It is described a guide arrangement for receiving sliding and sliding elements, such as blinds, shutters or sliding doors, in at least one U-shaped rail Guideway to furniture with a fixable to the furniture body base profile and a connectable with this cover profile to cover the attachment of the base profile to the furniture body.
- This guide arrangement for cupboards should be able to be produced inexpensively, as well as be easily adaptable to the particular application and thus basically allow an option for holding various sliding or sliding elements.
- This is to be realized in that the slide is formed in a separate rail member which is releasably inserted in a recess of the base profile.
- the base profile may have a front and a further rear recess.
- a disadvantage of this guide arrangement is seen that the provision of a base profile and a cover profile and an additional rail element leads to high manufacturing and assembly costs and to a considerable logistics effort in the storage. This in particular under the fact that different cabinet dimensions must be fitted in different decors with such guide arrangements.
- Another disadvantage is seen in that the base profile and the associated rail element can be used in each case only for a defined width of sliding and sliding elements.
- the guide arrangement can disadvantageously also be mounted only on those, for example, cabinet furniture, in which the sliding and sliding elements are movable in front of the body. When installing sliding and sliding elements such as blinds or shutters, which should be movable within the body of the cabinet furniture or within the building opening, these guide arrangements are not applicable.
- the EP-A-0697494 discloses a guide rail which is intended to guide a sliding curtain, in particular usable as a furniture door, said rail having a U-shaped cross section, wherein the horizontal base of the U on the inside projecting an elongated projection with a symmetrical in its transverse direction convex profile wherein said longitudinal projection is formed by a plurality of longitudinal projections (bosses), each longitudinal projection being separately mounted in the U-shaped rail and then secured, each longitudinal projection having a planar base covering the entire width of the base of the U.
- the guide rail has a front rectilinear part, a bent part and a rear rectilinear part.
- the kinked part includes a first district quarter, followed by a transverse segment and followed by a second district district.
- the transverse segment comprises a U-shaped rail having two long central humps which are symmetrical. The two ends of a hump are beveled, with the base of the U being flat between the humps.
- the base of the U is extended by a tongue intended to lie in a notch on the base of the U of the front part or the rear part.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a guide arrangement for receiving and moving closure elements such as blinds, doors, covers and the like for use in furniture, building openings, swimming pools and the like.
Such guide arrangements are known per se from the prior art.
For example, in the
Another disadvantage of this guide arrangement is that the so-called throat has a certain width and a certain height, which are fixed, so that this guide arrangement can be used only for certain defined widths of blinds, doors, covers and the like.
Thus, it is necessary for different geometries of, for example, cabinet furniture, building openings, swimming pools and the like. Each to construct separate guide assemblies and produce correspondingly expensive injection molding tools.
The guide assembly according to the prior art is thus not flexible and therefore requires time and cost intensive in their manufacture and in their assembly.
Another guide is in the
This guide arrangement for cupboards should be able to be produced inexpensively, as well as be easily adaptable to the particular application and thus basically allow an option for holding various sliding or sliding elements. This is to be realized in that the slide is formed in a separate rail member which is releasably inserted in a recess of the base profile. The base profile may have a front and a further rear recess.
A disadvantage of this guide arrangement is seen that the provision of a base profile and a cover profile and an additional rail element leads to high manufacturing and assembly costs and to a considerable logistics effort in the storage. This in particular under the fact that different cabinet dimensions must be fitted in different decors with such guide arrangements. Another disadvantage is seen in that the base profile and the associated rail element can be used in each case only for a defined width of sliding and sliding elements.
The guide arrangement can disadvantageously also be mounted only on those, for example, cabinet furniture, in which the sliding and sliding elements are movable in front of the body.
When installing sliding and sliding elements such as blinds or shutters, which should be movable within the body of the cabinet furniture or within the building opening, these guide arrangements are not applicable.
Another disadvantage of the known prior art is seen that, for example, when using sliding and sliding elements such as blinds or shutters with the guide assembly in the corner areas in addition certain deflecting elements must be mounted, in which these sliding and sliding elements, for example, inside the Cabinet furniture must be included, as known guide screws or angle elements.
Due to the predetermined geometries of the guide assemblies of the prior art, only such closure elements can be included in the guide assembly and moved into it, the outer dimensions correspond approximately to the inner dimensions of the guide assembly. For different geometries of closure elements, for example for cabinet furniture, building openings, swimming pools and the like. Each are to construct and manufacture separate guide assemblies, which adversely affects the cost of production and storage costs and promotes possible incorrect assembly.
This is where the invention, which has set itself the task of improving the disadvantages of the known prior art and to show a guide arrangement, which is inexpensive and economical to produce, which can be used for different widths of closure elements and both straight and at curved guideways ensure an equal width of the guideway without the use of additional moldings.
