Claims (10)

  1. Module de bourrage (1) pour le bourrage inférieur de traverses d'une voie ferrée, avec un support de pic (6) logé de manière réglable en hauteur sur un châssis de module (5), sur lequel sont logés des pics de bourrage (2) pouvant être pivotés chacun l'un vers l'autre par un entraînement d'adjonction hydraulique (3) présentant un axe de cylindre (7) et connecté à un excitateur de vibrations (8), caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes :
    a) un cylindre interne (10) de l'excitateur de vibrations (8) disposé de manière coaxiale à l'axe de cylindre (7) est logé dans un cylindre externe (12) par le biais de faces de glissement (11) de manière coulissante dans une direction axiale (7),
    b) un renfoncement annulaire (13) est prévu entre deux faces de glissement (11) écartées l'une de l'autre dans la direction axiale (7),
    c) une bague d'écartement (15) subdivisant le renfoncement annulaire (13) en deux canaux fluidiques (14) écartés l'un de l'autre par rapport à la direction axiale (7) est connectée sélectivement au cylindre interne ou externe (10, 12),
    d) les deux canaux fluidiques (14) peuvent être sollicités de manière hydraulique en alternance par des conduites d'alimentation (16) pour une excitation de vibrations.
  2. Module de bourrage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre interne (10) de l'excitateur de vibrations (8) est formé par l'entraînement d'adjonction (3) prévu pour le pivotement des pics de bourrage (2).
  3. Module de bourrage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre externe (12) présente dans la région d'une face de glissement (11) de la bague d'écartement (15) une ouverture de sortie (19) pour de l'huile de fuite sortant des canaux fluidiques (14).
  4. Module de bourrage selon une des revendications 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre externe (12) de l'excitateur de vibrations (8) est fixé de manière pivotante sur le support de pic (6) autour d'un axe de palier (9) s'étendant parallèlement à un axe de pivotement (4) du pic de bourrage (2).

  6. Module de bourrage selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'une soupape de limitation de pression proportionnelle (18) est associée à chaque conduite d'alimentation (16).
  7. Module de bourrage selon une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'un propre excitateur de vibrations (8) est associé à chaque pic de bourrage (2) par rapport à une paire de pics de bourrage formée par deux pics de bourrage (2) pouvant être adjoints l'un à l'autre.
  8. Module de bourrage selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les canaux fluidiques (14) des deux excitateurs de vibrations (8) peuvent être sollicités par une pompe à double piston commune (17).
  9. Module de bourrage selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que les deux canaux fluidiques tournés l'un vers l'autre (14) des deux excitateurs de vibrations (8) d'un côté et les deux canaux fluidiques détournés l'un de l'autre (14) de l'autre côté peuvent être chacun sollicités par une conduite d'alimentation commune (16).
