- Fig. 5 shows the position reached in a first guided movement, in which the pin 6 is brought into correspondence with the connecting zone between the segments 8a, 8b of the corresponding cut-out 8, in which position the projection 18 is able to go through the seating 19, passing through the first portion of the cut-out. From this position, with a second guided movement of the pin 6 along the segment 8a of the respective cut-outs 8, the projection 18 is inserted, with axial sliding, into the second, lower portion of the seating 19, reaching the position in Fig.
- the operating condition of the bracket is also achieved, in which the configuration taken is suitable for supporting the loads generated by the weight of the equipment supported. It should be noted that in this condition the ends 2b, 3b of the brackets are in relative contact with respective surfaces of the portions 2, 3, so as to transfer and discharge the stresses as appropriate from the portion 2 to the portion 3 of the bracket.
- the articulation pin 6 has a lobed-type cross-section, preferably defined by four longitudinal channels, all indicated as 6a, suitable for giving the pin 6 a cross shape in cross section, with four lobes of a shape and pitch which is regular among each other.
- This shape is particularly advantageous in a thermoplastic material in the preselected dimensions for the bracket of the invention, because it makes it possible to oppose deformation and/or differentiated withdrawal in the phase of moulding the plastics material from which the pin is made.
- a main advantage lies in the fact that the bracket of the invention results in a combination of an extremely light structure (all components are made of plastics material) combined with suitable strength of the bracket to resist stresses induced by the loads supported, improved convenience in use, in both the transport and storage phases (with bracket portions folded) and the operating, support condition (bracket with portions extended in a perpendicular direction), together with improved ease and speed of preparing the bracket in the installation phase, connected with the condition of pre-mounting the bracket portions with the articulation pin.

Claims (10)
- Equerre de support (1) pour équipements, en particulier des unités de climatisation, comprenant des première et seconde parties d'équerre(2, 3) agencées respectivement pour ancrer l'équerre à un mur et pour supporter et fixer l'équipement sur l'équerre, lesdites première et deuxième parties étant couplées ensemble de manière articulée autour d'un axe d'articulation et également agencées de manière à avoir une configuration en forme de L adaptée pour supporter l'équipement, dans laquelle entre lesdites première et deuxième parties d'équerre (2, 3) des moyens d'articulation (5) sont prévus au moyen desquels lesdites parties d'équerre (2, 3) peuvent être déplacées entre un premier état de non-fonctionnement dans lequel elles sont pliées l'une sur l'autre avec des dimensions transversales globales réduites et un second état de fonctionnement dans lequel les parties d'équerre s'étendent sensiblement perpendiculairement l'une à l'autre, dans laquelle lesdites première et seconde parties d'équerre (2, 3) sont agencées dans une configuration prémontée au moyen d'une broche d'articulation (6) prévue entre les extrémités respectives (2b, 3b) desdites parties d'équerre (2, 3) de sorte que ledit état de fonctionnement de l'équerre de support (1) soit obtenu uniquement en étendant l'une des parties d'équerre perpendiculairement à l'autre autour de l'axe d'articulation, dans laquelle les première et seconde parties d'équerre (2, 3) ainsi que la broche d'articulation (6) sont entièrement fabriquées en matière thermoplastique, et caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens d'articulation comprennent un premier élément d'articulation sur l'une desdites parties d'équerre (2, 3), ledit premier élément d'articulation est en forme de fourche et a des attaches opposées (7) portant chacune une découpe respective (8), lesdites découpes (8) étant coaxiales de sorte que la broche d'articulation (6) puisse être mise en prise, et un second élément d'articulation (9) est prévu sur l'autre partie d'équerre, ledit élément d'articulation (9) est adapté pour être interposé entre lesdites attaches (7) et porte un trou traversant (10) adapté pour se mettre en prise de manière rotative avec ladite broche (6), de manière à produire le mouvement d'articulation entre les première et seconde parties d'équerre (2, 3) autour de l'axe d'articulation, chacune desdites découpes (8) comprenant un premier et un second segment de découpe (8a, 8b) s'étendant de manière alternée et en formant un angle l'un par rapport à l'autre, à l'intérieur desquels ladite broche (6) est guidée de manière coulissante et rotative de manière à permettre un mouvement relatif en rotation/translation entre lesdites parties d'équerre (2, 3).
- Equerre de support selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle lesdits segments découpés (8a, 8b) ont une forme rectiligne et forment un angle d'environ 90° l'un par rapport à l'autre.
- Equerre de support selon la revendication 2, dans laquelle, dans ledit premier segment (8a), une extrémité de chaque découpe (8) a un profil circulaire pour recevoir et maintenir la broche (6) à l'état de fonctionnement de l'équerre, la broche (6) étant mise en prise avec l'extrémité opposée de la découpe (8), dans le second segment (8b), de manière à permettre un déplacement relatif entre les parties d'équerre (2, 3) à l'état de non-fonctionnement, dans lequel lesdites parties d'équerre sont repliées l'une sur l'autre.
- Equerre de support selon la revendication 2 ou 3, dans laquelle le second élément d'articulation comprend une cavité (13) s'étendant transversalement à l'axe d'articulation et est adapté pour être mis en prise, par une mise en prise positive au moins partielle et une légère interférence, par une nervure de rigidification (16) érigée entre les attaches (7) du premier élément d'articulation, ladite nervure (16) s'étendant de manière à rester mise en prise dans ladite cavité (13) après le mouvement relatif en rotation/translation des parties d'équerre (2, 3) de l'état de non-fonctionnement à l'état de fonctionnement.
- Equerre de support selon la revendication 4, dans laquelle ladite cavité (13) est définie, transversalement à l'axe d'articulation, par une paire de parois solides (13a, b) qui sont parallèles et espacées l'une de l'autre et sont formées dans la seconde partie d'équerre (3).
- Equerre de support selon la revendication 4 ou 5, dans laquelle ladite nervure (16) est prévue dans la première partie d'équerre (2) et a la forme d'une ailette mince, allongée, en forme de plaque et se situe également dans le plan de symétrie médian de ladite première partie d'équerre (2), lequel plan pointe transversalement vers l'axe d'articulation.
- Equerre de support selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, comprenant des moyens et des moyens antagonistes de verrouillage au moyen d'une insertion dans la fente entre la première (2) et la seconde (3) partie d'équerre, pour maintenir l'équerre (1) dans ledit second état de fonctionnement.
- Equerre de support selon la revendication 7, dans laquelle lesdits moyens et moyens antagonistes comprennent une saillie (18) faisant saillie de l'une des parties d'équerre et un siège (19) fabriqué dans l'autre partie, adapté pour un couplage en forme de fente réciproque après que la saillie (18) a été insérée dans le siège (19).
- Equerre de support selon la revendication 8, dans laquelle ladite saillie (18) est prévue comme un corps ayant une section transversale en forme de T, dont les ailes en saillie latérales (18a, b) sont capables de venir en butée contre des surfaces d'épaulement respectives (19a, b) du siège (19) en conséquence d'un mouvement d'insertion de la saillie dans le siège, de sorte que lesdites parties d'équerre (2, 3) soient maintenues en position étendue, contrairement au mouvement de rotation relatif entre lesdites parties d'équerre.
- Equerre de support selon la revendication 9, dans laquelle le mouvement d'insertion de la saillie (18) dans le siège (19) est réalisé en guidant la broche (6) pour coulisser le long du premier segment (8a) de chaque découpe (8) vers l'extrémité dudit segment (8a) dans lequel la broche est logée (6).