This is achieved by the features of
The guide assembly according to the invention for receiving and moving closure elements such as blinds, doors, covers and the like. For use in furniture, building openings, swimming pools and the like. Made of operatively engageable individual elements, at least one individual element at least two adjacent to each other by a separation Has webs.
According to the invention, this guide arrangement made it possible for the first time to realize both straight and curved guideways in, for example, cabinet furniture with only one guide arrangement which, for example when used in cabinet furniture, sufficiently covers the receiving groove required for installation in all areas, in particular the radii areas.
Further advantageously, the guide assembly according to the invention is designed so that the separation has approximately a width of 0.01 mm and is attached by a known per se cutting tool. By such a design of the guide arrangement large interior and exterior radii can be realized for example in cabinet furniture, in which the closure elements can be added and moved.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the guide arrangement according to the invention, the separation of the guide arrangement is designed as a recess so that the webs are arranged spaced apart from each other over a defined distance. In this advantageous embodiment, in particular in the case of small or a plurality of successively arranged radii of, for example, cupboard furniture or building openings arranged one behind the other the corresponding closure elements are received and moved.
Further advantageous is seen that the separation of the guide assembly according to the invention round, polygonal, triangular, oval and the like. Is formed, so that the guide assembly can be used in small and previously only on separate moldings to be realized radii in, for example cabinet furniture. In this case, the webs and / or the separations may be arranged at regular intervals or at irregular intervals from each other, so that the respective inner or outer radii and opposing radii are easily implemented and the guide assembly always the same width, especially in the radii areas has.
The guide arrangement according to the invention is designed so that the individual elements are arranged displaceable relative to one another. This is advantageously an optimal introduction of the guide assembly in, for example, milled grooves of plates in cabinet furniture feasible, while the production cost of the individual elements is correspondingly low.
The guide arrangement according to the invention is preferably designed so that the individual elements are connected to each other via guide elements, which is possible for example by tongue and groove connections.
Another advantage of the guide assembly according to the invention is seen in the fact that the manufacturing costs can be significantly reduced by the individual elements used and the introduction of separations or recesses are possible quickly and easily. It is also advantageous that, with individual elements displaceable relative to one another, these can be arranged to one another as required, so that an exact positioning and thus uniform coverage of, for example, milled guide groove when used in cupboard furniture is possible with inner radii or outer radii.
In a further likewise advantageous embodiment, the guide arrangement according to the invention is designed such that at least one individual element is convex on its side facing the closure element. Thus shutter elements such as blinds, doors, covers and the like. Can be moved without great effort and low noise in the guide assembly according to the invention.
A further preferred embodiment of the guide arrangement according to the invention is designed such that at least one individual element has fastening elements. Thus, the guide assembly according to the invention can be optimally introduced and fixed to or in the example plates for furniture cabinets or walls for building openings.
The guide arrangement according to the invention is advantageously made of a polymeric material, so that a cost-effective production, for example in the process of extrusion, but also in the process of coextrusion, is possible.
The polymeric material, which is also crosslinkable in a further advantageous form, is selected from the group of polyolefins, polystyrenes, styrene copolymers, polyvinyl chlorides, polycarbonates, polyesters. Polyamides, ethylene-vinyl acetates and the like. In this way, according to the respective requirements for use in furniture, building openings, swimming pools and the like. Guidance arrangements according to the invention can be made available whose mechanical, chemical or thermal properties are optimized accordingly.
This can advantageously also be realized in that the polymeric material is selected from the group of silicone rubbers or from the group of natural and / or synthetic rubbers.
In a further, likewise advantageous embodiment, the guide arrangement is made of a metallic material. This is particularly advantageous for special requirements on the design and for certain requirements in terms of mechanical properties, especially when used in furniture, building openings, swimming pools and the like. The metallic material of the guide assembly can from the group of steels, stainless steels, light metals and Like. Be selected. The guide assembly may be made of a polymeric material and a metallic material. Thus, it is possible, for example, to produce outer individual elements made of a metallic material and the individual element arranged therebetween made of a polymeric material. The guide arrangement according to the invention is preferably made of a polymeric material so that it includes metallic or organic reinforcing elements fully circumferentially, which is possible in the known per se of coextrusion.
Furthermore, it is thus possible to provide the guide arrangement according to the invention in a desired color variety and geometrical variability for use in furniture, building openings, swimming pools and the like.
Furthermore, it has proven to be advantageous that the guide arrangement contains at least one sealing element, which can be arranged for example on a single element.
This advantageous embodiment of a sealing element, for example, made of a softer polymeric material in the co-extrusion process can advantageously achieve a seal between the closure element moved in the guide arrangement, for example when used in building openings, swimming pools and the like.
The invention will now be described, by way of non-limiting embodiments.
