Zusammenfassung der ErfindungSummary of the invention

The invention has for its object to further develop a generic device nutzsvorteilhaft.

The problem is solved by the invention defined in claim 1. The dependent claims represent advantageous developments of the invention.

First and foremost, it is proposed that the two attachment tabs are each hingedly connected to a support leg. The two support legs carry a stabilizing element for the supporting attack of a support member bearing the ridge lath in a direction transverse to the ridge strut extension direction. With the inventively developed device, it is thus possible to stabilize a ridge batten, which is arranged hidden under the ridge pan as a "safety rail". It is also possible without the help of clamping means or the like to adapt the device to the respective roof pitch and to stabilize or fasten a support element which carries in a known manner a ridge batten, it is advantageous if the ridge batten has the above-mentioned rails. The stabilizing element may have a through opening through which the support element is passed. The insertion opening may have a circular cross-section. The passage opening may have a smooth-walled inner surface, so that it bears only touching on the support element. As a supporting element, a hanger bolt can be used which is screwed with a first thread in the roof substructure, for example in the ridge purlin. The stabilizing element can be designed as a crossbeam. In a symmetrical pitched roof, the traverse extends in the assembled state in a horizontal plane. Anlenkstellen are provided at the two ends of the traverse, where the support legs are articulated. The support legs are preferably formed by links, which are fastened with their free ends in each case either on the stabilizing element or on one of the fastening tabs. The fastening tabs are connected to each other by means of a hinge, wherein the hinge has a hinge pin which passes through several hinge eyes. Preferably, the hinge has two mutually aligned hinge pins, so that forms a window in the hinge region through which the support element can protrude when it is in the opening of the stabilizing element. The hinge eyes engage each other like a piano band. Preferably, the two links take a V-position to each other in all pivot positions of the fastening tabs, wherein the V-vertex facing upward. Preferably, the fastening tabs can be pivoted in an angular range of at least 7 ° to at least 60 °, wherein in all lying in this pivoting pivot positions of the horizontal distance of the two articulation points at which the support legs are hinged to the mounting tabs, is greater than the distance of the articulation points on which the support legs are hinged to the stabilizing element, so that the stabilizing element, the two support legs and an imaginary line between the attachment flap-side pivot points take the form of a trapezoid. The insertion opening may be associated with a sleeve element, which is preferably rigidly connected to the stabilizing element. The stabilizing element may be formed by two parallel metal plates, in particular steel plates, between which the sleeve element is arranged. However, the stabilizing element may also be integrally formed as a milled part, wherein protrude from a central portion of the stabilizing element, in which a bore is arranged in directions away from each other fastening tabs, between which the support legs are attached. A separate sleeve member is not provided in this preferred version. To use the attachment / stabilization device on an asymmetric pitched roof, it may be advantageous if the sleeve member having the passage opening is pivotally mounted on the stabilizing element, wherein the pivot axis is preferably parallel to the hinge axis. The two fastening tabs may be formed by steel plates, on whose upwardly facing tops bearing blocks are attached. The bearing blocks form the articulation points, on which the particular tubular or round rod-shaped support legs are attached. The attachment tabs also have attachment openings through which attachment screws or nails can pass to secure the attachment tabs to a mounting surface of, for example, the rafter head. As a supporting element is preferably a hanger bolt used, which has a second thread, which is in particular a metric thread and on which a connecting element is screwed. The invention also relates, as a development of the device claimed in claim 1, to a device having a profile body which forms the ridge batten and to a connecting element with which the ridge batten is connected to a support element can. The connecting element has an internal thread into which an external thread of the support element can be screwed. The connecting element can be inserted into an undercut groove of the ridge batten, in particular pushed. The connecting element is preferably a mushroom nut which has a disk-shaped head which can be pushed into a fastening groove of the ridge batten. The connecting element has an internal thread which can be screwed onto the second external thread of the support element. The mushroom-shaped head of the mushroom nut may have a plurality of radial slots, which divides the head disk into a plurality of segments. The internal thread can be made in the region of the radial slots with undersize, so that the screwing of the mushroom nut on the second thread of the support element has a spreading apart of the segments result. This simplifies the one hand, the introduction of the head in the metal bar and on the other hand guarantees a rigid connection between the columns and the metallic ridge lath. The ridge batten is preferably formed as a metal casting profile and may each have a running rail on their opposite side walls. In the running rail may be an undercut groove into which a roller runner is used, on which a securing element is fixed, on which a fall protection can be fastened. Below the running rail, a Einsteckschlitz provided, in which a sealing strip can be inserted, which can be placed on the top of the ridge connection socket.

