Claims (14)

  1. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les articles en forme de tiges de double longueur pourvus de deux motifs de perforation sont découpés en articles en forme de tiges de simple longueur dans la direction de transport en amont du troisième dispositif de perforation (236), de façon à créer deux courants partiels d'articles en forme de tiges de simple longueur, puis les deux courants partiels d'articles en forme de tiges de simple longueur sont constitués en un courant de transport d'articles en forme de tiges de simple longueur à une voie.
  6. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que, par rapport à la direction de transport des articles en forme de tiges entre le second dispositif de perforation (224) et le troisième dispositif de perforation (236), les articles en forme de tiges sont inspectés au moyen d'un dispositif de contrôle, les articles en forme de tiges de double longueur étant inspectés individuellement avant la formation des courants partiels d'articles en forme de tiges de simple longueur, ou les articles en forme de tiges de simple longueur étant inspectés individuellement après la formation d'un ou du courant de transport à une voie constitué de deux courants partiels d'articles en forme de tiges de simple longueur.
  7. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que, par rapport à la direction de transport des articles en forme de tiges après le troisième dispositif de perforation (236), les articles en forme de tiges de simple longueur sont inspectés au moyen d'un dispositif de contrôle (237, 238).
  8. Machine de l'industrie de transformation du tabac, en particulier machine assembleuse de filtres, pour la fabrication d'articles en forme de tiges de l'industrie de transformation du tabac, en particulier des cigarettes à filtres ou d'autres articles à fumer, équipée d'un agencement de tambours constitué de plusieurs tambours de transport (126, 128, 123, 124) pour le transport en direction transversale à l'axe d'articles en forme de tiges, machine dans laquelle sont prévus les uns derrière les autres dans la direction de transport des articles en forme de tiges un premier dispositif de perforation (223) pour la perforation des articles en forme de tiges de double longueur selon un premier motif de perforation, un second dispositif de perforation (224) pour la perforation des articles en forme de tiges de double longueur selon un second motif de perforation, et un troisième dispositif de perforation (236) pour la perforation des articles en forme de tiges, en particulier des articles en forme de tiges de simple longueur, selon un troisième motif de perforation, dans lequel par rapport à la direction de transport des articles en forme de tiges avant ou en amont du premier dispositif de perforation (223), est disposé un tambour d'enroulement (126) doté d'un dispositif d'enroulement (127) pour entourer chaque article en forme de tige de double longueur d'une bande de gainage.
  9. Machine selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que l'agencement de tambours présente un tambour de transport commun (128), où au niveau du tambour de transport commun (128) pour les articles en forme de tiges de double longueur est disposé un premier tambour de transport (123) pour le transport des articles en forme de tiges de double longueur depuis le tambour de transport commun (128) jusqu'au premier dispositif de perforation (223) et retour au tambour de transport commun (128), et au niveau du tambour de transport commun (128) est disposé un second autre tambour de transport (124) pour le transport des articles en forme de tiges de double longueur depuis le tambour de transport commun (128) jusqu'au second dispositif de perforation (224) et retour au tambour de transport commun (128).
  10. Machine selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que, par rapport à la direction de transport des articles en forme de tiges avant ou en amont du tambour de transport commun, est disposé le tambour d'enroulement (126) doté d'un dispositif d'enroulement (127) pour entourer chaque article en forme de tige de double longueur d'une bande de gainage.
  11. Machine selon l'une des revendications 8 à 10, caractérisée en ce que, par rapport à la direction de transport des articles en forme de tiges entre le second dispositif de perforation (224) et le troisième dispositif de perforation (236) sont prévus un dispositif de contrôle pour l'inspection des articles en forme de tiges et/ou un dispositif de coupe pour découper les articles en forme de tiges de double longueur en articles en forme de tiges de simple longueur.
  12. Machine selon l'une des revendications 8 à 11, caractérisée en ce que, par rapport à la direction de transport des articles en forme de tiges après le troisième dispositif de perforation (236) est prévu un dispositif de contrôle (237, 238) pour l'inspection des articles en forme de tiges de simple longueur.
  13. Machine selon l'une des revendications 8 à 12, caractérisée en ce que sont prévus, pour chaque dispositif de perforation (223, 224, 236) respectivement au moins une, en particulier deux sources de rayonnement, en particulier des sources de rayonnement laser.
  14. Machine selon l'une des revendications 8 à 13, caractérisée en ce que, par rapport à la direction de transport des articles en forme de tiges entre le tambour de transport commun (128) pour les articles en forme de tiges de double longueur et le troisième dispositif de perforation (236) sont prévus un tambour de coupe (129) doté d'un dispositif de coupe (132) pour découper les articles en forme de tiges de double longueur en articles en forme de tiges de simple longueur et pour former deux courants partiels d'articles en forme de tiges de simple longueur, et un dispositif de retournement pour former un courant de transport d'articles en forme de tiges de simple longueur à une voie, constitué des deux courants partiels formés comprenant des articles en forme de tiges de simple longueur.
