Definitions
- the present invention relates to a device for releasably securing a glass sheet to a substructure according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Such a device is known from US 4,625,481 known.
- the glass pane - today usually a multi-pane insulating glass - mounted in a frame.
- the frame lies around the circumference of the glass pane in the glass pane level and the glass pane is fixed in the frame with blocks inserted between the frame and peripheral sides of the pane of glass ("clogged").
- the load bearing blocks are usually made of hard plastic or hardwood and the less loaded blocks (“spacer blocks”) made of a softer, elastic material.
- point-shaped bearings with bolts which, for example, the glass pane. prevail at the corners, for use.
- Such point bearings allow for particularly narrow joints between adjacent glass sheets, as the joints can be designed as mere expansion joints, however, an elastic connection between the bolt and the hole is required, e.g. to compensate for the thermal expansion of the glass pane.
- the glass panes must be pierced, which structurally weakens them precisely at the points of highest stress - the attachment points.
- each glass sheet is e.g. of cover strips, which are screwed through the joints to the substructure and attack at the same time in the edge region of the glass pane on the outside, is clamped against the substructure.
- this clamping requires high forces and thus massive, clearly visible from the outside cover strips. The glass sheets are thus exposed to a high voltage stress.
- each glass pane can also be supported on support frames projecting from the substructure and can be optionally clogged between them, with the cover strips additionally being required for fixing the glass pane to the substructure in the edge region of the glass pane engaging on the outside against the support strips.
- the glass panes are stored largely stress-free, but wider joints and still outer cover strips are required, which limits the scope for the glass facade.
- the invention has for its object to provide a device for releasably securing a glass pane to a substructure, which holds the glass pane releasably and nevertheless safely under the least possible load and can be used quickly.
- the block side By directly attachable to the substructure block strip, the block side abuts the peripheral side of the glass, eliminates an additional Verklotzen and is a narrower gap between adjacent glass sheets possible.
- the glass pane in its attached state due to the engaging behind the projection safely in the direction held the substructure, without the need for an attacking on the outside of the glass cover strip is required.
- the cover strip can also be omitted drilling through the glass, so that the freedom of design is retained on a glazing with a variety of glass.
- the Klotzmannn can be used on all peripheral sides of the glass and each glass pane after removing all Klotzmannn which are engaged with the glued with this glass adhesive strips, individually detached from the substructure.
- Each block strip can block glass panes on both sides of that intermediate gap, in which the block strip is arranged, or only that glass pane, which also holds the block strip using the glued with this glass adhesive strip.
- the adhesive strip has a limited by two legs groove, wherein in the attached state of the glass pane of said projection engages in the groove and thereby one leg engages behind the projection on the side facing away from the block piece, wherein the other leg on said outside can be glued to the glass pane.
- the interaction of groove in the adhesive strip and projection on the holding piece securely holds the glass pane in the direction of the substructure.
- the adhesive strip and thus their adhesion is mainly in the direction of the substructure loaded; a harmful for the bonding additional tilting moment as a result of one-sided loading of the adhesive strip is largely avoided.
- the adhesive strip can be glued flush with the peripheral side of the glass sheet so that it does not protrude beyond its circumference, which minimizes the risk of damaging a prefabricated with adhesive strips glass sheet during storage and transport.
- the groove has at least one undercut and the projection has a complementary rib. So pad block and adhesive strip can be connected to each other before attaching the glass to the substructure by the groove and projection are pushed together in the longitudinal direction of pad strip and adhesive strip. This facilitates the attachment to and the release of the substructure, since falling of individual parts is prevented.
- the block strip is in one piece.
- the pad strip is easy to manufacture, e.g. by milling, pressure or injection molding, extrusion or the like.
- the block molding can be homogeneous or have different materials or strengths over its cross-section.
- block piece and retaining piece are made of different materials.
- the holding piece can be made very stable, eg made of hardwood, hard - optionally fiber reinforced - plastic or aluminum or another metal, and the block piece for gentle messing the glass of softer, elastic material, such as wood, plastic or rubber. This results in a stable attachment with small dimensions and sparing the glass, in particular its peripheral sides.
- the outside of the adhesive strip has a shoulder.
- the bonding of the adhesive strip with the glass pane not only serves to absorb forces in the direction of the substructure, but the bond must be suitable, forces in all other directions, such. Shearing forces due to the thermal expansion of the glass to absorb. This is facilitated by a certain minimum thickness of the glue line; On the other hand, if the thickness of the glue joint is made too large, the stability and durability of the bonding suffer. By such a paragraph is necessary for a permanent adhesive glue thickness predetermined, so that the adhesive strip can be glued reliably without further aids with the glass.