Beschreibung der AusfĂĽhrungsformenDescription of the embodiments

The particular in the FIGS. 2 to 4 shown supporting device 2 has two by means of a hinge 5 about the axis of the hinge pivotally interconnected mounting tabs 4, 4 'in the form of rectangular metal plates having mounting holes 14. The hinge 5 has two mutually aligned hinge pin, the comb-like interlocking hinge eyes of the two fastening tabs 4, 4 'penetrate. The two hinge pins are spaced apart, so that in the region of the axial center of the hinge 5, a window 15 is formed.

On the in use state upwardly facing upper sides of the fastening tabs 4, 4 'spaced from the hinge 5 bearing blocks are arranged, each forming a pivot point 8, 8', where a support leg 7, 7 'is articulated. Each of the two tubular support legs 7, 7 'has for this purpose a bearing opening, which is penetrated by a bearing pin which extends parallel to the hinge axis 5.

The two other, in use state upwardly facing ends of the support legs 7, 7 'are also connected to bearing bolts which extend parallel to the hinge axis 5, formed with a traverse stabilizing element 9. The traverse 9 is formed by two congruent juxtaposed steel plates, which have at their respective ends bearing openings through which engage through the bearing pin.

A sleeve element 12 is located centrally between the two steel plates forming the traverse 9. The sleeve element is a tubular body, in particular of steel, which has a circular passage opening 13. The passage opening 13 is smooth-walled in the embodiment. But it can also be structured and in particular also have a thread.

In the exemplary embodiment, the sleeve member 12 is a rigid component of the stabilizing element 9. It is in particular rigidly connected to the two elements of the traverse 9. For this purpose, the outer wall of the sleeve member 12 with the two steel plates, between which the sleeve member 12 may be arranged, be positively, positively or materially connected. However, the sleeve member 12 may also be integral part of the cross member 9, which is formed as a milled part. In one embodiment, not shown, it is provided that the sleeve member 12 is articulated part of the stabilizing element 9 and, for example, by means of a joint whose hinge axis is parallel to the hinge axis, attached to the two steel plates. Instead of the two steel plates, the traverse can also be formed by a material-uniform body, with which the sleeve member 12 is rigidly or pivotally connected. The passage opening 13 can moreover also from a bore a truss body may be formed on which the two support legs 7, 7 'are articulated.

The FIGS. 11a to 11c show that the fastening tabs 4, 4 'are at an angle of 7 ° over an angle of 33 ° (FIG. FIG. 11b ) up to an angle of 60 ° ( FIG. 11c ) can be swiveled. The distance between the articulation points 8, 8 'is selected such that the support legs 7, which perform the function of links, extend at acute angles to each other in all pivot positions. They run in particular on the leg of a Vs, whose vertex points upwards. The distance of the articulation points 10, 10 'is preferably in all pivot positions of a pivoting range between 7 ° and 60 ° smaller than the distance of the articulation points 8, 8'.

In the exemplary embodiment, imaginary lines, which are respectively drawn through the articulation points 8, 8 'or through the articulation points 10, 10', run parallel to one another. The opening direction of the passage opening 13 extends perpendicular to these lines and through the window 15 and cuts a drawn through the hinge axis 5 line in the window.

The support device 2 can be fastened to the heads of the rafters 6, 6 'by means of fastening means, for example fixing screws. Through the passage opening 13 then a hanger bolt 3 can be inserted therethrough, which has a first wood thread 3 ', with which the hanger bolt 3 in the in the FIG. 6 manner shown in the ridge purlin 16 can be screwed. The distance between the traverse 9 of the hinge axis 5 depends on the pivoting angle of the mounting tabs 4, 4 'and is large at low-angle roofs and small at angled inclined roofs. A screwed onto a metric second thread 3 "of the hanger bolt 3 connecting element 11 for fastening a ridge batten 1 is thus at steep Steep roofs arranged lower than in flat inclined pitched roofs, which is advantageous because a first ridge 1 carried by the ridge lath 1 27 should cover the head areas of ridge connection pans 28 with their edges.

