Abstract

Dispositif d'étanchéité destiné à au moins un élément de fenêtre et/ou élément de porte, l'élément de fenêtre/l'élément de porte pouvant être mis en place dans une ouverture de paroi d'un bâtiment, le dispositif d'étanchéité comprenant : au moins un premier moyen d'étanchéité qui est disposé sensiblement parallèlement à un côté horizontal de l'élément de fenêtre/de l'élément de porte; et au moins un second moyen d'étanchéité qui est disposé sensiblement parallèlement à un côté vertical de l'élément de fenêtre/de l'élément de porte, les moyens d'étanchéité étant disposés respectivement dans une première cavité d'un premier élément profilé. Dans un premier état, les moyens d'étanchéité referment de manière étanche un espace entre un bord dudit élément de fenêtre/élément de porte et un côté opposé de l'ouverture de paroi, et, dans un second état, ils se trouvent à distance du bord de l'élément de fenêtre/de l'élément de porte ou du côté opposé de l'ouverture de paroi. Dans le second état, la première cavité reçoit sensiblement en intégralité les moyens d'étanchéité et les moyens d'étanchéité s'étendent sensiblement dans un plan avec le premier élément profilé. Le second moyen d'étanchéité présente un évidement à au moins une extrémité du moyen d'étanchéité, la forme de l'évidement étant le négatif de celle du premier moyen d'étanchéité et l'évidement, dans le premier état, venant à fleur du premier moyen d'étanchéité et refermant de manière étanche une ouverture entre le premier et le second moyen d'étanchéité.
