  • the pin 31 of the index bolt 30 is pretensioned to go into the second opening 33 of the upper bar 3, locking the upper bar 3 from being rotated, when the bow of the upper bar 3 is in the vertical position.
  • the index bolt 30 has to be lifted in order to rotate the upper bar 3.
  • the index bolt 30 may be locked in the lifted position, whereby it is not necessary to lift the index bolt 30 every time one wants to rotate the upper bar 3.
  • the bow of the upper bar 3 may be rotated towards a horizontal position either by hand or by leaning against the bow of the upper bar 3.
  • the sensor 22 in the first housing 18 at the first column 6 detects that the upper bar 3 has been rotated from the position in which the bow of the upper bar 3 has a vertical position, movement of the order picker truck 1 as well as the platform 2 is hindered. If one lets the upper bar 3 go, for instance by not leaning against it any more, the bow of the upper bar 3 will be brought to the vertical position by means of the torsion spring 23. In that position the sensor 22 will register that the upper bar 3 is back in the original position allowing movement for the truck 1 and the platform 2.

Claims (13)

  1. Kommisionierungswagen mit einer vertikal bewegbaren Plattform (2) und einem Tor, wobei das Tor eine obere Stange (3) mit einer Bogenform hat, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    Mittel angeordnet sind, um zu gestatten, dass der Bogen der oberen Stange (3) um 90 ° aus einer vertikalen Position in eine horizontale Position und umgekehrt gedreht wird, wodurch der Bogen seitlich außerhalb der Plattform (2) in der horizontalen Position angeordnet ist, dass der Bogen der oberen Stange (3) durch einen mittleren Teil (17) gebildet wird, der durch Kurven (15, 16) in einem ersten geraden Teil (13) der oberen Stange (3) bzw. einen zweiten geraden Teil (14) der oberen Stange (3) übergeht, dass der Mittelteil (17) in Beziehung zu den ersten bzw. zweiten geraden Teilen (13, 14) der oberen Stange (3) versetzt ist, und dass eine Torsionsfeder (23) angeordnet ist, um in einer Richtung zum Drücken des Bogens der oberen Stange (3) in seine vertikale Position zu wirken.
  2. Kommisionierungswagen nach Anspruch 1, wobei der mittlere Teil (17) der oberen Stange (3) gerade oder gekrümmt ist, und wobei die Versetzung des mittleren Teils (17) der oberen Stange (3) ungefähr 100 mm ist.
  3. Kommisionierungswagen nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei das Tor weiter eine mittlere Stange (4), eine untere Stange (5), eine erste Säule (6) und eine zweite Säule (7) aufweist, wobei die erste Säule (6) in einer vertikalen Position befestigt ist, wobei jeweils ein Ende der oberen, mittleren und unteren Stangen (3-5) mit der ersten Säule (6) an Lagerpunkten (8) verbunden ist, wobei das gegenüberliegende Ende der jeweiligen oberen, mittleren und unteren Stangen (3-5) mit der zweiten Säule (7) an Lagerungspunkten (8) verbunden ist, wobei das Tor zwischen einer offenen Position und einer geschlossenen Position bewegbar ist, wobei jede der oberen, mittleren und unteren Stangen (3-5) und der ersten und zweiten Säulen (6, 7) eine ungefähr vertikale Position in der offenen Position des Tors hat, und wobei jede der oberen, mittleren und unteren Stangen (3-5) eine ungefähr horizontale Position in der geschlossenen Position des Tors hat.
  4. Kommisionierungswagen nach Anspruch 3, wobei die Torsionsfeder (23) in einem ersten Gehäuse (18) an der ersten Säule (6) aufgenommen ist, und wobei ein erstes Ende der oberen Stange (3) in der Torsionsfeder (23) in dem ersten Gehäuse (18) aufgenommen ist.
  5. Kommisionierungswagen nach Anspruch 4, wobei eine Spannschraube (24) zur Steuerung der Kraft der Torsionsfeder (23) in dem ersten Gehäuse (18) aufgenommen ist.
  6. Kommisionierungswagen nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, wobei das erste Ende der oberen Stange (3) einen vorstehenden Teil (21) hat, und wobei ein Sensor (22) innerhalb des ersten Gehäuses (18) angeordnet ist, und zwar zur Zusammenwirkung mit dem vorstehenden Teil der oberen Stange (3).
  7. Kommisionierungswagen nach einem der Ansprüche 3-6, wobei die obere Stange (3) durch eine Traghülse (25) in einem zweiten Gehäuse (19) an der zweiten Säule (7) geht, wobei ein zweites Ende der oberen Stange (3) aus dem zweiten Gehäuse (19) vorsteht, wobei ein Handgriff (9) an dem zweiten Ende der oberen Stange (3) angeordnet ist, aus dem zweiten Gehäuse (19) vorsteht, und wobei der Handgriff (9) an der oberen Stange (3) befestigt ist.
  8. Kommisionierungswagen nach Anspruch 7, wobei die obere Stange (3) sich frei in der Traghülse (25) drehen kann, wobei ein Stift (27) in den ersten Öffnungen (29) der oberen Stange (3) befestigt ist, wobei der Stift (27) in Nuten (28) der Traghülse (25) aufgenommen ist, und wobei der Stift (27), der an der oberen Stange (3) befestigt ist, und die Nut (28) der Traghülse (25) zusammenarbeiten, um die Drehung der oberen Stange (3) bezüglich der Traghülse (25) auf 90 ° zu begrenzen.
  9. Kommisionierungswagen nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, wobei eine Indexschraube (30) in dem zweiten Gehäuse (19) angeordnet ist, wobei die Indexschraube (30) einen Stift (31) hat, der in einer Öffnung (32) der Traghülse (25) und einer zweiten Öffnung (33) der oberen Stange (3) aufgenommen ist, um eine Drehung der oberen Stange (3) zu verhindern.
  10. Kommisionierungswagen nach Anspruch 9, wobei der Stift (31) der Indexschraube (30) aus der zweiten Öffnung (33) der oberen Stange (3) gehoben wird, um eine Drehung der oberen Stange (3) zu gestatten, und wobei die Indexschraube (30) in der Position verriegelt werden kann, wenn der Stift (31) der Indexschraube (30) aus der zweiten Öffnung (33) der oberen Stange (3) gehoben ist.
  11. Kommisionierungswagen nach einem der Ansprüche 3 - 10 wobei ein Sensor (11) so angeordnet ist, dass er registriert, ob das Tor offen ist, wobei in diesem Fall eine Bewegung des Kommisionierungswagens verhindert wird.
  12. Kommisionierungswagen nach einem der Ansprüche 3 - 11, wobei ein Gasdämpfer (12) so angeordnet ist, dass er auf die Mittelstange (4) wirkt.
  13. Kommisionierungswagen nach einem der Ansprüche 3 - 12, wobei ein Verriegelungskolben (10) so angeordnet ist, dass er verhindert, dass das Tor geöffnet wird, wenn die Plattform eine vorbestimmte Höhe erreicht hat.