- the pad strip is in the direction of the adhesive strip of at least one further opening for insertion of an engaging in the adhesive strip locking pin, or the like. interspersed. This prevents a shifting of pad block and adhesive strip against each other, which can lead to an undesirable load distribution.
- the pad bar can be locked to connect to the substructure on the adhesive strip and thus the glass in all directions.
- the block strip can be made when the block piece has an L-shaped cross-section, with one leg of the L adjacent to the holding piece and the other leg of the L is facing the Verklotzen said peripheral side of the glass.
- the block piece on its side opposite the holding piece at least one locking projection for engaging a glass pane in its edge region cross fall protection.
- the glass pane is thus additionally secured, without being permanently exposed to a large additional voltage.
- the block piece has a buffer strip made of a material different from the material of the block piece material for bearing against the peripheral side of the glass sheet.
- a buffer strip can be made of a particularly suitable for the plant to the glass - -.
- a particularly soft, non-slip and / or sealing - be made of material, allowing a wider choice of materials and - with a suitable choice of material - slimmer cross-sections for the block piece and consequently also narrower joints between adjacent glass sheets. Stability of the fastening device on the one hand and glass preservation on the other hand are effectively merged in this way.
- a facade section 1 each have a glass pane 2 in one of four adjacent fields F 1 , F 2 , F 3 , F 4 arranged.
- the four glass sheets 2 are to a substructure 3, for example, in post-beam construction, using fasteners 4 releasably secured, u.zw. in a way that the substructure 3 comes to lie behind the glass sheets 2, which are all located in a common glass sheet plane.
- the facade section 1 for example, a section or one of many modules of a larger - even oblique or curved - building facade.
- the facade section 1 may alternatively be a movable element of a facade, for example a sliding or swing wing, in which case the substructure 3 is slidably mounted or pivotally.
- the facade section 1 could be a part of a cladding in a building interior, such as a lift shaft or Stiegenhausverposed.
- Each glass sheet 2 can be a single ( Fig. 2a ) or multiple glass pane ( Fig. 3a ), eg composite or insulating glass pane, and the substructure 3 of any suitable material - eg wood, metal, plastic or concrete, or of a composite material - be.
- the fastening device 4 basically comprises a pad strip 5 and an adhesive strip 6 (FIG. Fig. 2a ).
- the block strip 5 and the adhesive strip 6 are in the illustrated examples in their respective longitudinal direction R (FIG. Fig. 2b ) substantially homogeneous profiles, eg extruded or extruded.
- the block strip 5 is subdivided into a block piece 7 and a retaining piece 8.
- the block piece 7 is formed for blocking the glass pane 2, ie for laterally holding the glass pane 2 on one of its peripheral sides 9.
- the holding piece 8 closes in the direction of the substructure 3 to the block piece 7 and is in the attached state of the glass sheet 2 to the substructure 3.
- the pad strip 5 further has at least one opening 10 for receiving a fastening means 11 which removably fixes the pad strip 5 to the substructure 3.
- a fastening means 11 is for example a fastening bolt od.
- the fastening means 11 is a screw, which passes through the block piece 7 and the holding piece 8 and thus the entire pad strip 5.
- Fig. 2b shows, the pad block 5 of several - in this example: three - such openings 10 to be interspersed.
- the adhesive strip 6 is on an outer side 12 with a side 13 of the glass 2, u.zw. in the attached state of the glass pane 2 of the substructure 3 facing side 13, bondable.
- the holding piece 8 has a projection 14, which engages behind the adhesive strip 6 in the attached state of the glass pane 2 on the side facing away from the block piece 7.
- the adhesive strip 6 and thus the entire glass pane 2 is in this way in the direction of the substructure 3, i. normal to the glass pane level, held securely;
- the glass pane 2 is padded in the lateral direction by the pad strip 5, in particular the block piece 7, without the need for further mounting means, which are visible from the outside.
- the adhesive strip 6 has, for example, a groove 17 bounded by two limbs 15, 16.
- the projection 14 of the retaining piece 8 corresponds to the groove 17 of the adhesive strip 6 and engages in the attached state of the glass pane 2 in the groove 17, whereby the one leg 15 engages behind the projection 14 on the side facing away from the block piece 7.
- the other leg 16 is glued to the said outer side 12 with the glass pane 2.
- the gluing of the adhesive strip 6 with the glass pane 2 can already be done at the factory, ie before attaching the glass pane 2 to the substructure 3 and regardless of the availability of Klotzarkn 5. If - as preferred and for example in Fig. 3a shown - the adhesive strip 6 with its two legs 15, 16 is glued approximately flush to the peripheral side 9 of the glass sheet 2, this is not when handling (alone) on the adhesive strip 6, so that the adhesive strip 6 during transport and storage of such prefabricated glass pane second is relieved.
