Claims (15)

  1. Formgeber zum Erzeugen von Kartonschachtelecken aus einem gestanzten Kartonbogen (1) in einer Montagemaschine, wobei Laschen (2), die Ecken in Bereichen von zwei parallelen Seiten des Kartons bilden, wenn der Karton zusammengestellt wird, und vorgesehen sind, um gefaltet zu werden, in Zusammenwirkung mit einem Befestigungsmechanismus (3), der Faltbereiche der Laschen vorsieht, sodass die Laschen an den benachbarten Seiten des Kartons befestigt werden, wenn der Karton zusammengestellt wird, definiert werden, wobei der Formgeber dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass er einen Biegemechanismus umfasst, der wiederum umfasst:
    einen Rahmen (15), der vertikal versetzt werden kann und mit einem horizontalen Balken (15a) versehen ist, dessen beide Enden umfassen:
    einen Biegekopf (6), der ein Knotenblech (7) zum Biegen der Lasche (2) von zwei Ecken einer gleichen Seite des Kartons umfasst, wobei das Knotenblech (7) an einem Zahnrad angebracht ist, um mit einer Winkelbewegung für das Biegen der Lasche versehen zu werden,
    sodass der Biegemechanismus konfiguriert ist zum Formen der zwei Ecken in nur einer Operation einer vertikalen Verschiebung in einer Oben-Unten-Richtung des Rahmens (15) und einer Winkelverschiebung in einer Vorne-Hinten-Richtung des Knotenblechs (7).
  2. Formgeber zum Erzeugen von Kartonschachtelecken in einer Montagemaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Knotenblech (7) konfiguriert wird durch einen Schiebeflansch (8), der für das Biegen der Lasche (2) vorgesehen ist, und einen Pressflansch (9), der für das Falten der Lasche (2) durch das Ausüben eines Drucks auf eine Seite vorgesehen ist, und dass das Zahnrad konfiguriert ist zum Vorsehen des Knotenblechs (7) über einen Arm (10) mit einer 90-Grad-Drehbewegung.
  3. Formgeber zum Erzeugen von Kartonschachtelecken in einer Montagemaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Knotenblech (7) austauschbar ist und eine für das an den Laschen (2) auszuführende Biegen angepasste Konfiguration aufweist.
  4. Formgeber zum Erzeugen von Kartonschachtelecken in einer Montagemaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Biegeköpfe (6) in zwei länglichen Löchern (16) des Balkens (15a) positioniert und symmetrisch in Bezug auf den Befestigungsmechanismus (3) angeordnet sind, sodass die Position jedes Biegekopfs (6) variiert werden kann.
  5. Formgeber zum Erzeugen von Kartonschachtelecken in einer Montagemaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Biegeköpfe (6) mechanisch derart befestigt sind, dass sich die Biegeköpfe symmetrisch in Bezug auf den Befestigungsmechanismus (3) bewegen.
  6. Formgeber zum Erzeugen von Kartonschachtelecken in einer Montagemaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Befestigungsmechanismus (3) eine Presseinrichtung (4) zum Festhalten des Kartonbogens (1) in der Montagemaschine und zwei Befestigungsglieder (5) zum Definieren des Biegebereichs der Laschen (2) von zwei Ecken der gleichen Seite des Kartons umfasst.
  7. Formgeber zum Erzeugen von Kartonschachtelecken in einer Montagemaschine nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei Befestigungsglieder (5) des Befestigungsmechanismus (3) in einer Leiste (14) angeordnet sind, durch welche die zwei Befestigungsglieder verschoben und symmetrisch in Bezug auf die Presseinrichtung (4) positioniert werden können.
  8. Formgeber zum Erzeugen von Kartonschachtelecken in einer Montagemaschine nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsglieder (5) mechanisch derart befestigt sind, dass sich die Befestigungsglieder symmetrisch in Bezug auf die Presseinrichtung (4) bewegen.
  9. Formgeber zum Erzeugen von Kartonschachtelecken in einer Montagemaschine nach einen der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Befestigungsglied (5) eine rechteckige Konfiguration mit einer den Faltbereich der Lasche (2) definierenden Höhe aufweist.
  10. Formgeber zum Erzeugen von Kartonschachtelecken in einer Montagemaschine nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch zwei Biegemechanismen für eine gleichzeitige Betätigung und für das Ausbilden von vier Ecken eines Kartons in einer einzelnen Operation.
  11. Formgeber zum Erzeugen von Kartonschachtelecken in einer Montagemaschine nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch einen Schiebekolben (12) zum Einführen von Kartonbögen (1) in eine Form und durch Führungselemente (11) zum Führen des zu montierenden Kartonbogens (1) zu der Form.
  12. Prozedur zum Erzeugen von Kartonschachtelecken aus einem gestanzten Bogen in einer Montagemaschine, die den Formgeber gemäß Anspruch 11 und einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9 verwendet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Prozedur die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    a) Einführen eines Kartonbogens (1) in den Formungsbereich der Montagemaschine,
    b) Vorschieben der Presseinrichtung (4), um die Position des Kartonbogens (1) zu fixieren,
    c) Vorschieben der Befestigungsglieder (5), um die Faltposition der Laschen (2) zu beschränken und zu definieren,
    d) Betätigen der Biegeköpfe (6), um die Laschen (2) in eine vertikale Position zu schieben,
    e) Betätigen der die Schiebeflansche (8) drehenden Knotenbleche (7), um die Laschen (2) um die entsprechenden Befestigungsglieder (5) herum zu falten,
    f) Zurückziehen der Befestigungsglieder (5),
    g) Zurückziehen der Knotenbleche (7)
    h) Zurückziehen der Biegeköpfe (6),
    i) Zurückziehen der Presseinrichtung (4), um den Kartonbogen (1) freizugeben,
    j) Betätigen des Schiebekolbens (12), um den Kartonbogen (1) vertikal in die Form zu bewegen und die Schachtel durch das Gleiten entlang der Führungselemente (11) zu formen.
  13. Prozedur zum Formen von Kartonschachtelecken aus einem gestanzten Bogen in einer Montagemaschine nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf den Schritt f) der folgende zusätzliche Schritt folgt:
    k) Pressen des Pressflansches (9) gegen die Lasche (2), um die Form der erzeugten Verstärkungskonfiguration aufrechtzuerhalten.
  14. Prozedur zum Formen von Kartonschachtelecken aus einem gestanzten Bogen in einer Montagemaschine nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schritte b) und c) synchronisiert ausgeführt werden.
  15. Prozedur zum Formen von Kartonschachtelecken aus einem gestanzten Bogen in einer Montagemaschine nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schritte f) und g) synchronisiert ausgeführt werden.