The FIGS. 7 to 10 show two variants of a connecting element 11 each in the form of a mushroom nut or with a head disk 17. The connecting element 11 has an internal thread 19 and a hexagonal portion 18 for attacking a wrench. The disk-shaped head 17 has an outer diameter which is larger than the plan view of the hexagonal section 18.

The in the FIGS. 9 and 10 illustrated second variant of the connecting element 11 differs from that in the FIGS. 7 and 8 represented by the fact that the head 17 is divided into a plurality of segments 30 by a plurality of uniformly distributed radial slots 20 in a plurality of segments. The radial slots 20 extend into the internal thread 19, wherein the internal thread 19 is formed in such a way and in particular an undersize, that the segments 30 during the screwing of the connecting element 11 on the second thread 3 'in the radial direction can spread outward.

The FIG. 12 shows the cross-sectional profile of a ridge lath 1. The ridge lath 1 is preferably formed as an aluminum or steel extruded profile. It is a metal bar that performs the function of a hidden "safety rail".

The ridge batten 1 is fixed in a form-fitting manner to the support element 3, for which purpose a lower attachment groove 24 extending in the ridge extension direction is provided. It is an undercut groove, in the disc-shaped head 17 of the connecting element 11 can be inserted. When using the in the FIGS. 7 and 8 represented mushroom nut 11 is the head 17 substantially form-filling and clearance in the mounting groove 24 a.

When using a mushroom nut 11, as in the FIGS. 9 and 10 is shown, is achieved by turning the mushroom nut 11 relative to the support member 3, a rigid connection between the support member 3 and ridge batten 1, since the segments 30 spread and edges of the head 17 can dig into the wall of the mounting groove 24.

The ridge batten 1 is formed with respect to a horizontal plane symmetrical and has at their pointing in the eaves direction sides each rails 23, 23 ', which are also formed of undercut grooves. In the rails 23, 23 'roller rotors 21 may be performed, which can be relocated in Firstrattenstreckungsrichtung and where securing elements 22 are attached. The securing elements 22 may be steel tongues which have openings at their free ends for fastening a leash to prevent the fall of a person working on the roof.

During assembly, the support device 2 is first attached to the roof substructure 6, 6 ', 16. Then the hanger bolt 3 is inserted through the preferred smooth-walled passage opening 13 of the sleeve member 12 and screwed with its first thread 3 'so far into the ridge purlin 16 that its free end, which has the second, metric thread 3 ", the desired height Thereafter, the ridge batten 1 is fastened to the hanger bolt 3 by means of the mushroom nut 11. In an exemplary embodiment which is not illustrated, the passage opening 13 can also have an internal thread. whose pitch coincides with the pitch of the first thread 3 ', so that when screwing the hanger bolt 3 in the roof substructure and a positive connection in the axial direction of the hanger bolt 3 between the support device 2 and hanger bolt 3 sets.

Otherwise, however, the lateral attack of the inner wall of the passage member 13 formed by the sleeve member 12 extends to the hanger bolt 3 to biegezustabilisieren this in the transverse direction to the ridge batten extension direction. Bending forces are derived as tensile forces or compressive forces on the support legs 7 in the fastening tabs 4. It is advantageous for this purpose if the passage opening 13 has an axial length which is greater than the diameter of the passage opening 13. It can be provided in particular that the axial length of the passage opening 13 is at least twice as large as the diameter of the passage opening 13, wherein the internal dimension of the passage opening 13 substantially corresponds to the outer diameter of the hanger bolt 3 and only so much smaller that the hanger bolt 3 can be inserted through the passage opening 13 without appreciable friction.

Below the rails 23, 23 'of the preferably aluminum extruded ridge batten 1 is in each case a Einsteckschlitz 25 for insertion of one end of a sealing strip 29, which rests with its other end on the outside of each ridge connecting socket 28.