- the block strip 5 is optionally in one piece, for example, produced by milling from a block, plastic injection molding, metal die casting, rolling or extrusion. Depending on the manufacturing process, the block mold is then homogeneous ( Fig. 6 ) or has different materials or strengths over its cross section.
- Block piece 7 and retaining piece 8 may for example be made of wood, plastic (with or without fiber reinforcement) or metal; In general, the block piece 7 is made of a softer, elastic material than the holding piece 8, so as not to damage the peripheral side 9 of the glass sheet 2 when being clogged.
- block piece 7 and retaining piece 8 can be connected to one another, for example adhesively bonded, or be two separate elements, which can even have different longitudinal extent.
- the projection 14 may, as in Fig. 2b shown extending evenly over the entire length of the pad strip 5 or be shorter or interrupted or even be formed by individual mounted in the holding piece 8 bolts or pins, which is herein all subsumed under the term "projection" 14.
- the adhesive strip 6 has a shoulder 18 when the adhesive strip 6 is glued to the said side 13 of the glass pane 2.
- the correct adhesive bending thickness d ensures stress-free bonding, even with changes in length of the adhesive strip 6 and / or glass pane 2, eg as a result of temperature effects.
- Fig. 3a shows a fixed to the substructure 3 multiple glass pane 2.
- the remaining between the fixed glass pane 2 and the glass pane 2 of the neighboring field narrow gap 20 with grout 21 is closed.
- a fall protection 22 for example, with the fastening means 11, are attached, which engages over the glass pane 2 in its edge region 23 and this additionally secures against falling.
- the 4 to 6 show further embodiments in which the adhesive strip 6 in its groove 17 (here: on both sides) an undercut 24 and the retaining piece 8 at its projection 14 (here: on both sides) has a complementary rib 25.
- Fig. 4 are adhesive strip 6 and holding piece 8 without block piece 7 shown. Due to the interaction of undercuts 24 and ribs 25, the adhesive strip 6 and the retaining piece 8 - or the pad strip 5 - against each other in their longitudinal directions R displaced. It is understood that groove 17 and projection 14 undercuts 24 and ribs 25 may have varied shape with similar effect.
- the pad strip 5 is optionally penetrated in the direction of the adhesive strip 6 of at least one further opening 26.
- the pad strip 5 can be locked relative to the adhesive strip 6.
- the engagement of the locking pin 27 can be facilitated in the adhesive strip 6, for example, characterized in that the further opening 26 is continued into the adhesive strip 6.
- the cross section of the block piece 7 is not limited to the rectangular shape; in the examples of Fig. 5a and 5b
- the block piece 7 has an L-shaped cross-section, one leg 31 of the L adjoining the holding piece 8 and the other leg 32 of the L facing the circumferential surface 9 of the glass pane 2 facing the other side.

Description
The present invention relates to a device for releasably securing a glass sheet to a substructure according to the preamble of
When using glass panes for glazing on facades, eg double or element facades, or indoors, eg for interior walls or elevator shafts, a most inconspicuous, almost invisible attachment is usually required, which is why a frame construction as in windows is unsuitable. Rather, the glass panels for glass facades, glass panels and even glass turning and sliding elements today usually at a lying behind the glass pane substructure, eg in post and beam construction, attached. Remaining narrow joints between the individual panes of glass are either provided with grout or cover strips. In order to exchange individual glass panes separately, the attachment has to be detachable.
As attachment to the substructure come on the one hand point-shaped bearings with bolts, which, for example, the glass pane. prevail at the corners, for use. Such point bearings allow for particularly narrow joints between adjacent glass sheets, as the joints can be designed as mere expansion joints, however, an elastic connection between the bolt and the hole is required, e.g. to compensate for the thermal expansion of the glass pane. Furthermore, the glass panes must be pierced, which structurally weakens them precisely at the points of highest stress - the attachment points.
On the other hand, line bearings are in use in which each glass sheet is e.g. of cover strips, which are screwed through the joints to the substructure and attack at the same time in the edge region of the glass pane on the outside, is clamped against the substructure. However, especially with large glass panes this clamping requires high forces and thus massive, clearly visible from the outside cover strips. The glass sheets are thus exposed to a high voltage stress.
Alternatively, each glass pane can also be supported on support frames projecting from the substructure and can be optionally clogged between them, with the cover strips additionally being required for fixing the glass pane to the substructure in the edge region of the glass pane engaging on the outside against the support strips. In this variant, the glass panes are stored largely stress-free, but wider joints and still outer cover strips are required, which limits the scope for the glass facade.
The invention has for its object to provide a device for releasably securing a glass pane to a substructure, which holds the glass pane releasably and nevertheless safely under the least possible load and can be used quickly.
