  2. Articulation tournante (100 ; 101) selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle la première partie (1) et/ou la deuxième partie (2) présentent au moins un élément de ressort (13).

  5. Articulation tournante (10 ; 100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 - 4, dans laquelle la section (4a, 4b) de prise de l'élément de couplage (3) est réalisée de manière symétrique en rotation.
  6. Articulation tournante (101) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 - 4, dans laquelle la section (40) de prise de l'élément de couplage (30) présente une première surface latérale (16) et une deuxième surface latérale (17), qui convergent depuis la première zone d'extrémité (122a) de l'au moins une ouverture (122) allongée de manière oblique l'une par rapport à l'autre en direction de la deuxième zone d'extrémité (122b) de l'ouverture (122) allongée.
  7. Articulation tournante (10 ; 100 ; 101) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la première partie (1) et la deuxième partie (2) présentent au moins un élément de fixation (6a, 6b), avec lequel la première (1) et la deuxième partie (2) peuvent être fixées au niveau d'un véhicule sur rails ou d'une partie de véhicule sur rails.
  8. Véhicule sur rails (500) présentant au moins une articulation tournante (10 ; 100 ; 101) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
  9. Véhicule sur rails (500) selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel le véhicule sur rails présente un bogie jacobs.
  10. Procédé servant à relier par une articulation tournante des véhicules sur rails ou des parties de véhicule sur rails, dans lequel une articulation tournante (10 ; 100 ; 101) est utilisée, présentant :
    - une première partie (1) et/ou une deuxième partie (2), dans lequel la première (1) et/ou la deuxième partie (2) présentent au moins une ouverture (11, 12 ; 120, 121 ; 122, 123) allongée, dans lequel l'ouverture (11, 12 ; 120, 121 ; 122, 123) présente une première zone d'extrémité (11a, 12a ; 120a, 121a ; 122a) et une deuxième zone d'extrémité (11b, 12b ; 120b, 121b, 122b), dans lequel la largeur de l'ouverture (11, 12 ; 120, 121 ; 122, 123) diminue depuis la première zone d'extrémité (11a, 12a ; 120a, 121a ; 122a) en direction de la deuxième zone d'extrémité (11b, 12b ; 120b, 121b, 122b),
    - un élément de couplage (3 ; 30), dans lequel la première partie (1) et la deuxième partie (2) sont couplées avec l'élément de couplage (3 ; 30) de manière à pouvoir tourner l'une par rapport à l'autre, dans lequel l'élément de couplage (3 ; 30) est introduit par une section (4a, 4b ; 40b) dans l'ouverture (11, 12 ; 120, 121 ; 122) allongée, et la section (4a, 4b, 40b) de prise est disposée dans la position normale dans la première zone d'extrémité (11a, 12a ; 120a, 121a ; 122a) de l'ouverture (11, 12 ; 120, 121 ; 122) allongée,
    dans lequel l'élément de couplage (3) est déplacé en direction de la deuxième zone d'extrémité (11b, 12b ; 120b, 121b, 122b) lors du rangement de l'articulation tournante, dans laquelle l'ouverture (11, 12 ; 120, 121 ; 122, 123) est élargie par le déplacement de l'élément de couplage (3) et de ce fait la première partie (1) et/ou la deuxième partie (2) sont déformées.
