Claims (12)

  1. Procédé de revêtement de la surface (24) d'un canal de refroidissement (23) fermé, présentant des perçages d'amenée d'huile ou d'évacuation d'huile (23', 23"), d'un piston (10) pour un moteur à combustion interne avec un agent de revêtement contenant du nitrure de bore hexagonal, caractérisé par les étapes de procédé suivantes :
    a) introduction d'une quantité définie d'un agent de revêtement sous la forme d'une suspension de nitrure de bore hexagonal avec une solution à base d'au moins un liant anorganique thermiquement durcissable et d'au moins un solvant dans le canal de refroidissement (23) ;
    b) distribution de l'agent de revêtement sur la surface (24) du canal de refroidissement (23) par déplacement du piston (10) autour d'au moins deux axes spatiaux ;
    c) séchage de l'agent de revêtement distribué sur la surface (24) du canal de refroidissement (23) au moyen d'un courant d'air laminaire :
    d) durcissement thermique de l'agent de revêtement pour terminer un revêtement (25) adhérant sur la surface (24) du canal de refroidissement (23).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'avant l'étape a), la taille de la surface (24) du canal de refroidissement (23) est déterminée.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'avant l'étape a), la surface (24) du canal de refroidissement (23) est nettoyée avec un produit de nettoyage.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le produit de nettoyage est sélectionné dans le groupe comprenant du méthanol, de l'éthanol, de l'acétone, du 1-propanol, du 2-propanol.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que dans l'étape a), au moins un polysiloxane est utilisé en tant que liant.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que de l'éthanol est utilisé en tant que liant.
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que du sodium et/ou silicate de potassium est utilisé en tant qu'autre liant.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que dans l'étape a), une quantité de 7 ml de l'agent de revêtement est utilisée pour le revêtement d'une surface (24) du canal de refroidissement (23) de 190 cm2.
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que dans l'étape b), le piston (10) est déplacé au moyen d'un mélangeur biaxial.
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que dans l'étape c), un courant d'air laminaire avec une vitesse de 1 à 2 mètres par seconde est utilisé.