- a pad strip, which is divided into a pad piece for botching the glass sheet on one of its peripheral sides and a holding piece, and
- an adhesive strip, which is glued on an outer side with a side of the glass pane, wherein the holding piece has a projection, which engages behind the adhesive strip in the attached state of the glass pane on the side facing away from the block piece,
- which device according to the invention is characterized by:
at least one both the block piece and the retaining piece passing through opening for a fastening means for releasably securing the pad strip to the substructure under restraint of the holding piece to the substructure.
By directly attachable to the substructure block strip, the block side abuts the peripheral side of the glass, eliminates an additional Verklotzen and is a narrower gap between adjacent glass sheets possible. In this case, the glass pane in its attached state due to the engaging behind the projection safely in the direction held the substructure, without the need for an attacking on the outside of the glass cover strip is required. Just like the cover strip can also be omitted drilling through the glass, so that the freedom of design is retained on a glazing with a variety of glass. The Klotzleisten can be used on all peripheral sides of the glass and each glass pane after removing all Klotzleisten which are engaged with the glued with this glass adhesive strips, individually detached from the substructure. Each block strip can block glass panes on both sides of that intermediate gap, in which the block strip is arranged, or only that glass pane, which also holds the block strip using the glued with this glass adhesive strip.
In a preferred embodiment, the adhesive strip has a limited by two legs groove, wherein in the attached state of the glass pane of said projection engages in the groove and thereby one leg engages behind the projection on the side facing away from the block piece, wherein the other leg on said outside can be glued to the glass pane. In this embodiment, the interaction of groove in the adhesive strip and projection on the holding piece securely holds the glass pane in the direction of the substructure. By the engagement of the projection in the groove and the possibility of surface bonding of said other leg on its outer side with the glass, the adhesive strip and thus their adhesion is mainly in the direction of the substructure loaded; a harmful for the bonding additional tilting moment as a result of one-sided loading of the adhesive strip is largely avoided. In addition, the adhesive strip can be glued flush with the peripheral side of the glass sheet so that it does not protrude beyond its circumference, which minimizes the risk of damaging a prefabricated with adhesive strips glass sheet during storage and transport.
Conveniently, the groove has at least one undercut and the projection has a complementary rib. So pad block and adhesive strip can be connected to each other before attaching the glass to the substructure by the groove and projection are pushed together in the longitudinal direction of pad strip and adhesive strip. This facilitates the attachment to and the release of the substructure, since falling of individual parts is prevented.
According to an advantageous variant of the device, the block strip is in one piece. In this way, the pad strip is easy to manufacture, e.g. by milling, pressure or injection molding, extrusion or the like. Depending on the manufacturing process, the block molding can be homogeneous or have different materials or strengths over its cross-section.
Preferably, block piece and retaining piece are made of different materials. The holding piece can be made very stable, eg made of hardwood, hard - optionally fiber reinforced - plastic or aluminum or another metal, and the block piece for gentle messing the glass of softer, elastic material, such as wood, plastic or rubber. This results in a stable attachment with small dimensions and sparing the glass, in particular its peripheral sides.
It is particularly favorable if the outside of the adhesive strip has a shoulder. The bonding of the adhesive strip with the glass pane not only serves to absorb forces in the direction of the substructure, but the bond must be suitable, forces in all other directions, such.
Preferably, the pad strip is in the direction of the adhesive strip of at least one further opening for insertion of an engaging in the adhesive strip locking pin, or the like. interspersed. This prevents a shifting of pad block and adhesive strip against each other, which can lead to an undesirable load distribution. When using, for example, a screw as a locking pin or in conjunction with said undercut in the groove and the rib on the projection, the pad bar can be locked to connect to the substructure on the adhesive strip and thus the glass in all directions.
Particularly slender and material-saving, the block strip can be made when the block piece has an L-shaped cross-section, with one leg of the L adjacent to the holding piece and the other leg of the L is facing the Verklotzen said peripheral side of the glass.
In an advantageous embodiment, the block piece on its side opposite the holding piece at least one locking projection for engaging a glass pane in its edge region cross fall protection. The glass pane is thus additionally secured, without being permanently exposed to a large additional voltage.
In a favorable variant, the block piece has a buffer strip made of a material different from the material of the block piece material for bearing against the peripheral side of the glass sheet. Such a buffer strip can be made of a particularly suitable for the plant to the glass - -. a particularly soft, non-slip and / or sealing - be made of material, allowing a wider choice of materials and - with a suitable choice of material - slimmer cross-sections for the block piece and consequently also narrower joints between adjacent glass sheets. Stability of the fastening device on the one hand and glass preservation on the other hand are effectively merged in this way.
