Claims (9)

  1. Elektromagnetischer Aktuator (4) für einen elektrischen Schaltschütz (2), der elektromagnetische Aktuator umfassend einen feststehenden Abschnitt (6) und einen beweglichen Abschnitt (8), der in Bezug auf das feststehende Teil entlang einer Verschiebeachse (X10) verschiebbar ist, der feststehende Abschnitt umfassend zwei Kerne (61), die sich parallel zu der Verschiebeachse (X10) erstrecken, und zwei Spulen (62), wovon eine um einen der Kerne gewickelt ist, während die andere Spule um den anderen Kern gewickelt ist,
    wobei das bewegliche Teil (8)
    aus einem flachen Stück
    (8) besteht, beispielsweise geschnitten aus einem gewalzten Blech, wobei das flache Teil eine rechteckige Palette ist, die zwei lange Ränder (B3, B4) und zwei kurze Ränder (B1, B2) begrenzt und umfassend:
    - eine erste Stufe (80), die aus ferromagnetischem Material ist, insbesondere ferromagnetischem Blech, und die dem feststehenden Abschnitt (6) entlang der Verschiebeachse (X10) zugewandt ist, wobei sie in Bezug auf die Kerne (61) entlang der Verschiebeachse angeordnet ist, und
    - eine zweite Stufe (82), die aus ferromagnetischem Material ist, insbesondere ferromagnetischem Blech, und die entlang der Verschiebeachse (X10) an der ersten Stufe anliegt und auf die Seite gegenüber den Kernen (61) ausgerichtet ist, die Fläche, die durch die Kontur eines Abschnitts der zweiten Stufe (82) in einer Schnittebene senkrecht zu der Verschiebeachse (X10) begrenzt ist, kleiner ist als die Fläche, die durch die Kontur eines Abschnitts der ersten Stufe (80) in einer Schnittebene senkrecht zu der Verschiebeachse begrenzt ist, und die zweite Stufe (82)
    eine Länge aufweist, gemessen parallel
    zu den langen Rändern (B3, B4), die kleiner ist als die Länge der ersten Stufe (80).
  2. Aktuator nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verhältnis zwischen der Fläche, die durch die Kontur eines Abschnitts der zweiten Stufe (82) in einer Schnittebene senkrecht zu der Verschiebeachse (X10) begrenzt ist, und der Fläche, die durch die Kontur eines Abschnitts der ersten Stufe (80) in einer Schnittebene senkrecht zu der Verschiebeachse begrenzt ist, zwischen 25 % und 75 % ist.
  3. Aktuator nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste und die zweite Stufe des flachen Teils (8) durch zwei übereinanderliegende Blechteile (80, 82) gebildet sind.
  4. Aktuator nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das flache Teil (8) mindestens einen Magnetflusskonzentrator (80.2) umfasst, der angeordnet ist, um einem der Kerne (61) zugewandt zu sein.
  5. Aktuator nach dem vorherigen Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Flusskonzentrator ein Relief (80.2) ist, das auf einer Fläche (S80) des flachen Teils (8) gebildet ist, die dem feststehenden Teil (6) zugewandt ist.
  6. Aktuator nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Stufe (82) eine Länge (L82) aufweist, die mindestens gleich ist wie die Länge (L61) des feststehenden Teils, gemessen auf Ebene der Kerne (61).
  7. Elektrischer Schaltschütz (2), umfassend einen Aktuator nach dem vorherigen Anspruch.
  8. Elektrischer Schaltschütz (2) nach dem vorherigen Anspruch, umfassend einen Lichtbogenkasten (18) und Einrichtungen (22) zum Halten des feststehenden Abschnitts (6) des Aktuators (4) in Kontakt mit dem Lichtbogenkasten, wobei die Einrichtungen beispielsweise mindestens ein elastisches Element (22) umfassen.
  9. Schaltschütz nach dem vorherigen Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese Einrichtungen mindestens ein elastisches Element (22) umfassen und dass sich jedes elastische Element (22) von einem Sockel (16) des Schaltschützes erstreckt und eine elektronische Platine (20) durchquert, die zwischen dem Sockel (16) und dem feststehenden Abschnitt (6) des Aktuators angeordnet ist.
