Claims (12)
- Vorrichtung (1) zum Rückbetätigen eines Türgriffs (8), umfassend:- einen Körper (2) mit einem mittigen Loch (20) zur Anbringung an einer Tür (10);- eine Antriebsscheibe (3), die im Körper (2) angeordnet ist und ein mittiges Loch (30) aufweist, das zum Aufnehmen eines Stifts (11) geeignet ist, welcher mit zumindest einem Griff (8) verbunden ist, der sich auf einer Seite der Tür (10) befindet und ein Loch (18) durchläuft, welches in der Tür (10) vorgesehen ist, wobei die Antriebsscheibe (3) zum Drehen über einen begrenzten Winkel innerhalb des Körpers (2) imstande ist;- eine Feder (4), die zwischen dem Körper (2) und dem Antriebselement (3) eingelegt ist und auf Letzteres zum Rückführen des zumindest einen Griffs (8) einwirkt;- Mittel (5, 24), die zum Zurückhalten der Antriebsscheibe (3) und der Feder (4) am Körper (2) geeignet sind,
wobei die Feder (4) eine axiale plane Schraubenfeder ist, die in einem ringförmigen Sitz (21) des Körpers (2) eingefasst ist, wobei die Feder im Gebrauch vollständig außerhalb der Ebene der Tür angeordnet ist, ohne weitere Verarbeitung des Lochs (18) der Tür zu erfordern, wobei das Loch (30) der Antriebsscheibe (3) derart geformt ist, dass es sich mit dem Stift (11) oder mit einer Nabe (80) des zumindest einen Griffs (8) verkuppelt, wobei das Loch (20) des Körpers (2) ein geformtes Loch ist, in dem mehrere radiale Vorsprünge (25) des Körpers (2), die radial zum Inneren des Lochs (20) hin ausgerichtet sind, vorgesehen sind, sodass zwischen benachbarten Vorsprüngen (25) Sitze (26) ausgebildet sind, wobei die Antriebsscheibe (3) eine ringförmige Kante (31) und Zähne (32) aufweist, die axial von der ringförmigen Kante (31) zur Anordnung in den Sitzen (26) im Loch (20) vorstehen, wobei die Zähne zum Festlegen des begrenzten Drehwinkels der Antriebsscheibe und Umstellen in den Ruhezustand an die radialen Vorsprünge (25) angrenzen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ringförmige Kante (31) der Antriebsscheibe (3) axial auf den radialen Vorsprüngen (25) des Körpers (2) ruht. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei sich das Loch (30) der Antriebsscheibe (3) mit der Nabe (80) des Griffs verkuppelt und die Antriebsscheibe eine derartige Stärke aufweist, dass sie vollständig innerhalb des Körpers (2) eingefasst ist, der außerhalb der Ebene der Tür angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei sich das Loch (30) der Antriebsscheibe (3) mit dem Stift (11) verkuppelt und die Antriebsscheibe einen zylindrischen Mitnehmer aufweist, der geringfügig über die Stärke des Körpers (2) hinaus vorsteht und derartige Abmessungen aufweist, dass er in einem Loch (18) eingefasst ist, das in der Tür (10) für den Durchgang des Stifts (11) vorgesehen ist, ohne weitere Verarbeitung.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die radialen Vorsprünge (25), die im Loch (20) des Körpers (2) vorgesehen sind, einen Zahn (25') aufweisen, der um 90° zum Inneren hin gebogen ist, auf dem die ringförmige Kante (31) der Antriebsscheibe (3) ruht.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die plane Schraubenfeder (4) ein Ende (41), das in Eingriff mit einer Aussparung (27), die im Körper (2) vorgesehen ist, nach außen gedreht ist, und ein Ende (42) aufweist, das in Eingriff mit einem der Zähne (32) des Antriebskörpers (3) nach innen gedreht ist.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Befestigungsmittel Zapfen (24), die in Vertiefungen (23) vorgesehen sind, welche in Intervallen durch Absatzabschnitte (22) einer Umfangskante des Körpers (2) beabstandet sind, und einen Abschlussboden (5) umfassen, der mit den Zapfen (24) in Eingriff steht.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Körper (2) und der Boden (5) aus metallischem Material sind, und dass Elemente (6) aus Kunststoffmaterial zwischen dem Körper (2) und dem Boden (5) eingelegt sind, welche zum Verhindern eines Kontakts von Metall zu Metall geeignet sind.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei der Körper (2) aus Kunststoffmaterial ist und Elemente (6) aus Kunststoffmaterial einstückig damit hergestellt sind.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Abdeckelement oder eine Rosette (9) vorgesehen ist, über Schnappverbindung am Körper (2) befestigt und durch elastische Presspassung mit radialen Vorsprüngen zurückgehalten, welche an den Elementen (6) aus Kunststoffmaterial vorgesehen sind, die radiale Referenzzähne (60) tragen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei, in einer Standardkonfiguration, der Körper (2), der die Feder (4) enthält und das Antriebselement (3) einfasst und zur Anordnung außerhalb der Oberfläche der Tür (10) geeignet ist, eine Stärke von ungefähr 3 mm aufweist und der optionale Mitnehmer (33) des Antriebselements (3) einen Durchmesser von ungefähr 15 bis 18 mm aufweist und ungefähr 4 mm vom Körper (2) vorsteht.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den Absatzteilen (22) der Umfangskante des Körpers (2) Löcher (51) für den Durchgang von Schrauben (50) zum Befestigen der Vorrichtung (1) an der Tür (10) vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den Absatzteilen (22) der Umfangskante des Körpers (2) Löcher (51) für den Durchgang eines Paars von Verbindungsstangen oder von entsprechenden Gewindebuchsen (72) für die Anbringung von zwei Vorrichtungen (1), die auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten der Tür (10) angeordnet sind, vorgesehen sind, wobei die Verbindungsstangen (70) entsprechende Löcher (71) durchlaufen, die in der Stärke der Tür (10) vorgesehen sind.
