Claims (11)

  1. Procédé d'anticipation d'un problème causé par un micro-organisme dans un système de traitement de l'eau, le procédé comprenant :
    la mesure de la population globale de micro-organismes dans au moins une partie du système ;
    la mesure de la quantité d'au moins un sous-groupe de la population de micro-organismes par rapport à la population globale de micro-organismes ;
    la détermination de savoir si la quantité d'au moins un sous-groupe de micro-organismes dépasse un seuil, le seuil étant une quantité prédéterminée :
    d'une quantité absolue du sous-groupe de micro-organismes, et/ou d'une quantité relative du sous-groupe de micro-organismes et leurs combinaisons ;
    dans lequel le procédé comprend en outre l'identification d'une source d'entrée qui est la cause de l'au moins un sous-groupe de la population de micro-organismes, et
    comprenant en outre l'identification de la source d'eau dont provient le sous-groupe de micro-organismes et l'adoption d'une procédure de lutte biologique afin de remédier à la présence d'au moins un sous-groupe de micro-organismes uniquement après et au plus tard 1 semaine après l'introduction d'eau provenant de la source d'eau dont provient le sous-groupe de micro-organismes ;
    dans lequel le système de traitement d'eau comprend de l'eau d'alimentation provenant d'une source choisie dans le groupe constitué par: l'eau municipale, l'eau du robinet, l'eau de bassin, l'eau de mer, l'eau de lac, l'eau filtrée, l'eau dessalée, l'eau recyclée, les eaux usées, l'eau distillée, l'eau de chaudière condensée, l'eau de refroidissement, et l'une quelconque de leurs combinaisons.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le sous-groupe de micro-organismes comprend des bactéries filamenteuses.
  3. Procédé selon les revendications 1 ou 2, dans lequel le sous-groupe de microorganismes comprend Spirogyra, Cladophora, Pithophora, O. Siphonocladales pithophora, Ulvibacter litoralis, Vetellibacter vladivostokensis, Weeksella virosa, Fucobacter, Gelidbacter, Ornithobacterium rhinotracheale, Riemerella cohambina, Flavobacterium psychrofilum, Herpetosiphon, Haliscomenobacter, Sphaerotilus, Ctyophaga succinicans, Vladibacter, Pfeifferella, Bacillus aquatilllis, Flexibacter marinus, Flavobacterium odoratum, Microscilla, Flexithrix, Capnocytophaga, Taxeobacter, Sporocytophaga, Saprospira, Chryseobacterium, Hymenobacter, et l'une quelconque de leurs combinaisons.
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel le seuil est le sous-groupe de micro-organismes en une quantité d'au moins 5 à 90 % de la population totale de micro-organismes.
  5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel au moins une mesure est prise au moyen d'un processus choisi dans la liste constituée de :
    séquençage par terminaison de chaîne, électrophorèse sur gel en gradient dénaturant (DGGE), réaction en chaîne par polymérase numérique, analyse basée sur l'ADN,
    séquençage de semi-conducteurs Ion torrent, MALDI, MALDI-TOF, spectrométrie de masse, analyse par PCR, pyroséquençage, analyse qPCR, séquençage par ligature et
    détection d'oligonucléotides, séquençage par synthèse, mesure d'anticorps associés à un ou plusieurs micro-organismes, mesure d'hormones associées à un ou plusieurs micro-organismes, mesure de sécrétions associées à un ou plusieurs micro-organismes, mesure de protéines associées à un ou plusieurs micro-organismes, mesure de molécules organiques associées à un ou plusieurs micro-organismes, mesure de molécules associées à un ou plusieurs micro-organismes, phages fluorescents, trieurs de cellules, et l'une quelconque de leurs combinaisons
  6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel le système de traitement d'eau comprend une ou plusieurs étapes d'un élément choisi dans le groupe constitué par : la fabrication du papier, l'eau de refroidissement, l'eau de chaudière, la fabrication de produits alimentaires, la fabrication de boissons, le traitement de minerai, le traitement de l'alumine, la fabrication de biodiesel, la distillation, le raffinage pétrochimique, la synthèse pétrochimique, la synthèse de polymères, la fabrication de plastiques, le traitement des eaux usées, la blanchisserie, le lavage de vaisselle, le traitement de l'eau, la séparation solide-liquide, et l'une quelconque de leurs combinaisons.
  7. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, comprenant en outre l'enregistrement de l'organisme identifié en un format qui peut être stocké et/ou transmis.
  8. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, comprenant en outre la mise en œuvre d'un programme biocide associé à la remédiation de l'organisme identifié.
  9. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, dans lequel au moins une mesure est prise à partir d'un produit échantillon du système de traitement.
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 9, dans lequel l'échantillon est tellement desséché qu'il n'existe que peu ou pas d'organismes vivants sur celui-ci.
  11. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, dans lequel le sous-groupe de micro-organismes comprend des formateurs de biofilm.
