of the closure arrangement according to the invention are designed such that they have a wall thickness in the range from approximately 0.05 to 5.0 mm, preferably 0.1 to 2.5 mm. As a result, the base elements forming the closure arrangement according to the invention can advantageously be produced economically and inexpensively.
The closure arrangement according to the invention is further characterized in that the base element is approximately polygonal, prismatic, round, oval, elliptical and the like in cross section. In this advantageous embodiment of the closure arrangement according to the invention, a wide variety of basic elements which form the closure arrangement according to the invention can be made available economically and inexpensively.
Another advantage of the closure arrangement according to the invention is that the material arranged in the hollow chamber of the base element is arranged cohesively over the spacer layer itself with the wall surrounding the hollow chamber. Here, the spacer layer can be designed as an adhesive system known per se.
The material of the spacer layer is selected from the group of polyamides (PA); polyurethanes (PUR), polyolefins, especially polyethylene (PE); amorphous polyalphaolefins (APAO); the styrene or, styrene-butylene copolymers; the thermoplastic elastomers (TPE), in particular the thermoplastic elastomers based on urethane (TPE-U), the thermoplastic copolyamides (TPE-A), the thermoplastic polyester elastomers (TPE-E); of ethylene vinyl acetate copolymers (EVAC) and the like.
It has also been found to be advantageous in the closure arrangement according to the invention that the spacer layer has a thickness of approximately 0.05 mm to approximately 5 mm, preferably 0.05 to approximately 1.5 mm.
In a likewise advantageous embodiment of the closure arrangement according to the invention, at least one base element has at least one light element such as LED lights and the like, which give the closure arrangement according to the invention an optically appealing design and additional functionalities. These light elements can both be incorporated in the manufacturing process of the base elements forming the closure arrangement according to the invention, and can also be subsequently and quickly attached to the closure arrangement.
However, it is also within the scope of the invention for the closure arrangement according to the invention that at least one base element has at least one sensor element, such as, for example, temperature measurement sensors, light sensors, water composition sensors, length measurement sensors, position sensors, distance sensors and the like, which give the closure arrangement according to the invention new functionalities without the intended use thereof Overall use is restricted or reduced.
On the one hand, these sensor elements can be introduced or attached in the manufacturing process of the base elements forming the closure arrangement according to the invention, on the other hand, however, it is also possible to subsequently integrate them into the closure arrangement according to the invention.
The invention will now be described in more detail using these non-limiting exemplary embodiments.

In this exemplary embodiment, the
